“Look what umma bought for me, hyung!” Taemin cried, racing into the room with a pink plastic bag emblazoned with Hello Kitty.

                “She bought you a Hello Kitty bag?” Minho asked skeptically. “I know you like cats, but—”

                “No, that’s not it,” Taemin shook his head. “It’s what’s inside the bag.”

                “Well, what’s inside the bag then?” Minho asked, and Taemin smirked.

                “Guess,” he and Minho said at the same time, Minho in a sigh and Taemin in a laugh of triumph. “You know me so well, hyung.”

                “You really want me to guess? I think you can guess what I’m going to guess and it’s not going to be what’s inside the bag.”

                “Then why would you guess it?” Taemin asked impishly. Minho pouted at him.

               “I’m going to guess it anyway because it’s what I always guess when you ask me to guess. Banana milk is in that bag, isn’t it?”

                “Nope, wrong again! You should learn not to guess banana milk anymore. Although…I did have banana milk today, but that’s beside the point. I guess I’ll just tell you since you’re bad at guessing,” Taemin said with a giggle. “Pens!”

                “Pens?” Minho wondered, and Taemin nodded.

                “So that I can draw better. My other pens weren’t thin enough to accurately depict Jisoo’s fur.”

                “You’re drawing Jisoo?” Minho asked. “Can I see?”

                “Not until it’s done, hyung!” Taemin smiled, then bounced off to find his sketchbook. 

A/N: Today is August 14th. Do you know what that means? 366 IS OFFICIALLY HALFWAY DONE. Can you believe it? I never thought I'd even be able to finish a month of this, much less six. Let's hope for twelve good ones, okay? Yayyy.

Also in (unplanned) celebration, I went karaokeing again tonight and out for Korean food. Mmmm japchae. And--you guessed it--I got new pens for drawing from a Korean stationery store. Hoorah!
