Minho wasn’t sure if he was dreaming or not. He remembered being sick, but not much else. Was it a dream?

                But dreams (and reality, for that matter) were generally clearer than…whatever this was.

                “Minho-hyung, please wake up,” he could hear a concerned voice saying. “Your fever is really high.”

                High…that was good, right? Wait, what was a fever anyway? Why did Minho own one?

                Suddenly he felt a rush of coolness run over him. It was relieving, somehow, although Minho wasn’t quite sure why.

                He opened his eyes a tiny, tiny bit.

                What’s that? he asked himself upon seeing the most beautiful sight he’d ever beheld. A…person…

                Taemin.

                His one and only Taemin. That much was perfectly, crystal clear to Minho. The fact that Taemin was there.

                “Taemin,” he murmured. He saw Taemin’s eyes flash towards his.

                “Hyung! Can you hear me?”

                Could he hear Taemin? He wasn’t sure. But he wanted to let Taemin know…

                “Taemin…I adore you…” he said quietly. He saw the smile he’d been waiting for. Then Taemin stood up, walked away, and was back in a moment, with several other people.

                “Time to go to the hospital, hyung,” Taemin said. “I’ll be here for you.”

                That was all he needed to hear. Taemin gripped his hand as once again, Minho slipped into unconsciousness.

A/N: Well. This is different. DON'T WORRY MINHO IS NOT GOING TO DIE. I still have 346 days to go, I'm not going to just end it here. So don't worry :) But yeah. I kind of like this chapter, even though it's not kissy or lovey and stuff. I think it really shows how much they care for each other, that Taemin is always by Minho's side, and that Minho remembers how much he adores Taemin even in his delirium. I regret nothing.
