"Oppa, can you help me pass the banner?" I gestured to Himchan. Himchan stopped his work and looked up, to pass me the banner. "Be careful there. You don't want to get injured for Daehyun's birthday" Himchan teased.

         Some of the boys went to help set up the surprise birthday right after their dance practise. Youngjae had volunteered to bring Daehyun out so that he will be distracted and he won't suspect that something suspicious is happening. "Junhong ah, could you help noona?" I called the maknae and tip-toed to get the banner in it's right position.

         Zelo scooted his way and held out his hands like a gentleman, gesturing me to come down from the stairs. I took his hand and landed safely at the floor. "Like this?" Zelo adjusted the banner and I showed a thumbs up. "Aigoo, my noona is too cute, can't even reach it." Zelo ruffled my hair and chuckled. "Aish, stop it." I pouted and ended up laughing too.

        The afternoon went smoothly with the surprise party all set up. Himchan had actually volunteered to use his house backyard as a place to hold Daehyun's birthday surprise. His backyard was big and spacious. I never knew that Himchan was rich. His house was painted white and had a beautiful spiral staircase leading to the bedrooms. It was like a mansion but in a smaller version. "Guys, let's eat!" Himchan called out, bringing a tray of beautifully grilled beef. All of them cheered and crowded around the tray.

         "Mm.. Looks delicious." Jongup his lips in desire. Zelo's eyes twinkled and as predicted, he took the first piece. He munched onto the meat and let out a satisfied moan. "Ahhhh, this is heaven" Soon, all of us digged in and enjoyed the smoked beef. After the break, we went to do some grocery shopping. We wanted to make a home-made birthday cake for Daehyun.

        "Yah, you sure you really know how to make a cake? It's hard." Yongguk questioned. I rolled my eyes and retorted, "Wae? Don't you guys trust me?" Himchan clung his arms onto my shoulder and said, "Ani, I just don't want my kitchen to burn down" I glared at him and walked off with the trolley, finding the right ingredients.

         I took everything that was needed for the cake and bought some other foods. I passed the dairy section and my eyes landed on a cheesecake. The cheesecake then reminded me of Daehyun. I stared at the cheesecake and thought of buying it. "Daehyun must like it. I must make this a great one." I mumbled to myself thinking about the birthday surprise.

        Without hesitation, I took the cheesecake and put it inside the trolley. I was excited about Daehyun's birthday. It felt like there were tons of loads placed onto my shoulders, telling me that I have to do my best to make this birthday surprise work.

        "Noona, Junhong wants cherry tomatoes!" Zelo chirped in, holding the bright red tomatoes.

        "Jonguppie wants this chocolate!" Jongup placed a large chocolate bar into the trolley and beamed like a little kid. I laughed and ruffled the two maknaes hair. "Jongup ah, you won't have abs if you keep eating these foods" I .

         Jongup laughed, "You haven't seen my abs yet Noona! Wae, you want to see them?" Jongup held the sides of his shirt before being stopped by the innocent maknae. "Hyung! Dae hyung wouldn't like it if you showed your abs to noona!" I laughed at the two boys antics.

         After getting all what we wanted, we headed to the counter to start paying. "It's our treat." Himchan and Yongguk stopped me from paying and took out their wallets. I smiled and took the plastic bags in my hands. "Gomawo oppas! Saranghae~" I gave a quick peck on their cheeks. The two elders didn't expect that and their face flushed red, blushing. I chuckled and linked my arm with the two maknaes.

         When we reached Himchan's house, all of us settled all the things at the kitchen counter and started on the rest of the birthday surprise. "Noona, can Junhong help make the cake?" Zelo leaned onto the ktchen counter.

          I nodded, "Of course. But just promise me that you won't end up like your Daehyun hyung, eating all my ingredients even before making the cake." 

           Zelo laughed and said, "Of course not! Junhong is not a fattie like Dae hyung!" I laughed at pinched the maknae's chubby cheeks. 

          After settling all the ingredients, the both of us got ready to start on the cake. I've always wanted to make a birthday cake and it has always been a fantasy for me to make my own bakery. I wanted to make a rainbow cheesecake for Daehyun. Well you know his desire for cheesecakes and I wanted to make it more fascinating, which then I decided to make a rainbow one.

         Firstly, I took the flour from the counter and poured in a suitable amount. I laid several different food colourings in a bowl and started mixing it separately. When the cake mix with different coloured batter, I left them inside the oven to set. After leaving them to set, I watched as Zelo mixed the butter and cream cheese together to create the frosting.

          Zelo mixed both of the ingredients together till it's well combined and then he added vanilla and powdered sugar. When the rainbow cake has set in the oven, I took it out and layered each cake with a large bread knife. Then, I added enough frosting to the cake so that it wouldn't be looking so messy.

          "Uwah, noona you're good at this! Why don't you be a baker?" Jongup came trudging in and laid his eyes onto the rainbow cake. I smiled, accepting his compliment and shooked my head, "I don't think I"m as good as a baker"

          "Mwoh, not as good? Noona, my mom can't even do this and you call yourself not good? Aigoo, you're really good noona. Who knows one day, you were to own your own bakery and Junhong will come to your store everyday!" Zelo flicked my forehead gently and exclaimed. "Yah, I'm still your noona!" I softened my glare at Zelo and chuckled.

           When the cake was done being frosted, Jongup and Zelo helped decorate it to become more vibrant. "Ani hyung, this is much more nicer!" Zelo protested while Jongup kept insisting on putting the red rose on top of the cake as a decoration. "Yah, behave or not I'll throw you two out of here" I pointed at the two maknae and the both of them suddenly nodded, timidly.

            I left the cake with the two maknaes and went off to look at the decoration outside. "Uwahhh!" I gasped and my eyes almost bulged out of it's socket. Himchan and Yongguk placed the last piece of ribbon to the banner and flashed a smile. "Wae, is it not what you expected?" Yongguk made his way to my side and looked at the decoration.

            The backyard was full of banners and colourful ribbons. the banner itself was big enough and full of our messages to Daehyun. There was a beautiful white table placed onto the grass and it showed the pictures of B.A.P's memories together. Not forgeting also, Daehyun's family pictures and of course, the picture that I shared with him together.

            I made my way to the large collage and almost teared up when I saw our pictures. I tried to held in my tears but it came out freely. Himchan started to panic, not knowing why I was crying. "Y-Yah, wae are you crying?!" Himchan shook my shoulders.

            I looked at the two figures standing in front of me and crashed onto their arms. I buried my face onto Yongguk's chest. Then, I looked up at the both of them with teary eyes. "Oppa, jinjja gomawo. I c-couldn't done this without you. T-This, everything is just amazing!" I sniffed and hugged them again.

             Yongguk's arms circled my waist while Himchan patted my back. "Aigoo, my princess is touched! Don't scare me like that, I thought you didn't like the decoration" Himchan put his hands onto his waist. I laughed and gave them a quick peck onto the cheeks. "To show my gratitude to what you guys did all along." I beamed at them and took them by the wrists to the kitchen.

             After the long day of decoration and Daehyun's upcoming birthday surprise, all of us sat down on the living room and enjoyed the cheesecake that I had bought earlier on. Suddenly, my phone rang and I beamed when I saw the caller ID.

             "Hey baby girl~" Daehyun cooed at the end of the line. 

             I smiled and answered, "Annyeong oppa, how's your date with Ms Youngjae?" The guys in the room started laughing when they heard the name.

             "Aigoo, it . I missed you. I anted to spend some ime with you, not Youngjae. Especially when it's my birthday tomorrow.." I could sensed that Daehyun was pouting at the end of the line.

              "Yah, I bought you your favourite food and still, you said that our date ?! Kwon Yoora, I heard what you called me just now." Youngjae suddenly took the phone form Daehyun's grip and started nagging.

              "Aish, get off Youngjae!" Daehyun shooed Youngjae and took his phone back. "What are you doing now?" Daehyun suddenly asked. Then, my tongue was tied into a knot. I wasn't a good liar but it was worth a try. I tried my best not to stammer and said, "I'm kind of busy right now. I'm doing a project with Eunjung." 

              Then out of nowhere, Zelo grabbed my phone and said, "Annyeong Daehyun ah!" He did a role play, being Eunjung. The whole living room burst into chuckles and soft giggles. I tried to contain my laughter and shushed them. 

              Daehyun spoke and sounded a little disappointed, "Ah, I see that you're busy..."

               I bit my lip and said, "I can see you tomorrow oppa. How's that?" I tried to lighten up his mood. It felt bad to lie to him but I wanted this surprise birthday party to be a secret. 

              "Jinja?! Arraso, see you tomorrow at the park" Daehyun sent a smooching sound at the end of the line and hung up. But before hunging up, Youngjae suddenly interrupted, "Yah Yoora, you'll pay for this. I spent all my money since Daehyun has been whining on how hungry he was." I laughed and hung up, leaving Youngjae protesting in silence.

               I looked at the boys in the living room and said, "You guys ready for tomorrow?" 

              All of them looked up from their cheesecakes and beamed, "YES, OPERATION CHEESECAKE IS READY!"

Aigoo, all of your encouraging words made me want to cry!
