Taemin didn’t like it when Minho was sad. It made him sad too. But for some reason, Minho was unhappy. Taemin knew it wasn’t his fault, and it wasn’t as if Minho was taking it out on him, but Minho seemed much less upbeat than normal. His day yesterday hadn’t gotten any better today.

                “Hyung?” Taemin said, looking into Minho’s face. “Are you okay?”

                “I’m fine, Taeminnie,” Minho said exhaustedly, patting Taemin’s head affectionately. “I just can’t understand this English homework for the life of me. And I’m so tired.” Minho yawned and started back on his homework.

                “Hyung, did you not sleep well last night?”

                “I had trouble falling asleep. I finally fell asleep at almost two and then Himchan came back with a girl at three and they were making out up against the door for who knows how long. And then I realized my alarm was set for four because I needed to get up and work, but…oh, Taemin, I’m so, so tired.” Taemin looked at Minho’s face again. The dark circles under his eyes were extremely apparent.

                “Hyung,” Taemin said lightly, taking Minho’s hand. He led him over to Minho’s bed and sat him down.

                “Taemin, I have work to do,” he sighed, but Taemin just smiled. He kissed Minho sweetly.

                “I’ll finish it for you, and we can talk about it when you wake up. Just sleep, okay?” he said, guiding Minho’s head to his pillow.

                “Are you sure?” Minho yawned, closing his eyes.

                “Anything for you, hyung,” Taemin said, kissing him again.

                Minho fell asleep quickly to the sound of Taemin’s sweet voice singing a lullaby.
