Junsu and Yoochun have been keeping a close eye on the two.

“They’re silent” Junsu stated looking at Jaejoong pack his bag “They haven’t had a proper conversation after the incident at the restaurant.”

“Very silent” Yoochun corrected.

“Did the sasaeng say something to them?” Junsu questioned in worry

“Think hyung would have let her out alive if so?” Yoochun asked back

“True” Junsu acknowledged while nodding.

“But why is Reya silent?” Yoochun mumbled

“That” Junsu let out a deep breath “I have no idea”

Unable to bare the unnerving silence between the two, Junsu and Yoochun forced them to sit together in the plane making sure to keep the child away from the parents. They know that little Sophie is the binding force between the two but wasn’t it high time they have some memories alone? Sophie gladly sat on Yoochun’s lap and played with his phone while Jaejoong and Reya were staring at opposite directions. Is Jaejoong nervous to talk to her? Yes. His stomach knots and he loses his ability to talk, let alone whisper to her. Maybe, now that he confessed, he is scared to listen to her reply.

Reya on the other hand has come up with a plan on how to face her first breakup. She intends to be straightforward with her feelings. She isn’t the type to beat around the bush and isn’t planning on it in the future. To Jaejoong, she cannot behave in the usual way. Is she still hurt about his apparent joke of a confession? Yes. But it wasn’t that. Now that she has admitted to her true feelings, she too is suddenly nervous around him.

“You know this silence has to stop” Jaejoong mumbled while reading the magazine. No matter how scared he was to talk to her regarding the confession, he couldn’t bare not talking to her.

“What silence?” She asked back.

“This” He shut the magazine. “You and I” He tiled his head to her direction, making sure to not meet her gaze, but at her bracelet on her left wrist.

“We’re talking, aren’t we?” Reya replied in her ‘as-a-matter-of-fact tone’ and Jaejoong decided to keep quiet.

Reya happens to be a slight nervous flier, especially during turbulence. To her rotten luck, turbulence hit the plane resulting it to tremble. She usually tugs onto Kailaash, who distracts her by talking or teasing her. But her cousin wasn’t around. Reya began to panic. She reached to grab the closest support which happened to be Jaejoong’s hand. Her sudden action startled him. As he turned he saw her shut her eyes tight, mumbling to herself. Taking the opportunity, he laced his fingers with hers holding back the obvious smile in his lips.

“You ok?” He whispered to her

“Darn turbulence” She mumbled. It shook the plane again and she gasped placing her both hands around his.

“Hey, look at me” He pulled her chin, forcing her to face him. “Don’t frown. It’s nothing.” He straightened her brows with his free hand. “It's just a little wind ok?” He calmed her in his soothing, silky voice.

She nodded like a frightened five-year-old listening to her mother.

“Want something? Coke? Juice?” He leaned to her. In a low, husky, seductive tone he “Or me?”

Her scared face turned serious “Why would I want you?” She snapped back. “You are simply my substitute to Kailaash” She mumbled looking straight. One hand let go of him but her left hand was holding on to him tightly.

He could only sigh a laugh at her childish behaviour. Mentally promising her that he’ll never let her fly on her own, he let her hold onto him for as long as she wishes.

Coming out of customs in the Korean airport, Junsu and Yoochun were warmly greeted by the fans. But the moment Jaejoong stepped out, everything died down. The audience stared at their favourite idol hold his apparent girlfriend close. It seems that the two haven’t let go of their hands from the moment turbulence struck. Maybe because it was meant to be, the feeling of security filled deep inside Reya’s heart that she didn’t bother to let go of him, maybe Jaejoong had a feeling that her actions were merely a very realistic dream and was scared to let go of her.

He is in an industry where he doesn’t have the luxury to be selfish, where he had to think a hundred times before making a move on anything but he couldn’t re-think when it comes to Reya. He has never been as sure of anything as he is now.

That Reya is the one for him.

The warmth he felt calmed his racing thoughts. Her hands fit perfectly in his. He gently tightened his hold and their arms were now brushing on one another. This is Jaejoong showing that nothing can tear them apart, marking her as his in public. For some irrational reason he had the necessity to behave so. Reya felt the change in tension but didn’t care less. All she wanted is to get out of the airport without another incident with his loving fans. 

Reya made sure to bury her head with her hair, tilting her head down as she walked. But the silence made her look up. Jaejoong eyed her pull back her hair and was happy that she gained the courage to face the fans. If she isn’t ready to face them, there is no way he can take their relationship to the next level.

The fans looked at Jaejoong wear a black t-shirt over which he wore a black stripped red shirt. Reya wore a black tank top under a white crop top and black denims. With her loose long layered hair, she looked smart and unbelievably eye catching. Her tall built masked her chubby body. Jaejoong was full of pride smirking at their audience
