“Daehyun-ah,” Taemin said. “Why are we cleaning again?” He picked up socks on the floor as Minho came in with a vacuum.

                “Because,” Daehyun said, glancing at Minho, who nodded, “because it’s always dirty in here and it needs to be cleaned. It hasn’t been seriously cleaned since…who knows when. And since we’re moving out next week it’s a good idea.”

                “I guess that’s true,” Taemin replied.

                Of course, that wasn’t the only reason. Minho had recruited Daehyun to help him clean the room for his and Taemin’s anniversary tomorrow, and although it felt weird to have Taemin helping, Minho wasn’t about to send his precious boyfriend away.

                “You want your room to be clean, right, Taeminnie?” Minho asked. “And we did clean mine recently.”

                “Yeah,” Taemin pouted. He didn’t like cleaning very much. “I have to go to the bathroom.” As soon as Taemin disappeared into the restroom, Minho seized the opportunity to talk to Daehyun.

                “Okay so tomorrow while Taemin’s at class I’m going to come in and move the furniture and set everything up. Is that okay? Will you be here to help me?”

                “I have a lot of stuff to do tomorrow, but my friend Jongup is willing to help you, so everything should be perfect for tomorrow,” Daehyun grinned. “Good luck, hyung.”

                “Thanks,” Minho breathed. “I think I’ll need it.”

                “Taemin loves you a lot, hyung, what could possibly go wrong?” Daehyun reassured him, and Minho nodded. It was going to be perfect.
