“Oh, Taemin, how was hanging out with Hyori?” Minho asked when Taemin came back through the door.

                “It was nice seeing an old friend, but hyung. Her boyfriend was there and I discovered something: I hate her boyfriend,” Taemin scowled.

                “What?” Minho asked. “How come? Does he cheat on her or something?”

                “No! But he’s ugly, he smells bad, and he’s so arrogant and condescending, even to her. Did you know that Hyori is really good at French? Well, she is. But there he is, insisting that since he’s studied French longer than she has, he’s better. I just…ugh, she could do so much better.”

                “Come on, he can’t be that bad,” Minho said, but Taemin shook his head.

                “He claims he’s done all sorts of things that I’m sure he hasn’t. He says he’s taking twenty-six credits. He told me that he works at CERN. He says he was the star baseball player of his high school. How can she fall for that?” Taemin asked. “And I was literally twenty feet away from him and I could already smell him.”

                “Maybe it won’t last?” Minho offered, and Taemin plopped down next to him.

                “I hope not. In any case, I’m happy that I have a perfect boyfriend.” He nuzzled his face into Minho’s neck. “Smart, handsome, modest, and he smells good.”

A/N: True. All true. My hallmate has a boyfriend and literally everything here is him described exactly. Everything is directly taken from him, no exaggerations. I don't know what she sees in him. And Hyori because that is my Chinese name translated to Korean and I needed a girl's name so...(Well, actually, it would be Hyo-ryeo but that sounds awful and since my Chinese name is Xiaoli I figured I would just take the li and use ri instead.)

What do you do if you can't stand your friend's boyfriend? Like, we're getting a bunch of people together to get an apartment next year but we don't want her just because he'll be around all the time. Isn't that sad? SIgh.
