Jaejoong POV

When I went to pick Heyri up, her teacher stopped me

“Mr. Jae, so Soph wanted me to help her write something to you. Good luck reading it”

Smiling, she went back inside. Something for me? This is new!

So, I was expecting the letter to be given to me, but she didn’t. Not in the car, not once we went home, not after we ate lunch, even not when I let her play in my tab. After listening to her teacher I was really excited to read what she had written, even though I’m sure she has scolded me in it. Oh yeah, “Don’t touch Ray” will be there for sure. I can bet my whole inheritance on it.

Reya came home earlier than usual.

“What are you doing so early?”

“Why? Did I disturb your date with Sophie?” This girl and

“Yah! Wipe that grin off your face Ray. Why are you such a tease?”

“I like teasing you. Your reactions are very funny.”

“You’re weird.”

“You’re obvious”

“You’re crazy”

“See? You tell the obvious!” She stuck her tongue out and ran to the stairs. Turning to me, she yelled “You’ll never beat me in talking AJUSHI!”

Just another day in paradise. We just bicker whenever we have nothing to do. I know it’s childish, can’t help it though. That’s a normal conversation between Reya and myself.

This kid was not giving me any letter. Urgh! Why did that Jane tell me about it? Unable to be patient I decided to go for a run. Wearing a cap, sunglasses and a hoodie I got out of the house after telling Reya

“You better not bring any crazy fans here! I’ll kick you out of the house!”

Reya yelled when I was at the doorstep. She’s a kid in an adult’s body, but at times she can be really in charge. I really enjoy living with her. I’m repeating the same thing about her, aren’t I?

“Yes madam!” I yelled back and closed the door.

After a long run, I got back home at around 6. Sitting on the couch, I rested.

“Here, have this. Mango juice, Soph’s favourite” Reya sat beside me. Fruit juice? Didn’t expect that for a kid

“Thanks.” After taking a sip, I asked “What’s for dinner?”

“I don’t know, there’s noodles, spaghetti and something else.”

At that time Heyri brought the land phone to Reya.

“Order pizza. I want pizza, with lots of cheese.”

“And here I was thinking why you didn’t bother asking about it for so long..” Reya took the phone and Heyri sat in the middle of us.

“Ajushi is sweating.”

“I will go wash soon.”

“You’re stinky.”

“You talk too much!” Reya squeezed the kid’s ear.

Heyri immediately jumped on her and started to tickle the older girl.

“Hey, s-s-s-stop, it’s tic-kl-lish. Aaaaaaaaaaaah”

I took a photograph of the cute scene. Reya finally held her hands and put her on the sofa. Before Heyri could attack she jumped out and started to run. Making sure that the door is locked, I went to have a quick wash. I have no say in their fights. These two might team up to annoy me. Better not get involved.
