extra notes: blabbering: shiettt!!! this song just entered my hall of fame for most meaningful songs that can make me cry...n so far there's like less than 5 songs...or maybe just 1 song or 2 in that hall...n now this...i was crying the whole way translating this....mushyfreak/slapself/...yay for awesome lyricist n yay Jungmin for having a deep meaningful song in his album that can make me bawl like some freak kid...anyway, some notes...n i'm getting too tired to make it too long...i didn't sleep at all just to do this...i'm really gonna die of lack of sleep or sth...-_-

Notes:

• 'It's repeated' - refers to the action of pretending not to hear/ignoring what they hear/their surrounding
• 'Blooming flowers...' ... '...lost our pure hearts?' - imo, i think he's relating how blooming flowers that should be appreciated went to back alleys instead...making us couldn't see them...n then connecting it with our hearts...no longer able to see the innocent beauty(symbolized by the flowers)...losing pure hearts.
• '愛をください' actually can be translated as 愛を - Love and ください - Please...hence, please love/give love...but since the title is please give me love...and since the later parts were referring to 'me'...so i use the 'please give me love' for all parts.
• 'When people get hurt and tears are drained' actually..it's just 'people are hurt, drained with tears' or sth...but i add the when so that the next line would fit in nicely...and...i'm actually not sure if it's referring to people/person/i...but i assume this song is talking about society rather than one person's story...hence the use of people'...
• 'There's only love in your heart' - means something like...the only thing left in your heart is love...
• 'Rushing back to your places'...- well, the online translators said 'rush to origin/original'...but looking at the context i supposed...you can imagine the people going to n fro to workplace etc...without a care n soul(described as shadows)...i think that's the idea...xD
• 'The sky painted blue' part...yeah i think you can grasp it...another symbolism to be relate to next line.
• 'Wrap me from my own ugliness' - why wrap me 'from'...well...according to this site, tsutsumu/wrap can also mean an act that marks offerings as pure and clean and separates them from dirt or defilement and is done not only to keep them clean and protect them from harm, but also to express the giver's heartfelt respect for the person they are presented to. so it's like 'protect me from my ugliness' n by ugliness i don't think it's talking bout looks...but yknow...deeper ugliness of his nature or sth...
• 'body decays after long journey' - die ...you know it....i just decide to keep all the poetic language cuz the lyricist did a great job making such beautiful poetic n deep lyrics n i don't want my translation to ruin it so much ><...this line combined with the line after this line made me cry so badly...T^T...
• 'The meaning of my existence / The meaning of my life / Because I want to know it all' - can be simplified as 'because i want to know the meaning of my existence/why i was born, and my life/what i live for'...there...i just wanna follow the portions made by the lyrics, so i break down the lyrics accordingly.
• ok, i'm so freaking tired...but the wholesomeness of this song really made me happy...(well, and sad at the same time for the meaning)....oh well...bye~
