Jaehwa was ready to confess today. She had planned everything perfectly. She had made her delicious homemade cookies and wrapped it up in a pretty Christmas box. She was just hoping he would accept it. She liked this oppa for a while now. He was cute, funny, caring, and the school's Oppa. And today, she was sure she would become the girlfriend of the school's Oppa. She was just waiting for the last bell to ring.

Her friends had tried to talk her out of it, knowing that 1) it's slightly awkward for a girl to confess to a guy, and 2) he already had a girlfriend. However, Jaehwa was unaware of both of those facts. All she knew was that she was going to confess to the guy she had a big crush on.

Finally, the bell rung. She rushed to her locker and got out the cookies. She then ran outside, waiting for her crush to approach the school building. When she spotted him, she ran over to him.

"Kevin Oppa, I like you! Will you please accept my confession?" Jaehwa said as she had the cookies outstretched towards him.

Just then, another girl came towards them. "Oppa, let's go on our date."

"Okay, honey," Kevin said. He then turned towards the shocked Jaehwa. "I'm sorry, Jaehwa, but I already have a girl. I hope we can still have our close oppa-dongsaeng relationship!" He lightly ruffled her hair before walking away with his girlfriend.

Jaehwa stood there, heartbroken and sad. Sad and upset, she dropped the box of cookies on the ground and sat besides them. She buried her head into her arms on her knees, and she also began shivering because of the cold weather.

A boy, who was secretly watching the confession, slowly came up to her. "Hey, are you okay, Jaehwa?" he said.

Jaehwa looked up at the male that was speaking to her. She saw Sungjae, one of the most popular guys of her grade. He was equivalent to Kevin popularity wise, but Sungjae was a second year like Jaehwa, while Kevin was a third year.

She shook her head. "No, not really."

Sungjae saw the box on the ground. He picked up the box and opened the lid, revealing many delicious cookies. He grabbed one and gently put it against her lip. "Ah."

Jaehwa, too sad to do anything, did as she was told. She opened and took a bite of the cookie. Then, she sighed. "I was supposed to eat those with Kevin Oppa."
