BLAZE'S POV

In a second, i felt blood rush through my veins. Iscreamed in agony. I felt anger. I felt lust. I felt too much. All at once. 
It was like being in a hole, too small for your size, that every squirm, every breath breaks your bones, destroys your body.

"Why is-" I looked at Kris. He breathing heavily. He is feeling it too. "Columbine" he muttered under his breath. I tried to focus, but the ringing on my ears won't stop. I told myself to breath, to try to shut the effects out. I need to ask Kris. What is columbine? And what is this scent. 

And then I saw what is really in there in that cave. What was really happening, where that awful scent was coming from. 

Inside, an awful lot of unfamiliar, leafy plant, which what I think must be columbine is growing. Columbine  has a  bloody red trunk, scantily covered with shiny black leaves with purple flowers. It was a sight to behold, well if not from the repelling aura that it emits. They grow really high. Some reaching the height of Kris. The plants surround  a small lake, which in itself seems nasty. I looked at where I am standing. The ground is black - ash black. And then it occured to me. When vampires die, vampires turn ash black. 

"Truly leagues of originals are different" Kris said, still catching up his breath. "Why did you bring me here?" I asked him. "Hunters" he replied. 

"Are we going to catch one?" 

"No love. We are going to free one."
