BLAZE'S POV

Just what is that guy doing in this place? I muttered as I walked- yes walk as in how humans normally use their legs- to where I had picked up his voice- XiuMin's leader that is. I grimaced as one of my feet has been cut by sharp stone slabs for the hundredth time.

I would have been much faster- and I meant really fast-  if I had enough rest. But with yesterday and today's events I barely had any. More than that, my healing ability is having trouble keeping up with the  cuts and bruises randomly popping all over my body. This is all thanks to him- that troublesome, temperamental godforsaken being. I huffed. I don't know why, but he really gets under my skin. 

I shook uncontrollably when I felt it again- that sickening, burning feeling of being bitten. It was so painful I had to stifle my screams. I tried to stand up, but my knees were too weak and soon I was kneeling on the ground.

"Oh God" I breathed as I desperately gasped for air. 

I tried- really tried, but I guess will power is not enough for me to endure two days straight of pure agony and torture. So holding on to nothing but hope,  that everyhing will be alright, I finally gave in. God I am so tired. 

"If you die, and he dies... I will make sure to follow and make you suffer in hell" I mumbled bitterly before I passed out. 

And the last thing I knew, I was being carried by  a pair of warm arms. 

KRIS'S POV 

I had been fighting this stupid werewolf  for  half an hour now. Normally, one wouldn't even last 10 seconds fighting me. But this one is not normal. He had bitten me for the nth time godammit! And that hurt my pride.Badly.

This mutt is stronger than your average werewolf -It was competely extraordinary. I wouldn't even be surprised if  this is actually  possessed or something.

But hey I am still stronger than him. Even though I may look horrible right now- with my body and face wounded and bruised,- what he had inflicted on me is nothing  nothing as to how I had managed to injure my him. If my math s correct, he had two broken ribs, one broken nose and one broken leg- or should I say paw?

I smiled triumphantly. In this fight it is clear who is winning. I gave the mutt a smug look. And you know it's me. Thankyouverymuch.

Well at least that's what I thought.

Until another one showed up.

BLAZE'S POV

I was having a good dream about XiuMin and I. We were talking, more like he was telling me something funny. I was about to laugh it off- when XiuMin morphed into a big dog- and then he started snuggling my neck and li- Wait what?

"HOLYCRAP" I almost jumped in surprise as I stared wide eyed at this one big pile of fur towering above me. Then I felt wet muscle- wait can this still be considered a tongue?  literally shoving itself all over my face. 

I gulped. Fur. Tongue. That is not a good combination if you ask me. 

Then it stopped.  That thing that was busy me just a while ago stopped.
And so my world, when my eyes landed on his golden ones.

This is no ordinary dog. This is a ing werewolf.

From legends I know that werewolves hated vampires. And we reciprocate the same feeling. But as strange as it seems, I don't feel- not  even a single drop of resentment towards this one. Hmm, maybe the legends are wrong?

But not hating him does not mean he doesn't hate me or my kind for that matter.This wolf is huge- bet he could just rip my throat out without even flinching. I wonder, do vampires grow out limbs? Because I am sure as hell I'd lose one. I looked back at the enormous werewolf still staring me. Or maybe not just one. 

"Um, can you please get off me?" I mentally smacked myself. Really Blaze? You think he would back down just because you said please?

But it seemed as if it had worked, for the moment I blinked he was gone- as in literally gone. 

I rose from the ground,while keeping an eye on my surroundings. Who knows, maybe he just went off to alarm his pack. I shuddered at the thought. Right now I know I wouldn't be able to take even one werewolf- let alone a dozen. 

It was then when I felt a presence on my back that I did not think twice before I pinned it down on the ground. 

I gulped. 

"Holymother of-" Honestly , I don't know if what's more insane, waking up being and cuddled by a werewolf or pinning down what you thought was a threat only to find a young male beneath you. stark .

We were practically pressed to each other as I held his wrists above his head. 

I had expected him to push me off, or even struggle- I mean this is inappropriate right? A woman pinning a man, . OH GOD HE IS . I mentally panicked as the awkward truth sunk in.  

After struggling on picking  from a hundred choices of what to do, and what to say I had managed to force something out of my mouth. 

"Oops?"  There goes my retarded self.  Really Blaze, oops? That's all you can say? God. I must be born an idiot

Meanwhile he just lay there, looking at me with amusement. I really did not mind. I was too caught up with my jumbled thoughts I couldn't care less if he gawked at me like a performer on a carival. But when he his lips, he had caught me, and my attention had fully shifted to him. He just smirked when he realized I was the one practically gawking at him now,  as if  he is taunting me, telling me  that he is fully aware of how nervous he was making me feel.

Man. His hotness is making me feel light headed again. I thought he was done teasing- hell I am more than done. But I was so  wrong thinking that he is over with his games. It was when he whispered seductively in my ear that I had lost it. "Didn't know vampires wanted it rough?" he slowly spoke in that low husky voice. God.kill.me.now.

Damn it. How he can look so y while doing that. My eyes traveled from his lips to his eyes. And then it hit me. He had golden eyes. 

Now, that definitely brought me back to my senses. Hot or not  if he as much as touch a single strand on my hair, weak or not I am not going down without a fight. 

So sounding more confident than I really am, I met his eyes and whispered.

"You are that wolf" 

He smirked.  As  if saying, Really, you just realized now?

"Yes. My Lady . The one and only." Oh the way those words rolled out of  his sweet tongue.

This is guy is one hell of a flirtatious bastard.

Just when I thought he wouldn't say more...

"And Oh before I forget. " he leaned dangerously, towards me,so close I could practically feel his warm breath on my cold skin.
