Katie's Point of View: (February 1)

IT was almost the end of our families stay and things were rocky. I watched from the hall as Taemin and Mathew played video games in the living room. Mom and dad were out on a date and everyone else was at the hotel or other dorms. Paige, or Cho Hee as her new stage name was, walked in with Vance.

"Have you seen the storm outside?" She asked as she set Vance down.

"No..." I walked into the kitchen to start dinner. The others should be home soon.

It's only right.

A tear threatened to fall out of my eye and I hurried to finish cooking. It's been a couple months, he's obviously over it. Once I finished the others got here. Jessie, Melissa and her family, mom and dad, Oona's parents, and Paige's mom. The dorm was packed. Paige came in to grab plates and silverware when she stopped next to me.

"Katie, are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine." I smiled as well as I could.

"Liar."

Curse our mind linkage.

"Spill, now."

I stood in the balcony over looking Seoul. Everyone was on lunch break from filming for the movie parodies, but I wasn't hungry. The city looked to big and beautiful compared to the small town we're from. It's a little intimidating.

"Hey." Taemin walked over.

"Oh, hi oppa." I smiled wide as he stood next to me.

The air about him was very solemn and distant, rather than happy and cheerful like he usually is. His gaze on the city was empty. Perhaps something happened in filming that upset him, I know he doesn't like the publicity boyfriends but it isn't that bad. We're supposed to break up soon.

"Taemin oppa, what's wrong?"

"We need to break up."

"B-break up?"

He only nodded.

"It's only right." He said, reverting back to Korean. "I don't think it can work out anymore. I'm legal, you aren't. Our schedules keep us apart, we don't even go out anymore, and you have a publicity boyfriend that you obviously like, not to mention your crush on Donghae hyung."

"Taemin..." My heart broke him two. "It's not like we're doing anything that could get us in trouble, we're just dating. And Minwoo and I are breaking up soon. Who even told you about me liking Donghae oppa?"

"Yesung hyung."

"I liked Donghae for a day, but your my boyfriend, I could never like anyone the way I like you."

He just took a breath and walked back tot he others. I could feel the tears welling up as he disappeared around the corner. We've been together for several months now, how could I expect it to actually last? Tears fell as I sat, my heart slowly chipped away with every tear.

Paige held me as I explained everything, the tears reborn as I remembered the event.

"Do you want me to castrate him? You know I can do it, I castrated cows at my aunts farm."

I shook my head. "Thanks, but no thanks."

I still like him...

We finished getting everything ready for dinner and she turned to me.

"Just show him you're better without him and he'll come crawling back."

With that we went out.
