A couple weeks had passed since the new ‘rule’. Jaejoong never told you where he was going and you didn’t let him know either. His calls became fewer and fewer. You wanted to call him so badly but couldn’t. You never went shopping and never went to see your friends anymore. The only place you went was cooking school.
It was a rainy morning.
When you had woken up, Jaejoong was already gone. There was no note or text message. He was just…gone.
Depressed, you curled up on the couch and looked out at the pouring rain. You remembered the first rainy day at your new home. Jaejoong had played the entire day with you.
The Monopoly game. The wishes. The delivered omelet.
You realized you were unconsciously smiling. You shook your head fervently. *You can’t think about him like that anymore! Abruptly, there was a loud knock on the door. The doorbell rang 10 times straight.
You sat up and sniffled. *Who can that be?* You slightly brightened with hope. *Jaejoong oppa?!* You ran over and opened the door. But your face fell. *It’s not him. Of course not. He has the key.*
“From that expression, I can tell you weren’t expecting me.” Hyunbin raised an eyebrow. “Should I leave?”
