Yixing POV

That girl, Reya, I have clearly seen her somewhere. But I just couldn’t remember where. I knew that she recognised me, her widening eyes and nearly smiling lips made it obvious. I was frightened that she would call the rest, but she didn’t. She let me escape. I hated to leave her but I had to.  The moment she held my wrist my skin felt a tingling sensation. Seeing her again I knew that I had to get to know her more. She’s different. She knows her limit. But when she told that guy’s name my insides churned. He is considered an outcast in SM. I just wanted to keep her away from him. Her interactions with him just made it obvious that she doesn’t care about his status as a KPop idol; she was actually annoying him. She’s different from the rest of my fans. I will try to get to know her more.

Jaejoong POV

So Reya left after threatening Heyri to be friendly with me. Well not that she was super friendly but she began to smile at me. I guess that’s a start. I finally went inside Hyun’s bedroom for the first time. A picture of the family, was on the bedside drawer. It looks the same when I watched the DVD of him showing me around his new house like six years ago. He had a habit of drawing cartoon when he can’t sleep. Usually he’d draw on the bed. Opening the top most drawer I saw the sketch book. Opening it I looked at each sketch he had drawn. One caught my eye, a young girl carrying a baby. Taking a close look I identified it as Reya, looking at the top corner of the huge book I saw the original picture. My best guess is that the baby is Heyri. So Nathan’s right. Reya was here when she was born. She actually has a lovely smile, a dimple forming on her right cheek. She looks like a nerd in glasses. She still does. I lost track of time looking at the sketches. Keeping the book back in place I went downstairs to get Heyri from school with Nathan.

In the evening, after having dinner I heard someone knock at my door. Opening it revealed Heyri, dressed for bed. I let her in and she sat on the bed.

“Do you know this is Ray’s room?”

“Yep. She told me.”

“So, don’t mess it up.” What does she think of me?

“Yes Ajashi. Is that all?”

“Ajushi, can you cook cake?”

“For what?”

“Sunday is Ray’s birthday.” What?! That’s in two days!  “I don’t want big cake, but a small one. Omma usually makes one for her.” She looked at the floor biting her lip.

Kneeling beside her, I pulled her to a hug. “No problem. I’ll make a cake for Reya.” Pulling away I asked “But how will she eat it? She’s not here?”

“Do old people not use their brain?” I frowned. She’s calling me old again…. “Uncle wants to go to Seattle tomorrow night.” Why didn’t he tell me? Did he think I might not want to join them because I fight with Reya?

“Uncle didn’t tell you?” I pouted nodding sideways. She immediately jumped down and ran out.

In came Nathan dragged by Heyri. I was sitting on the bed. “So, Jaejoong-ssi, I was not sure to go. That’s why I didn’t tell you. Don’t misunderstand.” I smiled at him. No wonder!

“No! We’re going. Ajushi’s making cake” He stared at me.

“She asked for it so..”

“No. It’s ok. I mean you needn’t do it if it’s a bother.”

“No. It’s not a bother at all.”
