Chapter 22 - Weird

“Oppa.. I’ve been looking everywhere for—“ Sue Ji said breathlessly as she ran towards me and stopped when she saw Hoya.

“Oh this is Hoya.” I pointed to him and he waved at her. She just stopped there, frozen.

“Myungsoo, I’ll see you around.” Hoya stood up and left. My eyebrows knitted as I walked up to her.

“You know him? I asked her. She shook her head.

“No. It was just weird for me to see you talk to others. Anyway, I hope I’d pass the test.”

“I know you will.” I said as I kissed her cheek.

We went the park after. Things were quite well except for one. She’s acting really strange. She looks uneasy and will suddenly look around when someone passes by. I held her hand and it’s cold and sweaty.

“Are you okay?” I asked her.

She again, looked back when someone passed by us.

“Uh. Oppa, I’m not feeling well. Can you take me home?”

I immediately placed the back of my hand on her forehead. She shoved my hand away.

“I feel dizzy, that’s all.” She grabbed my arm as she stood up and dragged us to the car.

She immediately went inside her apartment and I followed inside.

“Oppa, you can go now. I still have things to do..” She shooed me.

“But I thought you’re not feeling well.”

“I am. Just go home now. I need to rest. I’ll see you sometime. Go home fast, okay?” She pushed me outside the gate and closed it, it’s getting weird already. I don’t know a single thing. I planned to climb over her wall but if she really needs rest, I must leave her for now. So I decided to go home.
