I got back to the room and Pan ni was curled up and asleep. A dress hung on the hanger in front of the closet. It was a simple floor length black dress that had a chiffon sleeve on one side and was sleeveless on the other. And there were silver heels to go with it.  It had a slit up one side to my mid thigh.“I’m glad I can run in heels.” I grumbled. “I can just rip this shorter if it gets in the way.”

I left to go find a thigh sheath. I was turning the corner when I bumped into Hoya. He reached out a hand to steady me but realized who I was and dropped it.

“You don’t have to act like I’m the plague, you know.” I retorted automatically, getting mad that they couldn’t act civilized.

He seemed surprised I would actually say anything un-mission related. “I’m not acting like you are the plague.” He finally answered and I looked up into his eyes. He visibly winced. “We need time, Minji. Time to get over what happened. Seeing you and coming in contact with you every day doesn’t help us.”

“You want me to leave then? Tell that to your boss, she’s the one keeping me here.”

He ran a hand through his hair sighing. “I know.”

“I’m sorry I shot you.” He added quickly.  I blinked. “Oh. Hoya. Please don’t be sorry. You were doing your job and protecting your team. I was a threat and a monkey wrench in your mission.” I knew it wasn’t his fault. I wasn’t even angry with them for doing it.

He sighed again, more aggravated this time. “It doesn’t get any easier.” He muttered. “Huh?” I blinked and suddenly in one move he has my back against the wall and he was hovering over me.

“I said, it doesn’t get any easier…” he repeated himself as his dark eyes bore in mine. I don’t know how long we stayed like that, his lips a breath away from mine.

“I can’t apologize for doing my mission.” I finally mustered enough strength to say. “No….you can’t.” Hoya said softly. “But it doesn’t make it hurt any less.” And he moved back.

“Please, just start being professional.” I said turning to walk away and I felt him grab my arm and jerk me to him. He kissed me. Lightly on the lips and then let me go, before walking away without looking back.

“Freaking Infinite. Kissing me whenever they want to. My face is my property.” I grumbled softly but it was without anger.

Haha, this isn't really the Hoya-Minji scene I plan to have. It was just something I want to throw in there for some drama before the mission and give Hoya a little air time.:3
