[Daesung’s POV]

I looked at the picture in the photo book and said aloud to my-self,

“That blue haired man is…”

“Me…” A man behind me said.

I closed the book and turned around to face the blue haired man.

“Seunghyun…” I softly said looking at him.

“W-what…I-I though you…I thought you were dead!” I yelled, but then I realized that Haewon was sleeping.

“I almost died Daesung…” He said sitting on the arm of the couch crossing his arms.

“Actually…I did die…I was out for a few moments until I saw something in my mind…Like someone was giving me a chance to change my-self…Then the next thing I know I woke up…” He explained looking at me.

“How did you leave without them seeing you?” I asked.

“I have my ways…” He smiled.

“Well this is great news! I have to tell Haewon!” I said happily getting ready to run up the stairs.

“No wait Daesung!” He yelled quietly getting my attention.

“Don’t tell her…” He said softly.

“Why not?” I asked.

“Because she has grown up so much without me there and I just want her to be stronger without me…I need her to love and lean on you and not on me…” He replied.

“I don’t want anybody else knowing about this…You need to keep this a secret between me and you” He added.

I nodded. “But why?” I asked. “Why can’t I tell the other…They have a right to know…especially your sister!” I yelled.

“I know Daesung…Maybe one day when you two are much older I will come back…but for now I want to stay hidden and just watch over you two.” He said smiling.

I looked away; the tears fell down my cheeks. Seunghyun walked over to me and pulled me into a hug.

“It’ll be okay Daesung…I promise…Just live happier now that you know that I am alive and well” He whispered into my ear.

“I promise…One day…” He added.

We pulled away from the hug and I looked at him.

“How will I know that you are still alive and watching us?” I asked.

“You’ll know…” He replied. “Good things happen to those who wait…Daesung and I know you are a very patient man sometimes…” He laughed. “You still have some growing up to do but I think you’ll manage.” He added and placed a hand on my shoulder.

He then stuck his hand in my pocket and pulled out a locket.

He opened it and looked at the picture.

“This belonged to my mother; she always kept a picture of Haewon and me in it to keep us close to her.” He said placing it in my hand.

“Keep it safe…it’s yours now.” He smiled and backed up away from me.

He walked to the sliding glass door and opened it.

“Seunghyun, wait…” I called out.

He stopped and turned around, the wind already blowing his blue hair.

“Yeah?” he replied.

“Thank you…” I whispered to him.

He smiled and nodded then he walked out the door.

Just like that he was gone again…

Then…

“Ah!” I yelled breathing heavily sitting up in my bed.

I looked around, Haewon was sleeping next to me.

I was sweating really badly.

Did I have a nightmare.

“Daesung…Is everything okay?” Haewon said softly looking at me.

“Yeah…I just had the strangest dream…” I said to myself.

“About what?” She asked.

“It was about your brother…It felt like he was here and alive…I felt like I was taking to him and it felt like he actually hugged me.” I explained to her.

Haewon yawned. “You’re still upset about it aren’t you” She said sadly.

“I will always be upset…But, it just felt so real….” I said softly.

“Mm” Haewon mumbled as she drifted off again in her sleep.

I looked at her and gave her a kiss on the head.

I then stood up and walked out of the room and over to my office.

There was no box with a metal photo book or a card with it.

I sighed and looked around. I then saw something twinkle on the knob of the sliding glass door.

I walked over and picked up the mysterious object.

“Why is there a locket here?” I asked my-self. I then opened it and my eyes widen.

‘Good things do come to those who wait’
