Athena's POV

Inside the van

            “You made it on news again...”

I opened my eyes slowly and gaze at my manager whose busy reading from her tablet.

            “What does it say?” I ask in a very uninterested voice.

            “According here, you said harsh words on Tiffany at the set. Thus, the public says that the

rivalry in the drama is becoming real between the two of you.” She says while still looking at the

screen..

I rolled my eyes. That thing happened yesterday at the set of our TV series. That woman is being

a pre-Madonna and showing an unpleasant attitude. I don't really care with other people's business

as long as it doesn’t involve mine. The thing is, I got irritated with her whims. She came late

yesterday without any valid reason making me wait for her just for a single scene we had together.

She came unprepared and it seems that she’s not apologetic about it so I decided to confront her

right then and there.

            “That's it?” I said as soon as the director says “cut”.

            “Excuse me?” She turned to me with an arch eyebrow. I smiled sarcastically. 

            “Can't believe I waited three hours for that...”

            “Look, you're not in the position to complain...you just got here as an extra cast. You

might be the Oh-so-famous Athena but this ain't your turf...It's my show and I could do what I

want. You waited, so what? You'll be paid overtime. Aren't you?” She said like a ventriloquist.

Her face shows a happy expression but is spewing sharp words. I want to laugh with

her pretence.  

            “Yeah I forgot. This is your show.....well here's the catch Ms. LEAD, I don't really care if

you want every single person here to worship you or kiss your whatsoever, just make sure

that I'll get something deserving of my time. It's shameful to act on the same scene with you. I

just don't get how people tolerate watching this series with that trash acting of yours.....You

look so lethargic and stupid.”

Everyone on the set stops and stares at us. Surely, they heard what I said. Her face is red with

embarrassment and tears started to form on her eyes. I want to get sick of that. She could act

convincing as herself. She's really good on these situations and it makes me wonder why she

couldn't do that when her acting is really needed.

            “I'm sure that a bunch of press is waiting for us at the location site now.”

            “What's new to that? It'll be more shocking for me if they don't.” I made myself

comfortable on my seat before closing my eyes again. I should make use of this travel time to get

some sleep. She dropped the subject and started to give instructions to the driver regarding our

day's schedule.

Jaejoong's POV

Dance Studio

            “And that's it...” the dance coach clapped his hands after our dance.

            “Your moves are clean now. Let's have a break for an hour and then we'll do another

round later okay?” 

            “Thanks, Alfred.” I said.

            “See you after an hour guyz!” He left the studio. The back up dancers went out too for the

break leaving me, Yoochun, Junsu, and our manager here.

            “The choreography is cool.” he said.

            “I think so too..It really suits our song.” Yoochun agrees while handling me a bottled water.

            “It's good that we could finish early today.” I said before chugging down some water.

I sat on the floor next to Junsu. He's starting to eat the food that our manager brought. His eyes

are focused on the television. I started eating too.

            Everyone anticipates Athena’s cameo appearance on KBS’s My Ulzzang Girlfriend.

However, even before  the actual airing of the said episode, an issue came out claiming that

there's a tension building  between her and the drama's lead star non other than the new actress

Tiffany.  It says that  Athena scolded Tiffany at the set in front of everyone.  A source said that

the former bashed the  latter's acting calling it trash, lethargic, and stupid making Tiffany cry for

hours.

            “Another scandal again? She was on another scandal last week. Wasn’t she?”Our

manager commented.

            “Why hyung, what scandal was it last week?” Yoochun asks.

            “She has been linked with Jung Il Woo.” he answers

            “They were in a drama together right?”

            “Yup but they said that the report is false. That is still hot and yet, here comes a new

one...I bet her agency and manager are having a hard time handling her career.”

            “I don’t believe this.”Junsu intercepts.

I continued to listen with their conversation.

            “I mean, that Tiffany might have faults too...she looks fake to me...”Junsu tries to defend

Athena and I know it’s because he’s a fan.

            “Whatever reason it might be, it’s still wrong to say those kind of things to your co-

worker.”

Our manager responds.

            “How about you Jaejoong hyung, what do you think?” Yoochun asks.

This Athena is really popular and I had seen one of her movies before. I could say that she’s really

great. That’s obvious with all the awards and recognition she gets though I don’t know much about

her because I have never met her personally. I must admit that she had proven herself as an

actress for she already surpassed other actresses her age. Her face can be seen everywhere

because she has a lot of endorsements and has a great number of fans. However, she has a lot of

haters too and I always hear scandals about her like being linked with different idols or actors or

being rude like this one.

I just shrugged my shoulders.

            “How about our schedules?” I ask our manager.

            “Oh yeah, right!Junsu has a meeting for his new stage play “Elisabeth” while Yoochun has

a CF shoot tomorrow. As for you Jaejoong, just the taping for “Protect the Boss” tomorrow 6:30

am.” he said while checking on his organizer.
