“Ahjumma.” Kai called as Jae Hee looked up from the plate she was making.

“Ah, what is it Jongin-ah.” Jae Hee smiled up to him from under her hair net.

“Who is that?” He whispered pointing over to the two girls at the back corner of the room, wanting to disappear from sight. Eu Jong chuckled at the question before elbowing Jae Hee.

“Who is it?” Kris asked over the group that had suddenly gathered themselves against the counter, all interested as a few of them continued to look back and forth from the ahjumma’s to the young woman who refused to look their way. The two elder women chuckled before handing their plates out.

“Why don’t you be nice boys and go over to talk to them?” Jae Hee offered as they began muttered amongst themselves.
“Let’s go.” Baekhyun quickly announced, linking his arm with Chanyeol, leaving the rest of the group in surprise.

“Maybe if we ignore them, they won’t notice us.” Gogi whispered below her breath causing Nana to chuckle in annoyance.

“Oh yeah, it’s like saying we’ll disappear into the tables if we sit here long enough.” Nana muttered before they heard the sound of plates being put down next to them. Both girls jumped in surprise before looking over, their words stuck in the as Chanyeol took a simple seat next to Gogi, Baekhyun next to Nana.

“Hi.” Baekhyun said cheerfully as the girls just continued to sit there with their words in their throat.

“Are you guys related to someone here?” Chanyeol asked looking to Gogi with a smile that could melt snow.

“Um.” Gogi whispered as Nana looked away quickly composing herself before turning to them.

“We’re the new rookies.” She answered finally finding her voice, not as strong as she wanted to come out as but still, they were trying to be nice to them. They looked surprised before looking to the members that took a seat around the table directly next to them.

“Hyung, they’re the new rookies.” Chanyeol called over to Kris who was sitting closest to them.

“New rookies?” Suho asked biting on his chopsticks in confusion.

“Ah! Those rookies!” Luhan answered in realization as everyone turned to him.

“What? Remember President said they were bringing in someone new from overseas.” He explained as their eyes turned to the two girls.

Meanwhile, Gogi felt like her heart was seconds from jumping out of her chest. Chanyeol, one of her biases from EXO was sitting right next to her. He smelt amazing, that’s all she could say. She had to swallow her words a few times before looking to Nana panicked. Surprisingly enough Nana had composed herself quickly, that was a surprise. It usually took longer for the cold and strong side of Nana to resurface.

Nana was slightly panicking on the inside but after listening to them talk to them for a second, she found it easier to speak freely. She was slightly annoyed that her lunch had been disturbed tho. This was the best food she had eaten since coming here, and here it was getting cold cause one of her labelmates had just shown up.

“You girls are from overseas?” Sehun asked over his in monotone voice. This time Gogi looked up before nodding, her eyes slowly drifting to the dancing machine of the Korean group, Kai. His eyes bore into her like a disease trying to rupture. Quickly she looked away when her cheeks began burning in embarrassment.

“China?” Tao asked interested now as Nana shook her head.

“The states.” Nana answered as their eyes all opened like they had just cursed EXO to hell or something.

“Really?” Kris asked sitting up straighter. You couldn’t help but laugh when Kris began speaking his native tongue with the new girls.

“What parts?” Kris asked being one of the only ones that could speak English.

“New York. She’s originally from Hawaii.” Gogi finally spoke as the guys began mumbled amongst themselves.

“What they say Hyung?” Lay asked, tapping Kris’s arm to get his attention. Nana leaned forward a bit when she heard the question, her eyes darting to the one that had asked the question. She had a small crush on the Chinese dancing machine, one that she had not even told Gogi about. That’s how it would stay till she died. Gogi already gave her enough grief with her current biases.

“We’re from New York and Hawaii.” Nana explained easily gesturing to herself and Gogi. This was surprisingly a lot easier than any girl thought. Here they were having a chat with EXO like they knew them for ages, but on the inside both girls were screaming.

“What are your names?” D.O. then asked leaning forward to look at them.

“Our manager said to only give our stage names.” Gogi mentioned as Xiumin snapped his fingers in realization.

“President said their identities were supposed to be a secret till they debuted.” Xiumin explained as they nodded.

“What are your stage names then?” Chen asked interested as the girls bowed their head one by one.

“I’m Nana, it’s nice to meet you.” She smiled forcefully.

“I’m Gogi, it’s nice to meet you.” Gogi followed as the guys got ready to introduce themselves.

“It’s alright.” Gogi interrupted as Sehun slowly sat down from standing.

“We know who you are.” Nana added as they nodded before going back to eating one by one.

They sat there for a while more, the girls growing more and more comfortable with the group as they tried their best to speak to the new girls. Can’t blame them, 12 boys living alone for so long, the only girls they would speak to were those they had trained alongside or have known for much longer.

“What are the camera’s doing?” Suho asked noticing the two cameras placed next to each girl.

“Oh! We’ve been filming a show with MTV-K for our debut.” Gogi explained as they all nodded and went back to talking amongst themselves.

“Have you guys been here before?” Baekhyun suddenly asked as the girls looked up embarrassed from their food.

“I’ve been here once when I was little for family, this is Nana’s first time here.” Gogi explained as the pair nodded. That’s when Nana flinched so hard when something to her left pushed her shoulder. She looked over overly surprised to see Luhan smiling down at her.

“Can I sit here?” He asked pointing to the spot next to her. She couldn’t turn him down, especially on camera. Instead she nodded and hesitantly scooted closer to Baekhyun who didn’t make any effort to move. She heard a muffled laugh and glared over at her friend that was biting through her lip to contain her laughter. Oh she would so get revenge.

“How are you enjoying Korea so far?” Luhan broke her thought as she looked over to see him smiling down at her. Was he really taller than her?

“Um, it’s cold here. Colder than I’m used to.” Nana answered as he nodded, chuckling a bit. She reached over and quickly kicked Gogi in her shin causing her to lean over groaning in pain.

“Hey are you alright?” Chanyeol asked worried as Nana chuckled at her friends glare.

“Yes, are you ok?” Nana asked over sarcastically as Gogi laughed back sarcastically.

“Ha-Ha-Ha, funny.” Gogi muttered before going back to eating. The guys just watched in interest at the little scuffle before going back to what they were doing.

“Oh! Ummmmm….” Luhan suddenly said getting Nana’s attention as she looked to him confused. She blinked looking to Gogi confused who just shrugged.

“Nana-ssi.” He said as Nana smiled, she couldn’t help it, the boy was too cute for his own good.

“You can just call me Nana.” She reassured as he sheepishly scratched the back of his neck.

“Ummm, noona?” He asked blushing while Gogi broke out laughing in her seat. Everyone turned in interest to the pair. That was the one word Nana had been harboring to stay away from while she was here.

“Ah no. I’m a 1993 child.” She spoke up as his eyes shot open.

“Oh same year.” Both Tao and D.O spoke out as she smiled.

“What about you Gogi-ssi?” Chanyeol asked over as she blushed before clearing .

“1994.” She answered as Kai and Sehun put their hands up.

“Oh! Then that would make me Oppa?” Luhan asked embarrassed as everyone began chuckling. Even Nana couldn’t help but laugh at his comment, she laughed down at her food before putting a piece of her meat into to busy herself.

“Luhan Oppa?” She called as his eyes shot open sending everyone into another uproar. Nana didn’t know what came over her, but these boys were coming across more and more like little brothers. She couldn’t contain a sudden tease. Gogi smirked at her friends change in demeanor before chuckling.

“I -You very pret-ty.” Sehun attempted his best English causing yet another uproar with the guys. The girls on the other hand could just sit there and let the words sink in.

“Ya!” Chen scolded reaching over to slap the younger man’s arm.

“What? I was just trying to make conversation.” Sehun asked innocently rubbing his sore arm as Kris scoffed.
“That was a disgrace to English.” He pointed his chopstick at the member who shrugged uncaring.

“Oh!” A voice suddenly said causing everyone to look up and see President Young Min and Jiyong back.

“President.” All of the EXO members announced standing up and bowing to him as he smiled and waved them off.

“I see you have met the new rookies.” He pointed out walking over to stand next to the table Gogi and Nana were currently sitting at.

“Ah yes.” Suho announced as the girls looked up.

“I hope these boys weren’t causing any trouble.” Young Min mentioned patting Luhan’s shoulder.

“Ah no. Quite the opposite.” Gogi answered smiling over to the boys.

“They were trying to make us comfortable.” Nana admitted as Young Min nodded in understanding.

“Well if you both are done, we will be having a quick meeting with publicist team.” Young Min mentioned as the girls looked over in confusion.

“There is just a few things I want to run by you both for the next couple months, like your schedule.” He explained as the girls nodded, standing from their seats.

“It was so nice talking to you EXO.” Gogi smiled as she stepped out, barely losing her footing as Chanyeol quickly reached over to grasping her waist, keeping her from falling.

“Ah.” She gasped in surprise, blushing down at the hands that planted themselves firmly on her waist.

“Are you alright?” Chanyeol asked from behind as she quickly planted her feet down before stepping away bowing.

“Ah yes… thank you.” She whispered as Nana chuckled at the show.
“Did I say something?” Chanyeol asked confused turning to the other woman.

“No, it’s alright. She’s always like that.” Nana smiled stepping out as Luhan stood to help her.

“It was nice talking to you guys.” She smiled once she got out of the table, seeing the MTV-K crew walking over to remove the cameras.

“We’ll see you around then, Nana noona!” Kai called already laughing as Nana sighed, glaring over at the younger man. During their little chat, Gogi might have spilled the secret that she had been dreading that name title since before they arrived. Now that they knew, the younger generation couldn’t help but use it to their advantage.

“You’re trotting on thin ice there.” She warned walking through the small aisle between the tables, automatically slipping on something. Yelping in surprise, a hand quickly caught hers, stopping her from stumbling any further.

“Nana-ssi, are you alright?!” Jiyong ran over panicked as she swallowed heavily, swallowing down the near heart attack before standing with her plate still in place.

“Are you alright?” A voice asked as she looked down to her arm to see Lay holding it tightly, clear concern written on his face. She blushed almost immediately, only being able to nod, no answer. He nodded back before letting go and turning to his food.

“Are you alright Nana-ssi?” Young Min’s voice asked as she turned and nodded to the two men.

“I’m fine.” She reassured as Young Min turned to the custodian that had just appeared.

“We need to keep the floors around her clear of debris and spills. Please clean this up.” He spoke seriously as the older man nodded in understanding.

“Let us get up to the recording studio.” Jiyong grabbed her plate, allowing him to go and dump it for her while she slipped her arms through her coat again.

“We’ll see you guys later!” Xiumin shouted waving his hand frantically in the air causing the pair to chuckle. They bowed before following the men down the hallway to the elevator.

“Are you sure you’re alright?” Young Min asked once more as they stepped into the elevator. She adjusted her coat before looking to him.

“I didn’t hit anything; Lay-ssi caught me before I could fall.” She reassured as he nodded and turned away.

“It would be disastrous for you to be injured.” Jiyong sighed in relief as she felt Gogi tap her on her arm.

“You sure?” Gogi whispered as she sighed, now totally annoyed.

“Yup.” She answered in monotone stepping out to follow the men down the hallway. They made it about halfway down the hallway before a group of boys came piling out of one of the side rooms laughing about something.

“Oh! President.” They all announced sounding out of breath, bowing quickly. Took some time for the two girls to realize who it was.

“Rehearsing that new song?” He asked as they nodded before Minho made eye contact with Nana.

“Oh! Visitors?” Minho asked getting everyone’s attention. Young Min stepped aside with Jiyong, pulling the girls into view.

“This is the new rookie duo.” Young Min announced as the girls bowed, once again embarrassed. Minho looked at the girls interested, Onew’s eyes found their way to the one nervously biting her lip, Taemin had his eyes laid on both of them, embarrassed that his eyes had traveled elsewhere without his consent, Jonghyun stared judgmentally at the pair, Key on the other hand, smiled a devious smile as both girls finally looked up.

“Introduce yourselves.” Jiyong pushed as the girls swallowed.

“Hello, I’m Gogi, it is nice to meet you.” Gogi introduced bowing again, curling a stray hair out of her face and behind her ear.

“I’m Nana, it’s nice to meet you SHINEE.” Nana bowed before putting her hand through her fringe to pull it out of her face. A few eyes lit up at the sudden gestures before they bowed back.

“I hope that you boys will look after these girls from now on.” Young Min mentioned seriously as the boys laughed.

“President, we will take good care of them.” Key brightly answered as Nana turned to see him smiling at her. He was a lot better looking in person.

“Be sure of that.” Young Min scolded before gesturing for the girls to follow.

“You have your meeting for your two music videos at 4. Be sure to arrive on time.” Young Min called after SHINEE who nodded in agreement. Gogi and Nana looked to each other as they walked away from yet another idol group, they turned at the same time to look over their shoulder to see all members of the group watching them closely. This was going to be interesting.
