My Friend's Death WishA/N: THOUGHTS ARE IN ITALICS
Jaejoong POV
She stared at me indifferently. But I couldn’t help but furrow my brows. Nervousness hit me like a ton of bricks.
Is she upset that Min Young came?
Is her anger the means to hide her jealousy?
She loves me, doesn’t she? Reya is in love with me.
Her nose flared and she was back to glaring at me
“Let go”
“Let’s talk” I masked my nervousness thanks to my acting skills.
She tried to pull her hand but I held her securely.
“Let. Go. Of. Me”
Heyri held onto my tighter, burring her face on my chest.
“How about we talk about this when she isn’t here?” I kissed Heyri’s head as she hugged me tighter.
“How about you man up and publicly have fun with Min Young without pulling me into the spot light?”
My heart sinks every time she calls Min Young my girlfriend.
“She isn’t my girlfriend” I gritted my teeth.
“And I’m your sister”

I felt her release her from my hold. But I couldn’t do anything.
Reya?!
My sister?!
WHAT. NONSENSE. IS. THIS?!
It felt like a ton of bricks hit me hard. Again.
She grabbed her purse and phone and walked out of my line of sight.
Never did I dream of Reya calling herself my sister. Sister?! I’m in love with her for Christ’s sake! My blood boiled, rushing to my brain. I hugged Heyri tight feeling her kiss my cheek.
“Please don’t fight appa. If she hates you, she won’t change”
She won’t change the way she thinks of a person?
My blood was singing in joy that the reason behind her closeness was because she loved me.
Everything was replaced by a nerve wrecking, scaring doubt right now
Does Reya see me as a brother? Is that why she grew close to me?
The shutting of the door snapped my back from my gaze.
“I’m hungry” Heyri mumbled, hugging my neck
“How about we find Reya and then eat?” I asked her
“Hurry then appa.”
I kissed her cheek and carried her out to the elevators. Both were heading down and I knew she was in one of them. A nerve-wrecking minute later, the doors opened. Immediately getting inside, I pressed the ground floor’s button.
I halted at the receptionist who was blusing at me. Ignoring her flustered face, I asked
“You saw Reya?” She nodded a yes “She went out?” She shook her head sideways. Thank god! I sighed in relief “W-where is she?” I questioned her impatiently
She cleared and forced myself to not snap at her to get out of her daze. Fortunately, she composed herself and replied.
“She wanted to go out to eat but I guided her to the Indian restaurant by the swimming pool”
“Thanks” I bowed and stepped forward but immediately stepped back to face her “How am I to go there?”
“Walk to your right. You’ll reach the swimming pool. It’s the first restaurant in the left.”
“Thank you very much for not letting her get out and fall into trouble”
“Anytime Jaejung-san” She smiled, too much I must add.
Nodding at her, I headed to the said place to clear some burning issues out.
Ignoring the gasping and the mumbling of the other hotel visitors, I opened the door and was greeted by the employees.
“Did you see a tall girl, wearing a black hoodie and white top. She wore glasses too. Ummm. She looks like-”
“The corner most table to your right” The employee smiled at me.
“Arigatōgozaimaa" I bowed and immediately walked to inside.
There she was, happily tapping her fingers on the table like she has no worries on earth. How can she be so carefree after hitting me with a hundred wrecking balls at an instant?!
Why am I even bothered to ask this question?! She doesn’t belong in this world!
A young boy served her food. She smiled at him, mumbling a thank you. Rubbing her hands in glee, she immediately dug into her food tearing a piece of the food and dipping it into the curry.
“Appa, food, food, food” Heyri pointed at Reya eating. “Me
