Though...i guess i kinda slightly(?) prefer the group live version....cuz they're good at live perfs...and cuz solo ver feels kinda lonely since this song isn't all that...outstanding?...but as group perf...it's fun...n there's diverse voices to be enjoyed...i love Hyungjun's voice in here(ok maybe not just in here...lol)...but his voice sounds/flows nice n refreshing in this song/perf...n i love how their different sounds help all members' voices to shine in their own ways, that dynamics....maybe if Jungmin had the song rearranged more differently...i'd like the solo ver more(since i love me some shock factor lol)...it's still nice though.
Notes:
Kawaita=past tense of kawaku which means to feel thirsty/desire/longing...so by 'thirsty city'...i'm picturing...city that has been 'dried out' of whatever you long/desire for...n thus...it's thirsty..idk how to explain it...lol. i guess that depends on our own interpretation...
Tsutsumu - i think we already know it means wrap, in similar slight variation, it can be translated as conceal/hide/envelop/cover/dress/engulf/etc.....so in this song context...i think it's kinda like poetic way of saying hug-sky that wraps you...or... whatever....
Arifure - common/commonplace/ordinary/routine. so in this context, i'm guessing it means to do/have nothing special but just spending day in routine/ordinary way...
Itoshikute - Itoshi can mean dear/darling/lovely...+kute is the -te form...i try to wrap my head around this but can't be entirely sure...whether it's loveliness or it's addressing like...'my love'...etc.
