Taemin had to miss cooking class today to make up an earth science test that he’d missed a few weeks before.

                Minho was pleased. Not pleased that he didn’t get to spend time with Taemin of course, but it made their White Day cooking class much easier for him, considering he wanted to surprise Taemin with chocolates.

                White Day was a confusing holiday for Minho. He didn’t know whether he should give Taemin chocolates or if Taemin should give him chocolates, since they were both boys.

                But he decided, since Taemin had given him chocolates for Valentine’s Day and Minho had just given Taemin flowers, it was only logical that he should give Taemin something.

                Their cooking teacher, Jung-sunsaeng, was a very peppy woman, probably about twenty-something, who lived for dramas and romance, so of course she made them make chocolates for White Day.

                Minho worked his off. White chocolate, milk chocolate, red velvet. All of them went into his gift for Taemin. When the class was over, he’d completed his sweets and knew for a fact that his were the best, fullest with feelings, in the entire class.

                He left class early, running with the freshly made chocolates to Taemin’s earth science class, where he saw Taemin leaving.

                “Taeminnie!” he cried. He ran to Taemin, picking him up and spinning him around. “Happy White Day!”

                “Oh!” Taemin cried. “I forgot about White Day!”

               “I have these for you. I made them myself,” Minho grinned as he set Taemin down and handed him the chocolates.

                “Hyung,” Taemin said, looking at them. “These are so nice. Thank you! But…hyung, I didn’t get you anything.”

                “Well, that’s okay. I think a kiss is good compensation.”

                Taemin smiled, hugging Minho’s neck and kissing him lovingly.

I wish we celebrated White Day in the States. It sounds like fun.
