Hoya’s POV

“Just tell her how you feel. Don’t hold back because if you do, you’ll regret it in the future. Trust me on this…I had to learn the hard way.” My manager hyung advised.

“I…I’m just worried I’ll freeze…I still haven’t thought about what to say…” I sighed.

“Well, too late now. We’re already here.” My manager said parking the van in front of her apartment.

“Already?” I gasped.

I wasn’t exactly ready to face Hye-min again…

I hadn’t seen her for weeks…and during these weeks my life hasn’t been the same.

Life without Hye-min was a life I no longer wanted to live.

“I’ll wait for you, just call me when you’re done.” My manager called as I jumped out of the van.

I entered her apartment lobby and was greeted by the security guard.

“I haven’t seen you in a while! How have you been?” He greeted.

“Oh hello. I’ve been good. How have you been?” I asked politely.

“Still the same, are you here to see little Hye-min-ah?”

“Yes.”

“Didn’t she tell you she’s leaving?”

“Well, sort of…that’s why I’m here. I’m here to make her stay.” I answered.

“Oh…unfortunately, I think you’re a little late for that because she already left.”

“She did?” I gasped, was I a step too late?

“I’m afraid so, she left earlier with all her luggage. She even gave me a goodbye gift. See?” He said showing me a basket of fruits.

“She was such a sweet girl…I’m sure going to miss seeing her every day.”

“Yea…so am I.” I sighed.

“Lee Howon, you are so stupid! How could you let her go?” I cursed myself.

“But what’s strange was she left with a man I’ve never seen before.”

“A man?” I asked.

Why was Hye-min leaving with man?

“He looked about the same age as Jun-soo and he seemed to take special care of her.”

“Oh…” I sighed.

I was beyond disappointed. Not at the fact that she left with man but because she was already gone.

“and I overheard them saying that they were leaving to Canada together.”
