Park Minmi looked into the mirror besides the shoe closet in the morning. My uniform is on correctly and my hair looks good...or does it? It has to look perfect though! Today might be the day that he talks to me!

Her hair was a soft brown color, and it was straight. Feeling a bit daring for some reason that day, she decided to slightly curl the tips of her hair so it was only wavy at the end, while the rest of her hair remained straight. She looked at the mirror for the last time before finally walking out of her house with her backpack.

She walked to the bus stop with her head full of images of her crush. She had been crushing on him for almost a year now, but she could never approach him. She always knew of the most popular three guys at school, Jin, Namjoon, and Yoongi, but she never got to talk to them before. However, when her third year of high school started, she ended up being in the same homeroom as Yoongi. The teacher happened to place them besides each other, which made them seat partners.

With him being so close to her, she couldn't help but silently observe him during class. She never understood why so many girls were obsessed with the Bangtan Trio, but slowly she found herself noticing unique traits about him. She noticed how he never took notes and appeared to not pay attention, but he still managed to get straight As. She noticed how at moments when she would accidently fall while going to her seat, his face would crinkle up a bit in worry. Although her contact with him was very minimal, she developed a crush for this handsome kingka that seemed to have a soft heart on the inside, even though he appeared very cold and emotionless on the outside.

With a fluttering heart beating rapidly inside of her just with the thoughts of Yoongi, she entered the school gates. She entered her homeroom and her heart soared when she saw Yoongi already sitting in his seat. She chuckled when she saw that he was sleeping with his head propped up on his left hand. She quietly sat down in her seat besides him.

Minmi took advantage of this opportune moment to admire his good looks. He appeared to be fairly young with his facial features, but his body was lean and built. In comparison to his usual cold and expressionless face, he appeared to be at peace. It was calming to see him so relaxed.

Minmi quietly sighed. It was hard liking someone that had a lot of girls around him, yet didn't give any care for the opposite gender. Yoongi appeared to never talk with any girls. He almost seemed to be annoyed by all the endless gifts and affection he received from the girls at their school. That's why Minmi decided to lay low on her crush. She was afraid that he would reject her, or even worse, get mad at her.

The bell woke Yoongi up from his sleep, and Minmi's heart beat quickened as she quickly turned her head away from him. She was afraid that he caught her staring at him, but when she slightly glanced at him from the corner of her eye, she saw that he wasn't looking in her way. She intenally sighed in relief before paying attention to class.

Yoongi, on the other hand, slightly glanced over at her. He had noticed her staring at him. In fact, he felt her gaze on him when he was resting his eyes. He wasn't sleeping.

Slightly, just slightly, one side of his lip quirked upwards for a millisecond before his emotionless face reappeared, swiping away that slight smile.

In contrast to what Minmi thought, he had actually noticed her a long time ago. Ever since they became seat partners, he noticed how she did her best to not annoy him like all the girls out here did. If he was paired with any other girl in the class, they would immediately annoy him with questions and flirtatious remarks. But something about Minmi was different, and it was a good different. That's what he liked about her.

It was lunchtime, and all the students piled out of their classrooms and into the cafeteria. As usual, a flock of girls surrounded the Bangtan Trio as they met up at their usual spot in the cafeteria. Yoongi tried to ignore the loud, annoying girls so he could focus on what Jin was talking to them about, but their annoying chatter was driving him nuts.

"Chill," Namjoon said with a chuckle. "They don't mean any harm."

"Yeah, Yoongi. You should be happy with all this attention! All these girls are infatuated with you, but I think they love me more," Jin said.

Namjoon laughed as Jin gave a few girls in the crowd a wink, and they squealed in delight. Yoongi, however, remained emotionless.

"Annoying. That's all they are," Yoongi muttered.

He tilted his head up to look up at the ceiling and sighed. Peace. That was what he wanted.
