“Since we’re leaving early, let’s pack now. We can pack here first and then go back to my house and pack there and then we’ll be all set to go, right, hyung?” Taemin said quickly. Minho could hear the excitement in Taemin’s voice, and he only got more excited hearing how eager Taemin was.

                “Yes, let’s do that!” Minho smiled. Taemin put all of Minho’s clothes—including the boxers Taemin had gotten Minho for Christman—in his suitcase while Minho went to go collect his toothbrush and other toiletries.

                “Hyung, do you want to bring your black shirt or your green one?” Taemin called.

                “Green,” Minho replied, reappearing. “I’m so excited for us to be living together in Haeundae for vacation. You’ll make us kimbap while we’re there, right?”

                “And bingsoo too,” Taemin affirmed, stuffing three pairs of shorts into Minho’s suitcase. “We can buy the ingredients when we get there. Jung-sunsaeng would be so proud if we made something special, so why don’t we do that while we’re there too?”

                “Trying to please Jung-sunsaeng?” Minho asked jocularly.

                “No, I’m trying to please you!” Taemin laughed, jumping up and wrapping his arms around Minho’s torso.

                “Thanks, Taeminnie. I’ll help you when we’re there.” He leaned down and kissed Taemin’s pink lips. Taemin grabbed Minho’s head and pulled it closer towards him as Minho’s mouth covered Taemin’s completely. They stayed like that for what could have been several minutes, until finally they resumed packing.

                “Hyung, you don’t know how excited I am,” Taemin smiled, and Minho shook his head.

                “I think that I’m just as excited as you are, Taemin, trust me,” he grinned. 

A/N: Happy Fourth, my fellow Americans. It's 11 PM where I live and the fireworks are still going off all over the place. You could see at least five different sets on the horizon, and I can still hear them going off. We had burgers (cooked on the grill, of course) and baked beans and cole slaw for dinner and patriotic cookies for dessert and it was yummy. Stars and Stripes Forever is still stuck in my head (although, as a piccolo player, I can't get enough of that piece). I love my country a lot.
