5 months later…

After the accident, I decided to stay in Korea, the place where my heart belonged. Korea was now my home with or without Hoya oppa.

Today was Christmas and Sean had invited me over to his apartment for a Christmas party.

When the new semester began, I introduced Sean to Jaehoon, Sunggi, Seojun and Hyunjun and they instantly became friends. He was the newest member of the “it” boy group and he fit in quite easily. The five of them were inseparable. They went everywhere together…quite literally, they even moved into the same apartment. If one of them found a date, the other 4 would quickly find themselves one too. And thanks to them, I became known as “that” girl. The girl who was supposedly lucky enough to hang out with the “it” boys.

“Hye-min ah! You made it!” Sunggi greeted me at the front door.

“We were thinking that you wouldn’t come!” Seojun added.

“I said that I’d come, didn’t I?”

“But you always back down last minute!” Jaehoon mentioned.

“Merry Christmas Emma!” Sean smiled giving me a big hug.

“Merry Christmas!” I smiled.

In Korea, Christmas was a day that was spent with your other half. Boyfriends and girlfriends would walk down the streets hand in hand together. Unfortunately for me, I wasn’t going to spend this day with my other half, instead I was spending it with Sean again, like the old times.

“Where are our presents?” The other four whined.

“Ouch, I’m hurt. You guys only care about the presents.” I pretended to be upset.

“No-no! We have a present for you too!” They announced.

“What is it?” I asked.

“It’s a surprise.” They teased.

“Hye-min ah, I thought you were coming with your boyfriend.” Hyunjun reminded.

“Yea! Right! You said you’d introduce us to him today!” Jaehoon whined.

“Where is he?” Sean asked nudging my elbow and giving me a smirk.  

“About that…he couldn’t make it.”

“Oh…” They sighed.

They weren’t the only ones who were disappointed. It was Christmas day and I couldn’t spend it with my boyfriend because he was busy with work.

“Can we at least see a picture of the lucky man?” Sunggi joked.

“Sure.” I agreed. It was about time for me to introduce my boyfriend to them. I whipped out my photo and pulled out a photo of him. Just as I turned my phone the doorbell rang.

Ding-dong.

“There’s more people?” I questioned not expecting for more people to come.

“Oh I invited some of your friends.” Sean smirked walking to the door.

“My friends?” I raised my eyebrow.

“Don’t look at me, I didn’t come up with this plan.” Sunggi said shaking his hands at me.

“Merry Christmas Hye-min ah!!” Soo-jung and Infinite oppas’ voices filled the apartment.

Sunggi, Jaehoon, Hyunjun and Seojun’s jaws dropped when they realized who Sean had invited. They pointed from me to them and stared at me with wide eyes. 

“You’re …you’re Soo-jung!” The four of them gasped.

“And you’re in our house!” Jaehoon jumped.

“Hit me! I’m not dreaming am I?” Sunggi rambled as he entered a state of extreme fanboy-ing.
