“Hyung,” Taemin said through the phone, “I have something to tell you.” He sounded very serious, and this worried Minho.

                “What is it, Taeminnie?”

                “Umma just got back from China. She made a lot of money selling her entire collection, and they want her to make more. So…” Taemin trailed off.

                “So what? Taemin, don’t just stop,” Minho said nervously.

                “Hyung, we’re moving,” Taemin said finally. Minho swallowed thickly.

                “You’re…moving?” he managed to choke out. No…no, this couldn’t be happening. He was barely alive when Taemin was in Japan for less than a week. To never see him again, or even to not see him often…it would destroy Minho.

                “Yeah, hyung,” Taemin sighed.

                “W-where?” Minho stuttered.

                And then Taemin laughed. And laughed. And laughed.

                “Hyung, umma and I are moving into your neighborhood!” Taemin cried, giggling like mad.

                “Taemin! Are you serious?”

                “Yeah!” Taemin laughed. “The apartment is too small for the scale of her artwork now. So we’re moving to your area!”

                “God, Taemin, why do you always insist on scaring me like that?”

                “It reminds me how much you love me,” Taemin sang.

                “Pabo,” Minho said sweetly. “You don’t need reminding.”
