Attention, seniors. Don’t forget to comply for your final grades before taking the CSAT. Also, don’t forget to comply the requirements in order to take the final exams and the CSAT. Do your best in the remaining school days, have fun, and may you graduate with flying colors.

“It’s going to be a sweet ride while it lasts, right AhnYu?” Wonyoung asked her best friend.

However, Yujin didn’t notice. She was busy reading all her books while writing. Wonyoung wondered and had a look.

“Woah!” Wonyoung reacted. “You’re pretty serious about her, huh?”

“Yep. I have a plan for it.” Yujin grinned as she finished writing. “I’m going to confess to her during our last day of tutorials.”

“That’s in two days time.” Wonyoung checked her calendar then chuckled. “No wonder you complied EVERYTHING.”

“Mhhmm…” Yujin nodded. “That way, I have more time to study and have more time to be with her.”

Wonyoung cooed and reminded Yujin to remain responsible until she accomplishes her goal. Yujin nodded, just as the school bell rang, dismissing their class.

“Hey, Won.” Yujin spoke. “Mind if we have a rain check for our pair study?”

“Hm? Why?” Wonyoung asked. “We don’t usually have these and now you’re backing out?”

“I only back out for this day. Besides…” Yujin huffed. “…I want to start tutorials early.”

“Aigoo…why do you have to be so whipped towards Chaewon-unnie?” Wonyoung cooed again. “Aya…I wish I had someone like that.”

“You’ll find one in SNU soon. I’ll even ask Chaewon-unnie to find you one.” Yujin smirked.

Wonyoung threw her a book but Yujin was quick to dodge and run away to go home as she was excited for this day and tomorrow.

Although tomorrow was the last before the final exams and the CSAT, Yujin hoped that she could confess her feelings, whatever the aftermath may be.

Yujin got home earlier than usual. She and their maids decided to arrange the living room for their tutorials. Yumi came home an hour later and Yujin greeted her home.

“You cancelled your pair study with Wonyoung?”

“I did, Eomma.” Yujin nodded lightly.

“You could’ve attended it to spare the time.” Yumi batted. “Chaewon will be late tonight because she’s reviewing for the exams.”

“Huh?” Yujin was shocked and sad at the same time. “But…she would’ve informed me too…”

“Come on, AhnYu. Chaewon is a student – a top student like you. She needs her time to study and maintain her standing too.” Yumi added. “I know you have feelings for her but giving each other space to do personal tasks is also necessary. You need to understand Chaewon as much as she understands you.”

Yujin was shocked. Yumi could only chuckle and pat her head.

“Be good to her, AhnYu. She’s a keeper.” Yumi spoke. “Now go. Eat dinner, join Wonyoung in your pair study, and return once I inform you of Chaewon’s arrival.”

“Wait – Eomma.” Yujin stopped her mom from going to her bedroom. “Would you even let Chaewon tutor me during late hours?” 

“I let you sleep over at their place, didn’t I? She’s utilizing the time so we must return the favor.” Yumi answered. “I’ll have the maids prepare an extra bed in your room.”

Yujin couldn’t hold her happiness, her way of hugging her mom, and her gratitude for this moment. Yumi could only hug back and have dinner ahead. Yujin was fine because she was willing to wait for Chaewon, just as much as how the latter waited for her.

That went on until 10 PM. Yujin returned from the pair study with Wonyoung and waited outside by the gate, prepping a face towel. Like what she experienced last time, Chaewon came panting and sweating. Chaewon apologized for the delay but Yujin wiped her sweat with both hands. She even draped the towel around Chaewon’s shoulders and dabbed her face, sending chills in both of their spines, mostly on Chaewon's.

“Come inside, unnie.” Yujin added.

And just like, the tables of service had turned. They ate dinner together, had the time to freshen up, and got to Yujin’s room to do the tutorials.

“I never thought your mom agreed to this, Yujin.” Chaewon spoke as she arranged her books. “We’ll just have mini review tests for all subjects. Let’s start with World History.”

“Unnie.” Yujin called before they could start. “If I get a passing score for every subject, will you reward me with anything I want?”

“We’ll see about that.” Chaewon commented as she gave Yujin a test paper.

Yujin would answer quietly as Chaewon prepared the exams and almost fell asleep. An hour later, Yujin noticed her collapsing and caught her before she slumped. Chaewon jolted up and froze as she was inches away from Yujin.

“A-Are you done?” Chaewon asked.

Yujin nodded, handing the paper. Chaewon got busy to check it and she was impressed with Yujin’s score.

“You got two mistakes.” Chaewon spoke. “You pass. Now, what will be the reward?”

It was all too sudden. Chaewon felt a pair of lips on her forehead as saw Yujin breaking away with a smile. “That was the reward, unnie.”

Chaewon couldn’t help but blush. Nonetheless, she gave Yujin her second test and the latter answered diligently. Chaewon tried to distract herself by reading a book but the forehead kiss became an imprint of her memory. 

That went on for many tests. Chaewon gave Yujin rewards every time because she got very good to excellent scores. From a simple hug to candy, Yujin was happy with the little rewards because for her, Chaewon was enough.

“That was the last test. You’re getting good, Yujin.” Chaewon commented. “I’m sure you’ll ace both of your exams in no time.”

“Thank you, unnie.” Yujin grinned, feeling satisfied of her accomplishment.

“What will be the reward this time?”

“It’s not really for me but for you.” Yujin spoke, draping an arm around Chaewon and getting her favorite story book. “I want to read you a bedtime story.”

Chaewon was in college; an embodiment towards adulthood. Surely, she wouldn’t be interested doing childish stuff, let alone letting someone read a bedtime story for her.

“Okay.” Chaewon nodded.

She and Yujin got comfy, with Yujin keeping that draped arm around Chaewon as she started to read. Chaewon listened to Yujin read, feeling impressed that a jolly tall puppy can actually be calm and focused. Yujin’s voice was like sweet melody to her ears, Yujin’s draping an arm around her felt so warm, and their proximity was everything that led to this precious moment.

Which is why sometimes, she wondered how their future will be when the tutorials will be over soon.
As Yujin finished reading, Chaewon was asleep in her embrace. Yujin took time to adore Chaewon before she slowly carried her to her bed. Yujin fixed her room then slumped on her bed. 

She rolled to look at a sleeping Chaewon. Tomorrow was the last day and hopefully, her future plan will work.
