Chapter Twenty-One
Ending of Day 1.

[GD’S POV]

Taeyang and I got back to my house, he was really angry about this whole situation. I felt bad for him.
I looked at my friend who sat down on the couch with an angry expression.
I sat down across from him.
“Hey…Um…Taeyang” I started “Can I ask you a question?” he looked at me.

“Yeah, what is it” He muttered.

“Who is that girl, Melody?” I asked looking away slightly, I didn’t want to look into his eyes.
He sighed.

“Melody…is my girlfriend.” he answered me softly.
I just looked at him, I had a surprised look on my face.

“What? Are you serious? I didn’t know you have a girlfriend?” I said looking at him, I actually was really happy for him.
“How come you never told me about this?” I asked him still smiling.

“Because she’s 16” he muttered, My smile dropped.

“Ohhhhh…She’s underage…That’s illegal” I said in a childish voice.
Taeyang just looked at me.

“Yeah I know it is…but we love each other, and that’s that” he muttered

“How long have you two been together?” I asked.

“about a year now” answered Taeyang, getting ready for me to start complaining again.

“Dude! She was 15 when you started to date her! That’s extra illegal!” I said standing up.

“I know it is.” Taeyang muttered.

“But if you love each other…then its alright in my book” I said smiling.
Taeyang just looked at me. And shook his head, he started to laugh.

“Shut up fool.” He joked.
I sat down and shrugged.

“I try” I laughed.

We both looked at each other and then stood up, Su-Min and Mimi came into the room, we looked at them and smiled.
“is everything okay?” Su-Min asked.

“Yeah everything is alright” I answered.
“Well I’m going to bed. Um, Su-Min you come with me.” I said smiling, “Mimi there’s an extra room upstairs that you can use. Best friend…you got the couch” I laughed.

Taeyang picked up a pillow and threw it at me.
I laughed and I walked up stairs with Su-Min, Mimi followed behind us. Taeyang stayed downstairs and laid down on the couch. He placed his hands behind his head and looked up.

[TAEYANG’S POV]

I looked up at the ceiling.
And just thought.
We have almost all of the money.
And only 2 more days left to get the last $100.
This is really good progress.
I am so happy that I can help out my best friend.
But is Seung-Hyun trustworthy? Can we trust him that he won’t hurt Jiyong and Su-Min anymore after we give him the money.
That’s my biggest worry right now.
I turned over on my side and thought of Melody.
I wonder if she is alright.
I love her too much for her to die.

She is a strong willed person and never lets anyone know that she is hurt, she can stick up for her-self most of the time and I like that.
That’s what I love about her.

[MELODY’S POV]

It had to be about 12:00 in the morning, I opened my eyes and they were blurry I blinked a few times before my vision went back to normal.
I looked around, I felt a tube down my throat. I was in the hospital.
Where was Taeyang, I saw him. Is he okay?
I feel really delusional right now, my head hurts and I don’t want to be alone right now.
“Taeyang…” I said softly, but hard, because the tube in my throat was stopping me from talk a lot. But I heard no answer. I could barely move my arms and legs.
I just wanted to sit up and take this tube out. I want to see Taeyang.

[JOO CHAN’S POV]

I sat next to Seungri and held his hand through the whole night, I wouldn’t let it go, I even fell asleep resting my head on his bed while holding his hand.
I woke up in the middle of the night and looked at him, he was sleeping like a baby. I covered him up more and sighed. I gave him a kiss on the cheek and stood up.
I thought it was getting really late and that I should be getting home. But as I was walking someone grabbed my hand, I turned around and it was Seungri.

“Seungri, you’re awake still” I said looking at him. He slowly opened his eyes and smiled at me.

“Where are you going?” he asked softly.

“Home…it’s getting late, and I need to get some sleep” I said softly as I gave him a kiss on the for head, he smiled and I walked to the door.
“Goodnight” I softly said and then walked out of the room.

[MIMI’S POV]

I sat on the bed in the room that Jiyong said I could use for the night.
For once I actually felt safe, because I was here with two other strong men and another girl who I can actually relate to…But I am jealous of her, because she has Jiyong’s love.
But I just met Jiyong, how do I know that I actually want him.
I sighed and shook my head.
“OH CRAP!” I yelled “I forgot I had work tonight!” I said getting, but then a voice called out to me.

“Don’t worry about it, I already called your boss and told him you weren’t feeling good.” Jiyong said as he walked in.

“Shouldn’t you be sleeping right now” I said laughing.

“I should but I’m not. I’m here talking to you” Jiyong said smiling, he sat down on the bed.
“So, how did staying in the house with Su-Min feel. What did you guys do?”
He asked.

I looked at him. “Well we talked and then we had something to eat and talked some more, that’s pretty much it” I said laughing.

“That’s it? I thought you girls had pillow fights and all that crap” He said laughing. I picked up the pillow and hit him with it.

“Jiyong you got a bad mind, get out of here!” I said laughing, he got up and walked to the door. He winked at me and walked out.
I sighed and laid down, I was really tired. I closed my eyes and just started to think.
‘What if? Just what if me and Jiyong were together’

[HAEWON’S POV]
I sat in the dinning room, my hands were crossed and on the table, I just sat there and was thinking. Or you could say I was praying.
But I was interrupted when the door opened and closed suddenly, I stood up and walked over, Seung-Hyun was already there.
How fast can that boy walk.
I looked around the corner and I could here talking, I saw my brother and then I looked over some more and saw Daesung and Hyung-Jun, they had blood all over them.

“Did you really have to kill that many people” my brother said looking at the two, they both didn’t look frightened at him.

“Sorry boss, we were just trying to escape” Hyung-Jun spoke up.
“if we didn’t get out of here, they could have put me and Daesung on the death penalty…Well mainly Daesung but still” Hyung-Jun explained, Daesung just looked at him.

Seung-Hyun sighed “well whatever, you two need to hide somewhere for the next few days in case the cops come here.” he said to the two of them.

“But where boss?” Hyung-Jun asked.
Seung-Hyun just stood there and started to think.

I looked over some more and saw Daesung, my heart started to pound even harder. He was looking at Seung-Hyun. I sighed at how our love couldn’t be and I stopped looking around the corner.
But I couldn’t help but watch them talk as I was looking back over I almost slipped and made a noise that they all can hear, hey looked my way…I was embarrassed. But at least Daesung is looking.

“Haewon…what are you doing out here, you should be asleep” Seung-Hyun said to me. I walked over.

“Brother…I couldn’t help but listen to your conversation.” I said softly.

“Didn’t someone teach you about eavesdropping.” he muttered at me. “Brother…about the hiding places, they can hide in my room.” I suggested.

“Perfect, Hyung-Jun go hide in her room” Seung-Hyun said pointing at Hyung-Jun.

“What about Daesung” I said to my brother.

“Not a chance, he can hide some where’s else” My brother muttered.

Daesung sighed and looked at Seung-Hyun. “Well Can I at least go sleep in my room for tonight…I am really tired.” Daesung said to my brother.

“No they can come tonight. How about this, you two” Seung-Hyun started out as he pointed at Daesung and Hyung-Jun “You two sleep in Haewon’s room” he said looking at them.

“What about me?” I muttered.

“You can sleep in my room with me” Seung-Hyun muttered.
“Okay got it. Now go to where you need to go.” My brother ordered.

“No offense boss…but how is hiding in Haewon’s room gonna help us.” Hyung-Jun muttered.
Seung-Hyun look at him.

“Because…they can never go into a girls room with out the permission of me. And I’ll just tell them that she is really sick and her illness is contagious.” He added. Haewon just looked at him.

“Thanks brother.” I muttered.

“Go to bed!” he yelled and we all split up. I walked in the direction of my room. “no you come with me.”

“but I’m hungry” I said to him.

“Oh well come to my room when you are finished.” He muttered.
I walked over to the kitchen but waited for my brother not to be in sight anymore. I then walked over to my room and opened the door Daesung and Hyung-Jun were sitting on the bed.

“Daesung…can I talk to you” I softly said.
He just looked at me.

“Why…” he muttered.

“Just because my brother said we can’t be together, doesn’t mean we can’t be together” I said to him.

“I can’t touch you and talk to you, because if I do…he will kill me and send you away” Daesung explained to me.
I just looked away.

“Well…I still love you” I softly said and walked out, tears were coming out of my eyes as I walked down the stairs.
Was it really over between us?
