“Jisoo! Come here, Jisoo!” Taemin coaxed, but Jisoo sat in his spot, unmoving.
“He really likes it up there, huh?” Minho noted as he leaned back on Taemin’s couch.
“I guess the windowsill is a nice place for a cat to sit,” Taemin agreed. “But Jisoo, I want to love you!” He walked over to Jisoo and picked him up, but Jisoo didn’t struggle or anything. He accepted the fact that Taemin wanted a cat hug.
Taemin returned to his perch on the armchair in the living room, and he sat down with Jisoo in his lap. Jisoo purred as Taemin pet his head.
“He really likes when I pet right between his ears,” Taemin explained to Minho. Minho smiled.
“You know him so well already!” he said, and Taemin beamed in confirmation. Jisoo looked up at Taemin with his big green eyes before walking in circles on Taemin’s lap and finally settling down for a nice long catnap.
“Aw, hyung, look! He fell asleep on my lap! That’s so cute,” Taemin cooed. “Jisoo-yah, sleep well. Taeminnie-appa’s lap is always here for you!”
“Hey, you never say that to me!” Minho complained jokingly.
“It’s because I’m not your appa,” Taemin laughed, cutely sticking his nose in the air. Minho pouted. He stood and walked over to Taemin, looking fierce.
“Then I’ll take the rest of Taeminnie,” Minho smirked, and Taemin looked excited. Minho took Taemin’s chin in his hands and kissed Taemin’s soft lips deeply before sitting down on the armrest next to him.
“Still, Jisoo does look cuter sitting there than I ever would,” Minho mused, and Taemin laughed.
