Narrator's POV

"Wurdest du verletzt? Bist du in Ordnung?" (Were you hurt? Are you okay?) Min Yu checked her sister closely from head to toe, examining every detail of her anatomy. "Sie nur band meine Schuhe. Aber es geht mir gut," (They just tied my shoelaces. But I'm fine.) she pried Min Yu's fingers away from her and assured her that she was unharmed. "Bist du sicher?" (Are you sure?) the older pressed. Min Young just nodded convincingly to avoid any arguments.

"Who are you?" she then turned to the two other guys. The taller one seemed to hesitate, seeing as he stepped back and elbowed the shorter guy in the chest. "What's this?" another group of men went inside the building and stood behind the guys' side. "Hyung..." the taller guy called out and hid behind another man. "W-wae?" a man with a sweet voice and friendly face stepped in front.

Min Yu stood confidently with a stern face. She gripped her sister's hand tightly as she glared back at the seven men in front of her. "What happened?" the man asked. By his stance and the way he talks, he looks like the leader of the group. "Those two erse men touched my sister with their filthy hands," she yelled angrily. "Did yo--" WE DIDN'T!" the two guys defended before their leader could even finish the question.

"Look, noona--" "WHAT NOONA ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?! I'm way younger than all of you," Min Yu exclaimed. "Sorry. Look, Miss...?" the man corrected himself and waited for her to say her name. The others leaned closer with the same eagerness. A few silent seconds passed and she stared blankly at them. "What?" she demanded, shifting her weight from one foot to another, obviously getting more and more impatient.

"They probably didn't mean to harm your sister. And she's not hurt, is she?" the leader chose his words carefully, afraid to be misunderstood. The guys behind him nodded in agreement. "I don't ca--" "APPA!" Min Young exclaimed and let go from Min Yu's hands. She ran towards Leeteuk and the other Super Junior members, who were just as surprised to see her and Min Yu.

"Annyeong~" Leeteuk ducked down and caught the child in his arms, lifting her from the floor and spinning around. Min Yu, in turn, kept her eyes on the group, who seemed to be startled at the scene before them. "Appa?" the Chinese-speaking guy asked, confused. The girl could only look daggers at him, while the others just cringed at her fierceness. "Who is she, anyway?" the guy with big eyes asked.

Min Yu left their side and grabbed the bag from the center table, handing it to her father with a kiss on his cheek. "Appa, unnie had fought with the boys," Min Young whispered to Leeteuk. "What? Who?" he demanded. The child pointed to the still shocked EXO-K members, together with Luhan. "I swear, they had talked in the weirdest way possible," the lone EXO-M member commented and shook his head in disbelief.

"Zhè shì déguó wèi nín de xìnxi, Zhongguó ren," (It's German, for your information, Chinese person.) Min Yu corrected him. Leeteuk walked closer to his hoobae to explain and apologize. "Min Yu-ssi!" someone exclaimed, calling out for her attention. She followed where the voice was coming from, and she was surprised by Henry. "Oppa!" she greeted and ran towards him, crushing him in her embrace.

"It's so great to see you," she commented, happy to see him after how many years. "You've grown so much," he replied. "Oppa!" Min Young followed suit, running towards the chubby-cheeked music prodigy. "And you too! Appa said you were already going to school, is it true?" he carried the child and the two caught up with each other's lives. "Min Yu-ah, where's my chocolates from Thailand?" Siwon demanded.

She walked to where he was and gave him a hug. "Ah, jinjja. You came back!" she sighed happily. "Wae? Did you miss me that much? But anyway, I have presents for you back at the dorm," he reminded. "MIN YU-SSI!" Leeteuk called for her, and she ran to his side immediately. "Aish. Today is a happy day," she nodded to herself, making the rest of the EXO-K members chuckle at the sight of her talking to herself.

Her eyes shot back to them and all the joy disappeared. "Oh. So you're all still alive," she muttered under her breath. "Be nice. They're EXO-K. This is Suho, their leader. This is Baekhyun, D.O.--" "It's Kyungsoo. Nice to meet you," he cut Leeteuk off. "Then there's Chanyeol, Kai, who is in charge of their dancing, and Sehun, their maknae," he continued. "Ah, I see. I didn't know Lee Soo Man tolerates e maknaes," she mumbled.

"Excuse me?" Sehun asked over the roars of laughter by the other members. "And that one is Luhan. He's from EXO-M," Leeteuk added and waited for her to introduce herself. "Oh, the Chinese man who doesn't know what German is. Well, I'll go bother Heechul appa," she spun on her heels and started to walk away, but her father pulled at her wrists. "WHAT?" she complained. "At least tell them your name," he ordered. "NO," she declined defiantly, pushing his hands away and walking towards the other Super Junior members.

"Come on. You're not 15 anymore," he whined. "You treat them as Teen Top all over again?" The sound of the male group's name snapped something inside her and made her freeze on her tracks. She stormed back to her father, her fists clenched in anger. "You say the most random of things, don't you?" she punched Leeteuk's arm and turned to the EXO-K members.

"I'm not interested."

With that, she headed to where her sister was. "Sunbaenim, are you okay?" Suho asked. "I'm fine. And sorry about her rudeness," Leeteuk replied. "What's with her?" Baekhyun demanded as they all watched her walk away. "I don't know either. Her being sharp-tongued and harsh-mouthed just came out again after all these years," he responded. "A Ch-Chinese man?!" Luhan exclaimed, wallowing deep inside his own world.

"That's better than being called a e!" Sehun snapped back. The other Super Junior members, together with the two siblings, headed to the exit. "Where are you going?" Leeteuk asked. "La la la lunch," Heechul clapped his hands excitedly. "Have you guys eaten yet?" Leeteuk turned to the other group. "No, not yet," Suho's gaze was fixed on Min Yu. "B-but the receptionist noona said--" Sehun butted in. "DON'T LISTEN TO THE E MAKNAE!" Kai exclaimed as they followed.

The receptionist behind the front desk sighed as the lobby became quiet again...not that she wasn't used to the noisy, chaotic boys. "Sir, the coast is clear," she mumbled. "Are they gone? Have they left already?" Donghae asked from where he was hidden. The lady could only nod. "Thanks," he muttered and trailed to where the rest of the members were going. He was glad Min Yu hadn't seen him, or his surprise would have been ruined.

Leeteuk's POV

"OW! OW! That hurts! Stop that!" Kyuhyun exclaimed as Min Yu stabbed him repeatedly with her chopsticks. The restaurant was filled with the noise only coming from our table and people were starting to stare. "Min Yu-ah, stop that!" I scolded. She immediately stopped in whatever she was doing and focused on eating. "Min Yu-ssi, try this. It's delicious. Donghae always orders this one when we eat together," Eunhyuk leaned forward from his seat to feed her.

She stood up and ate whatever portion he laid out for her. "Hyung, me too. I want to eat that," Ryeowook opened his mouth widely. "Aniyo. This is just for me," Eunhyuk replied greedily. Min Yu smiled to herself as she chewed the food, contented with the special treatment she had been receiving ever since she met Super Junior. Luhan and the EXO-K members weren't the only ones to notice the same thing.

"So why is your group called Echo? Do you, like, repeat what one member says?" Min Yu asked with full. "They're called EXO," I corrected her. "Whatever," she waved her hand in front of me. "And are you just about to debut?" she bombarded them with questions. Kyuhyun snickered at her lack of knowledge about SME artists, despite me being her father, which was really shameful on my part.

"Well, we already debuted last May 2012..." Kai explained. "That was the time you had your accident, Min Yu," Heechul reminded. "Oh. Were they the one with the music video of detectives searching for the lost jewelry?" she asked. "That was SHINee's Sherlock," Sungmin answered. "AH! Arasseo, arasseo. I remember now. You people were the one with the guitarist who looks like Kyuhyun!" she exclaimed, pointing her chopsticks menacingly at the evil maknae.

I face palmed myself in deep embarrassment. "That was CNBlue's Hey You," Siwon corrected her. "The music video with dancing cowboys?" she tried once again. "You're referring to B1A4's Baby Good Night. Come on! Don't you know anything about them?!" I exclaimed. "No. Maybe they should just disband or something," she resumed to eating. "I lost my mind...?" D.O. sang a line from EXO's What Is Love.

"Later on, you'd be asking if they were the ones who ran after a bus in their music video..." Eunhyuk muttered to himself, referring to Teen Top's Crazy. Min Yu took the pun personally and smacked his head. Hard. She laughed at his hurt expression. "What are you doing here, anyway?" Eunhyuk asked. "Buying two tickets for the circus," she replied sarcastically, making the other members chuckle.

"Really? A circus is coming? That's so awesome. You have to take me with you. I want to see elephants, lots and lots. But I hate seeing clowns, so we have to stay away from them. Have you ever rode on a ferris wheel? Because I haven't. We have to look for rides. Are there rides on a circus? Oh, silly me. It's a circus, not a carnival. Hyukkie you're getting older. Anyway, since Donghae's not around--" he blabbered on and on.

"Who's not around?"

We all turned, only to find Donghae with a plastered smile on his face. "HAE!" Eunhyuk exclaimed at the sight of him and fell back on his chair as he hastily wanted to get to him. He stumbled to get to his feet, and when he did, he clung to him needily, like a monkey hugging his favorite tree. The EunHae couple was reunited once again. "Annyeonghaseyo," the EXO members greeted.

"Are you eating well?" I checked on Min Young, who ate quietly beside me. She just nodded and put a portion of food in . "Ya, get away from me," Donghae complained, pushing Hyukjae away from him. "Appa~" Min Young greeted and ran towards Donghae. He responded to her with arms open wide and kissed her cheek. "Appa has presents for you," he informed. "But you have to finish eating first."

"Donghae-ah, eat with us," I invited. He took the vacant chair beside Sehun and sat beside Min Yu. "Aish. Don't you know we're already crowded here?" she complained. He in the small space. "Aren't you even going to greet me? I just came back home," he pouted. "And so?" she couldn't help but smile and gave up the act altogether, crushing him into an embrace.

We continued eating...not in silence of course. But the EXO members seemed reluctant to speak up and join in on the conversations we would start, but I tried my best in making them comfortable with Min Yu. She finished eating and asked the waiter for a glass of water, which she downed in one gulp. "Why are you still wearing that?" I asked, referring to the ring on her finger.

"I thought you already..." Eunhyuk mumbled, but hesitated to continue. "You thought we already broke up. We did. Can't I just wear a ring without any reason?" she asked, her voice a little harsher. For almost a whole minute, no one bothered saying anything. We had never really talked about her and Chunji's separation. It had been hard for the both of them, considering the length of time they have been together.

She stared at her left hand and stood up. "Where are you going?" Donghae asked. "Just buying coffee," she said and pointed to the counter, falling in line to order. "Is something wrong?" Siwon asked. "Oh, you still don't know?" Heechul replied, to which Siwon shrugged. "She and Chunji broke up," he said as-a-matter-of-factly. "LEE CHUNJI? CHUNJI OF TEEN TOP? POWER VOICE CHUNJI?" Baekhyun blabbered.

"Yes," I answered. "But I thought they were engaged?" Sungmin demanded. "THEY WERE ABOUT TO GET MARRIED?!" Sehun exclaimed and stood up in surprise. Min Yu walked back to our table. "Next time you talk about me, why don't you tone it down so I can't hear it from where I am?" she said and returned to the queue. "Babo. They were engaged. They weren't about to get married," Luhan smacked Sehun's head.

"What does being engaged mean to you, then, if it's not about getting married afterwards?" Suho asked Luhan, making him speechless. "You're wrong. You're right. End of conversation," D.O. turned to the two bickering members to shut them up. "Really? He became her boyfriend?" Henry asked too late. I buried my face in my hands. "No, Henry. They just met at the circus," I replied.

"Aish. They've been together for eight years, and you only knew now?" Donghae scolded him. "EIGHT YEARS? Such a waste," Kai shook his head in disbelief. "But I was still her first love," Kyuhyun smiled to himself evilly. "Ya, don't make me remember," I complained, remembering how I had fainted when he told me they had a mutual understanding. "FIRST LOVE? Isn't that Donghae sunbaenim's song? Kekeke~" Baekhyun giggled to himself like a fan girl.

"YOU? What would she like about YOU?" Luhan glared at Kyuhyun, forgetting their age difference. Kyuhyun pointed to him. "You. Me. Starcraft. Later. If you lose, I'd send you back to where you came from," he challenged. "Mianhae, saranghae~" Luhan did the best aegyo he could manage. "Why don't I all send you back to EXO planet or something?" Min Yu butted in from behind. "YOU FINALLY RECOGNIZE US," Chanyeol's eyes widened in happiness as he ran happily towards her and gave her a hug.

I cringed in fear of what she was about to do to him in revenge for the sudden skinship, but she just smiled. "AH! AH! I have a joke!" Donghae stood up and raised his hand like a child wanting to recite in class. Min Yu sat back to her seat after Chanyeol released her from his grip. "Go ahead. I always love your jokes," Eunhyuk prodded for him to continue as he stared at Donghae with cheesy looks.

"What do you call a clumsy EXO member?" Donghae asked. "Oh no. Not again," Heechul covered his ears to avoid hearing the corny punchlines Donghae invent himself. "What's the answer?" Suho leaned closer to hear. Donghae chuckled softly before responding. "Careless." He and Eunhyuk fell back on their chairs as they laughed boisterously, filling the restaurant with their noise. I, together with the sane ones, looked at each other blankly, wondering what was so funny at the joke, even if you could call that joke. "Are you all done eating? Let's go. Our image would be ruined by them," I stood up and left with the rest of Super Junior and EXO trailing behind me.

"YA, where are you going? Why are you leaving us?" Eunhyuk asked in between pants and laughter. "What's the relation of the word 'careless' to EXO?" Min Yu exited the restaurant and strolled beside me. "It's the lyrics of their song," I replied. "Teojyeo naoneun jackpot. Nuga mwora geon so what...isn't that their song?" she asked. I sighed with a smile. "No. That's Face by NU'EST. You got male group songs mismatched in your head," I commented.
