“Just wondering. You know, I think seventeen is my favorite number,” Taemin said in a reminiscing tone of voice.
“How come?” Minho asked, curious as to Taemin’s reason. Anything that put such an adorable expression on his face was worth hearing about.
“Guess,” Taemin said playfully. His sparkling eyes reminded him of a puppy that wanted to play fetch. Minho laughed and Taemin smiled bigger.
“Because…there are seventeen rooms on this floor,” Minho guessed.
“No, hyung,” Taemin laughed.
“What then? I can’t think of anything else.”
“Because I was seventeen when I first met you,” Taemin grinned.
“But you’re eighteen now,” Minho chuckled. “So it just became your favorite number?”
“My favorite number before was zero.”
“Why?”
“Because I hadn’t met you yet!” Taemin said as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.
“I bet that wasn’t the reason,” Minho laughed.
“You can think that all you want, but I know it’s true,” Taemin said cutely, sticking his nose up in the air. Minho wrapped his arm around Taemin’s shoulder and squeezed him tight.
“You’re awesome,” Minho told him as he kissed the top of Taemin’s head.
A/N: I've decided I'm going to write a story that's like a prequel to this one. It's going to be about how Taemin and Minho met/fell in love. I have it all planned out already. Perhaps when Perusasion is done (btw the chapter after next is going to be the first of many many 2min chapters :D), I'll write it.
