Jungkook was sitting in the dressing room getting his hair, outfit, and make up ready with the rest of Bangtan Boys. Their group had become one of the most popular groups of all K-pop. They were just about to go on stage for SBS Inkigayo for a goodbye stage of their song, Dream On.

"Okay, Bangtan Boys! You're up!" a staff said. The seven members went on stage and performed their best. Once done, they went back to the dressing room.

"Awh, I'm so sad that it was the goodbye stage!" Suga said with a pout.

"Me too!" Jimin agreed.

"We'll comeback with a better song for our next album, so don't feel sad!" the eldest, Jin, said.

"That's right. So for now, let's enjoy our little break!" Rap Monster, the leader, said with a grin.

J-Hope and Jimin cheered. "Yay! Break!"

The members lightheartedly goofed off as they goofily sang along to their song.

"Dream On. Right now. Dream big, dream high. Nothing will stop us until we reach the sky," the playful V rapped with a super deep voice, mimicking Rap Mon. Rap Mon faced palmed while the rest of the members laughed along.

Jungkook was sitting quietly by himself as he was deep in thought. This song reminded him very much of someone he knew.

First year Jungkook cooly walked with his hands in his pocket to a lunch table where his group of friends always sat at. This group ranged from first years like him to third years. It was considered the group that all the people wanted to be a part of. He sat down and saved a seat for a certain someone.

"Jungkook ah!" a girl said cheerfully. Jungkook felt someone sit besides him.

"Noona, you came?" Jungkook said, looking up to see her face. It was a face that he longed to see daily. It belonged to his first love, Yang SooAh. She had been close to a few of his hyungs, and he eventually got the chance to grow close to her. And somehow, he fell deeply in love with this girl who happened to be two years older than him.

"Eung! I think I did well on my math test today!" SooAh said with a smile before digging into her food. SooAh would try to keep a conversation going with Jungkook as the two enjoyed their lunch.

Jungkook couldn't help but think that SooAh was younger than him because of how cute she acted. Who knew that this cool first year would fall for a cute girl like SooAh?

"So how was dance lessons today?" she asked.

"The same," Jungkook said. "He said I need to put more emotions into my dancing. Then I'll be good to go."

SooAh smiled. "I can't wait to see you perform on stage. You're going to be the best dancer ever!"

Jungkook cleared his throat and looked away in attempt to hide his blush from her. Then he replied, "I sing too, noona. You know that."

"Oh right I forgot! How can I forget about your amazing singing skills?" she said. She then pouted. "Jungkook ah, you better promise me that you'll never forget me! Even if you become a celebrity and gain a lot of noona fans, I better be your favorite noona, alright?" she warned.

Jungkook chuckled. "Okay okay."

"Promise me!" SooAh said.

"Alright, I promise," Jungkook said. He took her hand and interlaced his pinky with hers. "There?"

"Aigoo, you're so cute! This is why you're my favorite first year!" SooAh said as she reached out to ruffle his hair.

Keeping his poker face on, Jungkook just curtly nodded. She always makes sure to remind me that I'm younger than her. When will she see me.. as a man?

Jungkook sighed. It's been five years now and I still can't get over her. I wonder how she's doing now. SooAh noona, I miss you, he thought sadly.
