Today Taemin and Minho went to the beach again, only this time it was daytime. It was sunny like never before, and even though it was hot, the cool ocean breeze was a pleasant relief from the heavy heat.

                “Taeminnie, do you want to go in the waves?” Minho asked as he pulled off his shirt to reveal his abs. Taemin smiled and admired Minho for a moment before looking back up at his face.

                “Yes! Let’s go,” he said happily. They took each others’ hands, intertwining their fingers as they ran towards the crashing waves. Just before they made it there, Taemin stopped. “Hyung, we have to jump,” he said. “It’s more fun if you jump. And you have to hold my hand!” he said, grabbing Minho’s hand that had been let go earlier.

                “Okay, Taeminnie. Ready?” Minho asked. He pulled Taemin towards him as the wave approached them. “Ready?”

                “Ready!” Taemin cried as the wave crashed. They both jumped over it into the water. “Wah! Hyung! It’s cold!”

                Minho grinned as he scooped Taemin up, carrying him bridal-style further into the water.

                “Wait, hyung. Hyung, what are you doing? Hyung! HYUNG!” Taemin cried as Minho fell purposefully into the water. He laughed hysterically as Taemin shivered. “Hyung!” he cried again. He splashed Minho with the water, hitting him right in the face. Minho looked shocked as he retaliated, until both of them were left laughing in the water that no longer felt cold.

                “That was fun,” Minho chuckled. He pulled Taemin close to him and kissed him, and even though he could taste the salt water or Taemin’s lips, it was still perfect. 

A/N: I hope this sounds convincing, because it's raining like crazy here so I'm having trouble imagining a pleasant day at the beach. Anyway. I'm going to a family friend's house for dinner tonight so this is a bit early, but yeahhh whatever. Hopefully I get tomorrow's done early too because I'm going to a party that lasts 13 hours hahaha so I'll wake up, go to the party, come home and go to sleep. Like actually that's what I'm going to do.
