“Arrêt.”

Everything stops.

“Mouvoir.”

And the world breathes to life.

The lone figure stands amongst the moving crowd. A smile ghosts over her face only to be dispelled by a snort coming from the alleyway behind her.

“Very good, Taeyeon.” Claps the mood-ruiner.

Taeyeon snarls before moving forward, ignoring the footsteps tailing her.

“Use it well, child.” Taunts the mood-wrecker.

Taeyeon halts in her step. She turns to face the person, only to find none behind her. Brows furrow. The mood-wrecker is clearly teasing her. Turning away, she resumes her walk only to stop when she finds the mood-wrecker grinning before her.

“I’m not interested in your childish games, Juhyun.” She warns.

Juhyun mutters, maintaining her smile. “Blood and Soul.” Her right hand fists against her chest before pressing it to Taeyeon’s.

Taeyeon growls, eyes turning a deadly red hue before they return to normal in a split second.

“I am not one of you.”

Without waiting for Juhyun’s reply, Taeyeon steps away from her, disappearing into the crowd.

A half smile appears on Juhyun’s face before she whispers, “Sorcellerie. Death will deal its cards on you.”
