• 'Both of us from that day...' = both of them from the past didn't expect that would happen in the future(present)
• 'Surging crowds that come and go like that...' - he's likening lovers relationship in the future to waves of people/crowd that walk past each other like strangers...i think...

- i've seen that this song has a diff version by diff singer, probly original ver? but i've a feeling that's just a demo or something unofficial or idk...bcuz...i can't even find full lyrics in japanese for this song lying around...let alone details of 'original singer' so, i won't call this a remake yet until i find something legit to call this a remake like the original singer etc. (like in Remain～アイノカケラ～ - that, i'm certain is a remake...but other than that, i'm not sure/doubt)...just my opinion though, no need to quote n make me responsible for anything lol...

- as usual if you're taking out/adapting my translation into sth else...it'd be nice n polite to at least comment on the video or something...

- either there's sth wrong with the trans or the lyrics...cuz i still don't get what's the poblem that made them break up since they love each other and all...like...then why??? lol. this is too like dramas where the couple make it as if the whole world is stopping them from being together when it's just them being petty...lol...anyway, yeah this song is kinda too heavily dramatic for my liking(though still eons better than generic kpop title songs that are all made by same few composers n sound almost exactly the same) but hey...i survived...xD
