“Whatever,” Taemin said, shaking his head adorably. “I brought you truffles, Minho! Since you didn’t tell me what you really wanted.”
That woke Minho up. That and another thing that was eating at his mind. He pushed his covers aside and pulled Taemin into his bed.
“Good morning, my love,” Minho said laughingly. Taemin giggled and turned pink.
“Minho, you sound so gooey. Here they are. Happy Valentine’s Day, Minho.” Taemin leaned in, his cute pink lips puckered in expectation of a kiss.
“Wait wait wait, I have something for you,” Minho said, pulling away from Taemin, who pouted. Minho got up out of the bed and stepped into their bathroom momentarily. When he reappeared, he was holding a bouquet of yellow roses. Taemin smiled bashfully.
“That’s not it,” Minho said, pushing Taemin back onto the bed. “I have a question for you.”
“A question?” Taemin asked. Minho took a deep breath and lowered himself to one knee. He pulled out the little box he’d purchased a while before and held it out.
“Lee Taemin…will you marry me?”
Taemin gasped, turning a brilliant shade of strawberry.
“Marry you? Marry you? Of course of course of course!” Taemin cried, throwing himself into his new fiancé’s arms and showering him with kisses. Minho beamed and his heart swelled with happiness. He slid the ring onto Taemin’s finger, and it was an absolutely perfect fit.
In fact, their relationship had always been an absolutely perfect fit.
“I love you,” they both said at the same time, and they placed sweet kisses on each other’s lips before getting up to go tell everyone the good news. They’d come such a long way.
A/N: Oh my god. I'm done. I'm done, you guys. This feels absolutely amazing, knowing that I've been working on this monster for a year and now it's finally over. I admit though, I did tear up writing those last few lines. I hope this was an appropriate ending for a year-long love story. This thing has been with me for just about 5% of my life. That's a freaking lot of time if you think about it. I like numbers. Let's look at some stats:

I'd really like to thank everyone who ever read this, past, present, and future, even if it was only one chapter or all 366. You guys are the only reason I kept this going. It means a lot to me, especially for those who stuck around. Has anyone been here since last February? Even those who managed to stay for more than a month, I congratulate you. I would have given up on reading a story like this a long time ago.
I can't even begin to express how I feel about this story. I know those long hiatuses were annoying, and frankly the stuff I produced to catch up wasn't great, but I'm really proud that I finished on time.
