“Red suits the Christmas spirit more!”

“YAH! Just because the Grinch was green, doesn’t mean that green is a forbidden color!”

“So now we focus on symbolism?!”

“Both of you! Quiet down!” Himchan scolded me and Daehyun as I huffed, turning away from Daehyun and rolling my eyes in the process.

We were trying to pick the perfect decorations for New Year, since Himchan insisted that we do. In the shop that we just entered, there was a green and red section. We split up, Himchan and Daehyun doing to the red as I went to green.

We shared our opinions.

Er, I think that was an understatement.

I meant, I and Daehyun had an argument inside the shop, trying to get Himchan to pick red or green.

“Well Himchan hyung?” Daehyun inquired, staring intently at his hyung. Himchan was about to respond when he looked at me. I smirked.

Wrong move, Himchan.

I enlarged my eyes and puffed out my cheeks. I blinked slowly, three times to be exact while staring at Himchan with innocence.

“Aww, Namjoongie is so cute~” Himchan cooed as Daehyun’s eyes widened, standing in front of me, probably shielding Himchan from me.

“HYUNG! She’s going to seduce you!” Daehyun warned as Himchan’s face lit up.

“She’ll seduce me?! Really?! Okay then! Namjoongie!” Himchan called out as I laughed at how Daehyun’s plan backfired. I tried to go around Daehyun, but captured me in a hug, tight enough for me not to escape from.

Himchan pouted, shoving his hands in his pockets.

“And I thought we could take this to my bedroom-“

“YAH! HIMCHAN HYUNG!” Daehyun protested, glaring as Himchan burst out into laughter.

“Daehyunnie~ Let’s just take the green decorations, okay?” I said in a simpering voice that made me want to vomit. I hated using these kind of voices. I smiled sweetly, knowing Daehyun would give in. He would give in, right?
 

“Aww, okay Nam- HYUNG! PAY FOR THE RED STUFF NOW!” Daehyun cried out as Himchan dashed towards the counter with the red decorations in his arms.

“HIMCHANN!” I yelled loudly, trying to stop him with my words, but it was no use. Himchan handed Yongguk’s credit card (long, painful story) to the cashier as I stared at him in shock.

“Y-You really bought the red decorations?” I asked Himchan in disbelief as he held up the plastic bag, grinning.

“And that is why you should never doubt my resistance against aegyo, my dear,” Himchan commented loftily, ruffling my hair up. I sighed and walked out of the shop with Daehyun and Himchan on either side of me.

Daehyun put an arm around my shoulder as my shoulders drooped in disappointment.

“Aww, it’s okay jagiya, there’s still next year,” Daehyun comforted as I snorted a bit, rolling my eyes.

“But I really wanted the green ones~” I whined as Daehyun patted my head.

“Next year,” Daehyun decided in a final tone as I pouted.

“Dae, you act like her father, not her boyfriend,” Himchan joked as we all climbed into the van.

“I know right?” I high-fived Himchan as Daehyun blushed.

“YAH! I’m not old enough to be her father!”

“But you do look old enough, so it’s alright,” I responded, patting his back playfully.

“Is this punishment from earlier?” Daehyun questioned sadly as I pecked his cheek.

“I love you, Daehyun!” I shouted loudly, hoping it would make him feel better. Daehyun grinned before tackling me in my seat.

“Jongup! Don’t-!” Jongup dodged the icy patch on the ground by turning quickly, emerging happily with the tray still full of cups of chocolate milk. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief as I wiped the sweat off my forehead.

We were all outside, putting up the red decorations. I mean lights, banners, and all kinds of New Year stuff.

“Namjoo? Can you pass me the hammer?” Yongguk asked roughly as he tried to hold the banner in place. I nodded as I went to the toolbox. I was about to get the hammer when a hand reached it and got it first.

“I’ll do it Namjoo.” Daehyun grinned before going to Yongguk and handing him the hammer. I shrugged as I tried to find Zelo. Amidst all this work, I knew he would be hiding somewhere, planning something fun.

And I was right when I saw Zelo on he snowy part in front of B.A.P’s dorm. He was gathering and making snowballs, eyeing Himchan and Youngjae who were bickering.

“Zelo-yah!” I shouted loud, chuckling as Zelo fell backward, totally surprised. When he saw it was me, he just rolled his eyes and beckoned me over. I giddily ran towards him, crouching behind the bush he was behind on.

“So, they’re the target?” I asked playfully, smiling mischievously. Zelo nodded cutely and handed me a ball of snow.

“You know what to do.” Zelo winked as I nodded knowingly. I turned around, taking inventory of my target.

“I’m telling you hyung, the red compliments these bushes very wel- YAH! WHO THREW THAT!” Youngjae roared angrily, spinning around. His eyes landed on Himchan who as laughing hard.

“Did you just hit me with snow?!” Youngjae demanded as Himchan stopped laughing, but he kept on grinning.

“Maybe, maybe not. I’m thankful to whoever did it th- YAH! THESE WERE MY BEST PANTS!” Himchan shouted as Youngjae threw a handful of snow on Himchan’s legs. I burst out into laughter, along with Zelo.

“Namjoo? Zelo? Is that you?!” Himchan questioned. I heard footsteps coming nearer as I stood up quickly with Zelo.

“Run?” Zelo asked fearfully as I smirked.

“Heck yeah, run!” I exclaimed as I dashed away from Himchan and Youngjae.

“YAH! KIM NAMJOO! YOU ARE SO CELEBRATING NEW YEARS UNDER THE GROUND!” Youngjae yelled as I giggled

Ah, habits never change, do they?

“Namjoo? What the-“

“No time for questions, Dae! Just get a ball of snow and throw it at them!” I told him as Daehyun nodded eagerly. He took a handful of snow, aiming at Youngjae. Youngjae stopped abruptly, and so did Himchan.

“I’m not afraid to use this,” Daehyun threatened as Himchan and Youngjae held their hands up in surrender. I and Zelo panted behind our savior, Zelo residing to making snow angels.

“FOR HIMCHAN!” Yongguk yelled as I felt something cold hit me in the head. I glanced behind my back to see Yongguk looking excited, two balls of snow on either hand. I laughed loudly before hitting the ground. Yongguk pelted Daehyun and Youngjae as Himchan took cover on the ground.

I shoved snow on his face as he spluttered it out, shaking his head violently.

“Yah Kim Namjoo,” Himchan managed to say as I raised an eyebrow. I leaned in and pecked him in the cheek. I pulled away and tilted my head, smiling happily.

“Happy New Year oppa. I hope we get to spend more time together next year,” I thoughtfully said as Himchan blushed.

“Aww, come here you.” Himchan hugged me sideways before letting us both fall on the ground, watching snowballs fly above us.

“It’s nice, isn’t it?” Himchan commented as I nodded.

“Ack Jongup, this taste-“

“Awesome! I love it. Thank you for making us chocolate milk Jongupie,” I quickly intervened, flashing a smile at Jongup who bowed sheepishly.

We were all gathered in the living room, appreciating how everyone worked so hard. It was already 11pm at night.

“I would like to go first,” Zelo suddenly said as we made way for him. He stood in the middle of the living room, looking at all of us.

Himchan and Youngjae were both on the couch, Yongguk was on the single armchair, reading a book while sipping his chocolate milk grudgingly. I and Daehyun were on the floor beside the happy Jongup.

“I would like to say, this year has been the most unforgettable ones I’ve ever had. I mean, who haves water fights in the park? Who knew Himchan’s childhood crush would come back? Who knew we would go to many different places to have fun this year? Last year was good, I admit. But…this year has been the best one of all. I have made great memories with all of you. Especially Namjoo noona.” Zelo gestured to me as I smiled.

“So, I would like to thank you all for taking care of me. I’m sorry if I’m too energetic, Yongguk hyung. I’m sorry if I tease you a lot Youngjae, Daehyun and Namjoo noona-“

“Not a noona,” Youngjae interrupted as we all laughed.

“And Himchan hyung. I would like to apologize for always making you mad. I really care for you hyung, and I hope our relationship grows stronger on each passing day. I love you guys,” Zelo ended as we all clapped. Next was Jongup.

“All I wanted to say is…I love you, and thank you. All of you have been good to me this year. And I can’t thank you all enough.” Jongup bowed shyly before plopping next to Zelo.

“This year has many ups and downs. We met Teen Top, BTOB and EXO, and even had fun with them. We met SNSD and a lot of idols in Idol Camp. I never knew this year would be such a hectic one. All of you here, sitting in front of me…all of you have a special place in my heart. Even if I die, I would never forget all of you. I love you.” Youngjae made a heart as he sat down, us clapping for him.

Next up was Himchan and Yongguk.

“This year has been one of the best ones yet,” Yongguk started as Himchan started tearing up.

Aigoo Himchan, don’t you know if you cry, I cry too?

“With Himchan by my side, I was able to lead B.A.P successfully. We may fight a lot, and maybe tease each other, but I know we love each other. All of us here have contributed to B.A.P’s success. So to all of you, and Himchan, thank you. You have made me the happiest man on earth. I love-“
 

“THANK YOU FOR LOVING ME BANG YONGGUK!” Himchan yelled, tackling Yongguk on the couch. We all laughed and cheered. Daehyun stood up facing us all.

“I had fun this year, no joke. Everyday, I woke up with a smile on my face knowing we would be doing something crazy today. Also, everyday I woke up with happy thoughts is because I knew Namjoo would be beside me,” Daehyun looked at me as I blushed lightly,

“From the Pocky Game, to having water fights, to fan meetings, to concerts, to hanging out in the Han River…everything has been magical and awesome this year. I learned to appreciate and love you guys more, and this is the year I met her.” Daehyun continued to look at me.

“Kim Namjoo. I never thought the girl who played the Pocky Game with me would be the girl I would cherish and love forever. I know that someday, I would be talking in the same situation, same date and probably the same clothes. But I’ll be a different man then, because I’ll be wearing a ring, staring at my wife wearing the exact same ring I will wear then.

Yongguk hyung, Himchan hyung, Youngjae, Jongup and Zelo. I love you guys so much. You guys mean the world to me. Not ever will I forget you all. And to Namjoo-“ I stood up and wrapped my arms around his neck, shutting him up effectively with my lips.

I heard B.A.P hoot and cheer as Daehyun smiled through the kiss, pulling away slightly.

“That excited, huh?” Daehyun joked as I grinned.

“I love you, hubby,”

“Back at you, wifey.” Daehyun planted a kiss on my head as I sighed with happiness.

“Group hug!” Himchan announced as I felt everyone hug us. We burst out into laughter, falling on the floor. We were on top of each other, laughing and playing.

I glanced at each one of them, cherishing this moment.

I will never forget the memories I had with B.A.P. With EXO, with Teen Top, with BTOB, and with everyone else who had made a big impact on my life.

Who knew that I, a mere student from a performing arts school, would befriend B.A.P and have Daehyun as her boyfriend?

Don’t ask me, cause I don’t know the reason why either.

So, here’s my New Year message to B.A.P:

I love you, guys. Let’s have this much fun again this next year!

“Ouch! Not my private area Zelo!” Himchan exclaimed as we burst out into a new fit of laughter. Some things never change.

I looked at Daehyun lovingly as he stared back. He winked before ruffling up my hair as I grinned.

I can’t wait for next year.

First, I want to thank every reader who has stuck by me since Chapter 1, or have just read this story until this chapter. Aish, I remember when I started writing this, without a plan, and just out of boredom. I'm so happy to get here.

But! Don't forget, I really love you all. From Chapter 1 to Chapter 94...you guys have read my crappy writing and still liked it. You guys are my inspiration to write (along with K-pop).
