Six guardians. Six Broken Souls. Six Broken Hearts

In this world, vampires are classified into three- the originals, the guardians and your average scared of the daylight vampires.The guardians belong to the higher class of the vampires. They may not be as strong and invincible as the originals, but still they are special. They possess powers - each unique to a specific individual. 

An original is entitled to have as many guardians as it can get, as long as it's willing. A bond between an original and a guardian cannot be forced. Furthermore, it must not be done with compulsion. 

For what keeps the bonds strong is the pure love and passion that exists between the master and the guardian. 

Without that love, the guardian will eventuallly die.  And guardians are not allowed to die before their master. 


If an original finally decides to replace itself, the guardians join her to death. One by one, they have to stake their hearts and join her to the pits of hell, for eternity, forever. Afterall, that is what the bond meant- an irrevocable  contract of life and death.

And Kris together with his five brothers signed up for that contract. 

"You dare intrude my home?"  

I looked up, and saw where the voice was coming from. There she was proudly standing, the newborn original. The reason of my mistress' death- the reason of my own death. 

Her scent was a mix of blood and  wild forest. We were late. She has already killed. I shifted my gaze towards her. Her eyes were more beautiful than the moonlight, yet they are hollow- empty. Her face is brighter than the sun yet she is as cold as ice, indifferent, void of emotions. 

And this is what I have to change. I looked at her. We have to remind you of warmth, of love, of passion. You have to feel conscience. You have to feel pain, hurt and sorrow. We have to turn your emotions back on. 

And as if on cue, my brothers shuffled behind me, 


I smirked. 


"Yes. And I brought friends too."
