Heemi walked in the hall with nervousness as she walked to her next class. Although she knew she should be focusing on her studies, she couldn't just ignore the nervous feeling that has been with her for a week.

Last week, the coach of their school's girl's soccer team had announced that his friend would be visiting them on their final match to the championship games. He wasn't just a plain old friend; he happened to be the a scout for professional soccer teams for Korea. And he was looking for one new addition to his team.

Heemi wanted this. Badly. But she couldn't say she was confident in getting chosen. There were plenty of other talented girls just like her. How would she get chosen amongst those many girls?

So everywhere she went, she was worried sick to her stomach. All her thoughts roamed around soccer techniques that her soccer coach had taught her. It was amazing how she managed to not drop her high grades in her class.

Another class passed, and it was finally lunch. Heemi packed up all of her stuff from her bag, straightened out her school uniform, and left the class with a couple of her friends. They walked to the cafeteria together, talking and chatting about the latest news and gossips of the school. Heemi wasn't paying any attention at all though, but her friends understood why.

They went to their usual table and sat down after buying their lunches. Heemi ate her lunch with a blank expression as her friends continued gossiping about their classmates.

"Heemi!"

Heemi jumped in shock and her chopsticks fell onto the floor. She looked up at the person who had plopped themselves besides her and yelled her name, shaking her out of her daze.

"Oppa! You scared me!" Heemi complained as she gave him a little glare.

Luhan smiled. He thought she was cute when she pretended to be upset at him.

Luhan, one of the guys at school that every girl thought was attractive, had been dating Heemi for a couple years now. They had met through their favorite thing to do ever - soccer. Both were on the school's soccer team, and both were currently captains. They were both extremely talented players, and together, they made the soccer star couple of their school. Everyone secretly envied them, but everyone knew they were practically meant for each other.

Luhan picked up her chopsticks, went to the counter to get a new pair of chopsticks for her, and placed it on her napkin. He then ruffled her hair. "You're so cute," he cooed.

Heemi rolled her eyes and continued to eat. Her blank face returned as she was thinking about the game in a few weeks.

"What are you thinking about so deeply that you can't pay attention to your own boyfriend? I've called your name five times but you didn't hear me until I yelled it into your ear."

"Yeah, and you yelled it very loudly, if you haven't noticed."

Luhan chuckled. "What's worrying my Heemi?"

Heemi looked up at him from her food and sighed. "Coach's friend is coming to our game."

Luhan's eyes widened, realizing what she was saying. "Does this mean what I think it means? He's looking for someone to scout and be on ateam?"

Heemi just nodded and sighed once more.

Luhan grabbed her shoulders and softly shook them in excitement. "Heemi-yah! This is great! You can be scouted and be a professional soccer player!! You're the team captain anyways!"

Heemi sighed a third time. "But there are so many other students on my team that are really good, and you know that, Oppa."

Luhan shook his head. "They may be good, but my girl is amazing. I'm sure the scout will be shocked by how well you play and choose you immediately."

"I hope," Heemi said. She was about to smile again, but Luhan stopped her.

"Stop sighing and eat up! You need to gain strength so you can finish off the school day strong, because after school ends and you finish your homework, you're going to practice. And you don't need to worry about not being scouted, because I, the one who got scouted a couple months ago, have decided to help you," Luhan said.

Heemi finally smiled for the first time that day. "You really will help me?"

Luhan nodded. "I would do anything for you, Heemi. Now, eat!"

Heemi gained energy and began eating. She finally showed a sign of life in her. Her friends who were sitting at her table smiled at Luhan, giving him a sign of thanks.

School ended quickly, and Heemi rushed home to finish her homework quickly. She was grateful that they were easy, because she was able to get through them quickly. She then changed into a baby pink sports t-shirt with sky blue sports shorts, both which Luhan had bought for her. She threw her phone, keys, and her shinguards before putting on her soccer cleats and rushing out the door.

She slowly jogged over to the park near her house to warm up. When she got there, she saw Luhan already waiting for her arrival. His eyes brightened when he saw her, and he ran over to give her a quick hug.

"You came fast," Luhan pointed out.

Heemi smiled up at him. "I didn't want you to wait."

After a few more seconds of hugging his girlfriend, he let her go. "Let's start."

They spent the first couple minutes stretching and warming up. They also did some work outs together. They also worked on some techniques and Luhan helped her through it all. He taught her some tips that his coach on his profession team that he recently got scouted into and is training for taught him.

Many hours passed, and it was getting really dark outside. Heemi collapsed on the grass field out of exhaustion. "I'm tired."

Luhan sat down besides her. "Heemi-yah, do you really want this?"

Heemi, not even moving her head, looked at him as she was laying on the ground. "Of course I do, you know that, Oppa."
