Taemin raced into Minho’s room.

                “Hyung, we have to go to the cooking classrooms right away,” he said excitedly, practically jumping up and down.

                “What? Why?” Minho asked. Taemin explained as he took Minho’s hand, dragging him to the kitchens.

                “I went to the grocery store today,” he said excitedly, “and you know what they had? ARTICHOKES. They had artichokes, hyung!”

                “Great, Taeminnie,” Minho said, not fully understanding. “So, what about them?”

                “HYUNG do you even know how much I like artichokes?”

                “I’m guessing you really, really like them,” Minho laughed.

                “I love them,” Taemin cried. He and Minho cooked the artichokes according to Taemin’s directions, and made a garlic-herb butter to go with it. When the artichokes were done cooking, they were steaming hot. Taemin showed Minho how to eat them, Minho having never tasted one before, and he had to agree that they were worth the excitement.

                “Yah, hyung,” Taemin smiled, “cooking with you is the best. Eating dinner with you is the best. Eating artichokes is the best. And cooking and eating artichokes with you…well, it can’t get much better, can it?” He giggled cutely, and Minho gave him a quick kiss on the lips.

                “Every day with you is the best, Taemin,” Minho grinned, and Taemin had to kiss him again.

A/N: I had artichokes tonight~ They're on my list of top 10 favorite foods I think. Yummy :) And they're green. Can't get much better than that!

Also about Minho's hinting: He's not hinting at a proposal (yet) and I'm standing by my no--in-this-story policy. But that doesn't mean they won't do it. I promise you guys will appreciate it though. I just think that their innocence in this story should trump everything else. If that makes sense. Which I know it doesn't. Whatever. Wait 14 more days and you'll see what I mean.
