After that Pan ni and I arranged for the cremation of our mentors and the ceremony. Taemin and Woohyun just sat away from each other, throwing each other looks here and there

“Here, I think you have every right to have this as me.” She took out a velvet box and I already knew what it was. My hands were steady as I opened the box and when I saw the ring nestled there, I sighed.

“No, it belongs to you Pan ni. Ethan hasn't given it to Mels yet.” I said. “I don’t think that makes them any less lovers though.” I added. “Mels was meant to marry Ethan. They belonged to each other a long time ago, it just took them forever to see that they did.” Pan ni said softly. I nodded.

“I have to count on you Pan ni, just for now. I need to go back to train.” I looked at Woohyun. “You still have time Minji, you don’t have to go yet.” He said. “No.” I said decisively. “ I need to train.”

He sighed. “Alright let’s go.” He said. I hugged Pan ni goodbye. I also hugged Taemin. “Don’t go back with him.” He pleaded softly.

“I am an assassin but let me have my honor and pride intact, Taeminnie.” And I left with Woohyun.

“Here.” Woohyun said and handed me the picture of Mels and I in front of the Eiffel Tower. “I knew you would have to keep this somewhere close by.”

I looked at it, completely devoid of emotion. “Keep it for me. Give it back to me in a month.”

“Wait. What’s happening in a month?” he asked as I drove back towards the compound.

“Just listen to me.” I said and he sighed, going silent. When we got back to the compound, I saw one of the only people I didn’t want to see. Sunggyu was sparring with Myungsoo.

He stopped when he saw Woohyun and I walk in with our training clothes on.

“Woohyun shouldn’t be exerting himself right now.” Sunggyu said. “I’ll be your sparring partner.” And that's when I snapped back. “I’d right the wall before I let you within touching range of me.” I growled and my heel to go to the shoot range first. I loaded three guns and just started shooting. After who knows how long, Daniel came. He grabbed my forearm. “Celestia wants to see you.”

I put down the gun and followed him. “I know you might be still torn…” she started and I interrupted her. “Give me the mission.” I said. She handed me a file. I opened it to look at the picture of my target. “Gladly.” I said coldly. My eyes narrowed, before shutting the folder.

“She’s giving you a mission now?” Woohyun asked when he caught me gearing up. I slipped a knife into my boots. I frisbee threw the picture to him and he caught it between two fingers.

“Dammit Minji. It’s going to be dangerous.” He said.

“Well Woohyun. Belle needs to die.” I said and I walked past him. “What if its an ambush?”

“She’s still going to die.” I said. “Minji.” He grabbed my arm and I jerked out of his grasp. “I may have almost had with you but that gives you no right to touch me like you care about me. I will kill whomever I need to finish getting revenge. And you better not get in my way. Tell Sunggyu the same.” And he sighed.

“What good does shutting your self off from feeling do?” he asked. “It makes me a good assassin.” I replied.
