"Tiffany." 

Tiffany froze in her spot, her hands in mid-air as soon as she heard her name called. She was currently behind a sofa and trying to scare a certain person but failed. 

"How did you know Tae-tae?" Tiffany walked over to face Taeyeon with a goofy smile. "You have the sixth sense or something?"

Taeyeon placed the papers she was reading on the table in front of her and smiled at Tiffany. "Maybe because you've been trying to scare me for the past two days. And because I can hear your footsteps." 

"I was so careful!" Tiffany reasoned with a frown and took a seat next to Taeyeon. "You're just too good at this. How many times have other women done this to you?" 

Taeyeon could only laugh at Tiffany ridiculous question. "Women? I'm not going to answer that question." Taeyeon then stood up and left the room, only to be followed by Tiffany. 

"So it was men?!!" Tiffany gasped at the possibility. Taeyeon rolled her eyes  and just kept walking. "So how many? 1? 10?" Tiffany kept pestering. Taeyeon just ignored her. 

"Wazzup dudettes! Where are you going?" Amber spotted the couple walking in the hallways of Jung Enterprise as she was on her way to eat lunch. "Don't you work today Tiffany?"

"I'm on my lunch break too. And remember, I had to take a short break from the clinic because of my father's  plans for a new hospital." Tiffany friendly reminded Amber. 

"Oh my gosh. I forgot! Sorry!! I've been so busy these days." Amber apologized. "Now that Song Qian assigned us to work here instead of at Song Industries, I feel like the workload has increased."

"And I'm quite thankful for that." A voice interjected from behind Taeny and Amber. 

"Hey Jessi and Krystal." Tiffany greeted the two woman staring at  them with a small smile. 

"What's with this gathering? Why wasn' t I invited?" Krystal joked before walking like a boss to stand next to Amber. She was going to peck Amber's cheek until the latter stepped away, causing Krystal to miss her target. "Wae?" She quetioned at how Amber could just avoid her kiss.

"We're in the company." Amber answered and pointed her finger upwards pointing at the ceiling. "THE. COMPANY." She emphasized with a nervous smile. "No PDA."

"I should care because?" Krystal asked in disdain and leaned in again for a kiss but failed. Amber had dodged it by walking off first. 

"Company rules!!" Amber reasoned before breaking off in a run.

Krystal let out a huff. "I hate this 'no dating employees' rule." 

"Aw...it's okay. You can have Amber all to yourself after work hours." 

Krystal glared at Taeyeon. 

"What? Did I say something wrong?" Taeyeon asked, taken aback by Krystal's glare. 

"Why should I wait when I can just do all that I want to Amber without being caught?" Krystal challenged with a smirk. But before anyone could say anything, Krystal held her palm up to stop them. "Now if you all will excuse me, I have some urgent business to attend to."

"She is just like you Jessica." Taeyeon commented after Krystal walked off, knowing exactly where Amber had run off to. 

"What is that suppose to mean?" Jessica asked with her arms crossed and eyes boring through Taeyeon's skin. Taeyeon let out a cough before uttering a low "nevermind".

"And you're just like Sooyoung." Tiffany commented as they waited for the elevator. Taeyeon just shrugged. 

"She rubs off on me." 

"All of you take this 'no dating' policy so seriously." Jessica said in an irritated tone once they entered the elevator. "Seriously."

Jessica's statement was quite funny for Taeyeon. Taeyeon could not help but voice out her opinion.

"Aren't you the VP? And besides, the dating rule said no dating amongst employees." Taeyeon reasoned, occasionally unlinking her arms with Tiffany who kept hooking her arm with Taeyeon.

"Yah. Stop it Tae-tae." Tiffany said with a pout.

"Rules." Taeyeon bluntly replied.

"The rules apply to managers and first-line employees. As long as they're in the same ranks it should not be a problem. That does not apply to us Taeyeon." 

"What if, and I mean if, one of the employees ends up dating someone with a higher position but is not allowed? Or what if thsoe with the same position date and are disliked? Aren't we in the same boat?" 

Tiffany was quite astounded at Taeyeon's remark to Jessica. "Why do you think so far ahead?"

"I didn't come up with that." Taeyeon calmly answered and to prove it, she wrapped an arm around Tiffany's waist, suprising the latter. "I'm on Krystal's team." And that statement, got Tiffany grinning. 

"Didn't know you were such a rule-breaker Tae-tae." Tiffany teased but Taeyeon only let out a chuckle.

"Depends on who I'm breaking it for and no Ms. Hwang-" Taeyeon playfully used her finger to push Tiffany's forehead back a little. "- that doesn't mean you can take advantage of me."

"Psh. Puhleasseee....you're not all that." Tiffany countered and removed Taeyeon's arm around her waist. "Get your hands off me."

Taeyeon was glad  to see Tiffany childish side again but didn't say anything. She'll just let Tiffany win.

"Then who did?" Jessica did not want to see the couple acting all sweet with each other. She wanted to know who told Taeyeon.

"Well Jessica. Why don't you think about it?" Taeyeon leaned against the rail in the elevator and smirked. 

Jessica tapped her finger against her chin, thinking about the answer. "It's either Amber or Sooyoung."

Taeyeon wagged a finger side to side and made a buzz sound like she got the wrong answer. "Not Amber. Amber complained about the rule and was forced to follow it. Which is why she'll eventually give in to Krystal."

"Like you?" Tiffany interjected, to which Taeyeon nodded her head.

Jessica gasped, as if the answer was really horrifying. "It can't be!!"

The elevator opened and just before Taeyeon left, she whispered to Jessica. "Very professional of Sooyoung. Aren't you proud of her?"

"Why is she so quiet?" 

The 4 women looked at the person Sooyoung was pointing at and shrugged. "Don't know." Taeyeon answered, and took a bite of her pad-thai noodles. Sooyoung looked at Kryber and Tiffany but received the same response. 

Sooyoung sighed before nudging the woman next to her. "Sica."

"..." Jessica continued stabbing her meat viciously with her fork.

"Baby. Your sister is scary." Amber whispered into Krystal's ear. Krystal quickly stuffed a dinner roll into Amber's mouth. 

"Just eat."

But Sooyoung was having no luck with her girlfriend. It's has been almost a week since she and Jessica reconciled and everything has been going great. What did she do wrong?

"Are you sick?"

"No."

"On your period?"

"No."

"Not enough sleep?"

"No."

"Then what?"

Instead of answering, Jessica stood up and let out a sigh before turning her attention to Sooyoung. "Stand up." 

"Uh..okay." Sooyoung obeyed and stood up but before she could say anything, Jessica had held her wrist and led her away from the table and out of the restaurant. Sooyoung took one last glance at her unfinished food with a sad expression. 

"I'll pack it for you Sooyoung!!" Tiffany yelled with a smile, to which Sooyoung mouthed a 'thank you' in response.

As soon as Sooyoung and Jessica left the table, Taeny and Kryber were left to think of what might happen.

"Full blown makeout session. Hands down." Krystal submitted her claim with a mischievous smile. "Right Amber?"

Taeyeon looked at Krystal in disgust. "Please don't apply what you and Amber do together to them." 

Amber almost choked on her water when she heard this from Taeyeon. Krystal patted Amber's back to her calm her down and as soon as Amber regained her breath, she threw a dirty look to Taeyeon. 

"It's okay Krystal. Taeyeon has gone to second base with Tiffany already."

"WHAT?!!!" Tiffany and Krystal exclaimed, not caring about the stares they received from other diners. Krystal's expression was one of pure curiosity and excitement while Tiffany was just embarrassed. 

"We-we did not." Taeyeon stuttered and nervously looked at Tiffany. 

"Oh really?" Amber raised an eyebrow with a smirk. "Then what about that one time when you unbottoned her blouse and-"

"OKAY!! OKAY!! YOU WIN!! I take back what I said about you and Krystal." Taeyeon apologized and used her hands to cover Amber's mouth.

"Good choice."

Krystal pouted. "I still want to hear what happened. What happened after the blouse was unbottoned?" 

"Nothing. Hurry and eat!" Tiffany reprimanded, to which Krystal hesitantly obeyed. Amber was laughing while Taeyeon just leaned over and rubbed her back to calm Tiffany.

"It's okay. Dont' take it seriously."

Tiffany started to cut her meat viciously and mumbled to herself. 

"What did you say?" Taeyeon asked, knowing that Kryber won't care since those two were now in their own little world.

Tiffany put down her utensils. She then turned to look at Taeyeon, leaned forward until her face almost touched Taeyeon's and let out a breath. Taeyeon was quite flustered at Tiffany's daring move but felt like her heart was going to stop when she heard Tiffany's next words:

"Next time, I'm going to do all the unbottoning."

"Whoa. Slow down Sica." Sooyoung abrubpt stop forced Jessica to stay still. Sooyoung then looked around to observe her surroundings, realizing that they were now in a shopping plaza. "Why don't we just talk here?"

Jessica sighed and looked into Sooyoung's eyes. "You."

"Me?" Sooyoung pointed at herself. "What about me?" 

"Why are you telling your sisters to follow the 'no dating' policy in the company?" Jessica was upset and Sooyoung knew that but she didn't know it was because of the lack of PDA at work. Jessica was the one that...wait...this was too hilarious.

1...2...3...Sooyoung broke out laughing upon hearing Jessica's question. Jessica only got more annoyed. Why was Sooyoung laughing?

"Yah!" Jessica warned and pushed Sooyoung before walking off in the opposite direction. She was pissed.

Crap! Sooyoung reprimanded herself at such a stupid act. You should never laugh at your girlfriend when she's angry for an unknown reason. 

"Jessica." Sooyoung began to walk backwards as she tried to calm her girlfriend down. "Sorry. I didn't mean to laugh."

"Hmph." Jessica didn't even look at Sooyoung. 

"Seriously. Did you really forgot what you told me?"

"You never answered me." Jessica bluntly answered. "So don't try to tell me to remember."

Sooyoung shook her head and realized she had to quicken her pace to match Jessica's. And the fact that she was walking backwards was not helping, especially since she attracted stares. 

"That's not what I mean. You told me-!" Sooyoung didn't even finish what she was saying when she bumped into someone. "I'm sorry for-Heechul!!" Sooyoung was surprised to see a grinning Heechul in front of her. 

"Well well well. What do we have here? What's up tall stuff? And Jessica." Heechul greeted the two people in front of him with a smile. "I can't help but notice that you two are, how do i put this, fighting?"

"We are not." Sooyoung defended tersely. "It' s just a misunderstanding." 

Heechul was not convinced, considering the fact that Jessica was mute. "And Jessica?"

"I'm mad at her." Jessica declared and pointed at Sooyoung.

"But-but-"

"Heechul. Tell Sooyoung that unless she revokes her proclamation of 'no dating' policy at the company, I will not talk to her." 

Heechlul stared at Jessica for a good minute until he broke out laughing. "Is she for real?" Heechul looked at Sooyoung for an answer to which the tall girl could only nod with a sigh.

"Oh my god. Jessica. You are too funny." 

"You laughing at me too now?" Jessica venomously blurted. "Watch it Heechul." she warned. 

Sooyoung let out a helpless growl and put her hands up in surrender. "You know what?" She turned to look at Jessica. "I'm going to let Heechul explain to you since you refuse to listen to me. So see you later. Bye Heechul."

Jessica scoffed at Sooyoung's decision to just leave her and got even more irritated. "Like I care."

Heechul chuckled. "You should care."

"Why?"

Heechul put an arm around Jessica's shoulders and looked off at Sooyoung's disappearing figure. He then let out a exasperated sigh and shook his head at Jessica as if he was disappointed at her."Because you were the one who told her to follow the rules in the first place."

Song Qian could only let out a laugh once Sooyoung told her what happened earlier with Jessica over the phone. "Jessica is so forgetful."

"Tell me about it. And now she's angry with me for following the rules." Sooyoung complained. "How can she forget that?"

"Well, did she say it with conviction or did she just say it to test your reaction?"

"What do you mean?"

Song Qian took a seat on her desk chair and spun around before answering. "Jessica doesn't seem like the kind of woman to tell you straight out what she wants. Maybe she was testing you or wants you to break the rule for her?"

"Hm. What's the good in that?" Sooyoung thought to herself. "When I tried to hug her a few days ago she snapped at me and told me to follow the rules. Heechul was there too!" 

"I don't know. It's just my opinion. She must like that whole 'risk' of getting caught you know?" Suddenly, Song Qian heard Amber's voice in the background.

"She's wants a bad girl Soo! Just like Krystal and Tiffany!!" Amber yelled in annoyance. "You are stupid!!"

"Yah! No one calls me stupid and gets away with it!!" And all that was heard for the next few minutes was some yells, taunts, and groans. 

"Um. Song Qian?" a voice finally calmly spoke through the cellphone. 

"Geez. Nice to know that all of you are alive. Taeyeon, hows the situation over there?"

Taeyeon looked at Amber who was struggling to escape from Sooyoung's headlock. "Everything's fine. Just a sister fight. No biggie."

"Sounds like a biggie to me. Shouldn't you stop them?" She laughed and suggested.

"Nah. As long as my phone is safe. Next time, I am not going to let Sooyoung use my phone."

"How are you and Jonghyun?" Taeyeon asked, to start a conversation as she just left Sooyoung's office, with SooBer still bickering inside.

Song Qian smiled at the mention of Jonghyun's name. "He treats me a little better now."

"That's good to know."

"And he's strong. But he's quiet. How do I get him to talk more?" Song Qian asked Taeyeon for suggestions. She was just curious that's all...yeah, Song Qian was just curious.

"I don't know. But you can ask Krystal."

"Why her?" Song Qian didn't know that Jonghyun used to like Krystal alot.

"You can ask her when you two meet. I have to go now. I'll see you later." Taeyeon said when she opened the door to her office.

"Okay. Bye." 

Taeyeon put her phone  away but took a step back from pure surprise when she saw Tiffany leaning at her desk, arms folded across her chest, and looked quite agitated.

Taeyeon took steps forward until she was just an arm' s length away from Tiffany. "What's wrong?"

"Who were you talking to?" Tiffany asked with no intentions of hiding her jealousy. "Huh?"

"Ah. That's why you're sulking." Taeyeon said with a smile and lessened the gap between her and Tiffany. She put  her hands on the table, causing Tiffany to lean fully against it, while Taeyeon trapped her in between. "Don't be jealous."

"I'm not jealous."

Taeyeon raised her eyebrow, not believing it.

"I wasn't!" Tiffany continued to deny, raising her voice. 

"Fine. You weren't." Taeyeon went along with Tiffany's false claim. There was no use in trying to force an answer out of Tiffany. "It was a woman."

"I knew it!!" Tiffany suddenly declared with conviction and a snap of her fingers. "Was she one of your exes? or crushes?" 

"What?!" Taeyeon said a little too loud. She then flicked Tiffany's forehead. "You're crazy." Taeyeon was going to move herself away but Tiffany wrapped her arms around Taeyeon's waist. 

"So, who was she?" Tiffany was determined to get an answer. She even began swaying back and forth like a child, causing Taeyeon's body to follow her sway.

"Aiya. You pabo." Taeyeon removed Tiffany's arms and pecked her on the lips. "It was Song Qian." She answered before taking a seat on her desk chair.

Tiffany's felt much better knowing it was just Song Qian. But she still wanted to know the answer to her question. "So, how many people have you dated? Are you really not going to answer me? Hellooooo." 

"Go work. We'll talk later." Taeyeon demanded before Tiffany could ask any further questions. She didn't want to listen but she knew she had to. She had responsibilities too and Taeyeon clearly knows how important they were. 

"I don't like you right now." Tiffany uttered grimly with whip of her hair before turning to leave. 

"Love you too Fany." 

Tiffany was grinning like a shy school girl who had just been confessed to when she heard Taeyeon's statement. But she took some deep breaths before leaving the room, not wanting Taeyeon know that she was no longer angry with her.

"My daughter will be in charge of this project." Doctor Hwang told the board members and doctors. "I hope all of you will support her." 

"Isn't your daughter a veterinarian?" one of the doctors asked in a matter of fact tone. "She is not suitable for such a job."

Song Qian held up her hand to disagree. "Ms. Hwang has a rather impressive education and experience. I want all of you to know that she has a medical degree and a doctorate. She is more than qualified for this task. I believe that her past occupation was something she had wanted to do, but that doesn't mean she is inexperience. There are more than enough qualified doctors to assist her."

Tiffany stood up, knowing that it would take a lot more convincing if she were to be accepted and trusted. "I will try my best to meet your expectations. Although I may lack in many things, I hope that all of you would help me to improve and learn. Please trust me." Tiffany said with a bow. "However, I do not want to force myself upon all of you. If, at anypoint of this project, all of you feel that I am incapable, I will willingly resign from this position."

Song Qian smiled at Tiffany's determination. Taeyeon is quite lucky.

"Well than, we await for your successs. Good luck Ms.Hwang." Song Qian stood up and held out her hands for a shake. "I will be looking forward to it."

Tiffany smiled and shook Song Qian's hands. "I won't disappoint you."

After the meeting, as Tiffany was walking back to her office, she was blocked by Jessica and Krystal, who had big smiles on their faces. 

"Good job Tiffany." Jessica complimented and hugged her cousin. "I'm so proud of you."

"Me too. I know you can do it unnie." Krystal added with a smile and pat to her back. "You have my support." 

"Thanks you two." Tiffany gave them a smile that brought out her crescent eye-smile. 

"This calls for a celebration."

JeTiKrys turned to the side to see TaeSooBer walking toward them with a smile on their faces. Taeyeon smiling was becoming more prevalent these days. 

"Congratulations Tiffany." Amber commented with a smile and pat to her shoulder. "I know you can do it. I believe in you." 

Sooyoung nodded her head fervently. "Same here. If you need help, don't hestitate to ask me. I'll try my best. Okay?"

Tiffany was so happy at all the support she was getting that she couldn't help herself and ended up hugging Amber and Sooyoung briefly. "Thank you so much!" She expressed her happiness with a genuine smile. She then turned to Taeyeon.

"Well?" Tiffany asked expectantly, waiting for Taeyeon to say something.

Taeyeon looked at everyone else individually before pointing at herself. "Me?"

Tiffany frowned at Taeyeon's answer.

"Yes you stupid!!" Jessica and Krystal yelled together, answering for Tiffany, causing SooBer to let out a laugh.

"Dayum. Those sisters are fierce." Amber whispered but quickly shut once Krystal stood next to Amber.

"What did you say?" Krystal asked, looking at her Amber intently.

"Nothing."

Whipped.....

"So, aren't you going to say anything?" Tiffany asked Taeyeon. She really wanted to hear Taeyoen congratulate or say something to her.

"Well, I don't need to. All has been said." Taeyeon replied.

Tiffany was a little hurt from the answer. "Fine. Then move out of my way." But before she could even take a step, she heard something drop to the ground. 

"Sorry. Can you help me pick up my pen?" Taeyeon politely asked, even though she could it herself. 

Krystal found this whole ordeal annoying. "Your sister is so un-romantic."

Amber rolled her eyes. "Like you're any better."

"What's that suppose to mean?" But Amber didn't answer her. 

"Pick it up yourself." Tiffany replied but Taeyeon didn't take 'no' for an answer.

"Please." And Tiffany had no choice but to comply when other people kept walking by. She didn't want to be seen as a mean person.

"Fine." Tiffany gave in and crouched down to pick the pen up but soon enough found that another hand had joined hers on the floor. It was Taeyeon.

"What are you-" Tiffany's statement was cut off when Taeyeon suddenly leaned and pecked Tiffany's cheek. She made sure to do it so that no one could see her risky yet loving deed. "Congrats Fany-ah." Taeyeon then smiled at Tiffany lovingly before standing up, holding on to the pen. "Thanks for helping me find my pen Ms. Hwang." She thanked casually as if nothing happened. 

"You were saying?" Amber asked to the surprised Krystal, who undoubtedly, saw that innocent peck Taeyeon gave Tiffany.

But Tiffany was still too stunned to say anything. 

"We should all have dinner together later in celebration. I'll contact you guys." Sooyoung waved good-bye to the other girls before leaving with Taeyeon and Amber. 

Jessica and Krystal bent down to help Tiffany stand up. 

"I thought she was angry with you?" Krystal asked Jessica as the helped Tiffany stand up straight.

"I guess not anymore." Jessica answered, referring to Sooyoung. "But I'll make sure later."

"Tiffany. Are you okay?"

Tiffany broke out from her reverie, placed her palm over the cheek Taeyeon had kissed and smiled. 

"She's so unromantic." Jessica commented. "Unlike me." Jessica proudly stated.

"Jessica. You're no better than me. We are not romantic. And just in case you didn't know, Sooyoung knows that too." Krystal interjected. But before Jessica could retaliate, Krystal beat her to it. "Just think about it."

"Then we need to show them that we are." Jessica confidently declared with fist pump. Krystal could only nod her head in response.

"Actually, she's really sweet."

"Who are you talking about Tiffany?"

Tiffany looked at Jessica and Krystal with a spaced out look before her lips slowly formed a smile. "My girlfriend."

Kibum looked out the airplane window before letting out a sigh and closing his eyes. His task this time was by far, one of the hardest one given to him.

Jae had explained everything to him slowly and carefully because every detail was essential. Taeyeon, Sooyoung and Amber will know everything soon and Kibum knew that things will not be the same again. Not that it was to begin with.

Jae had to make another trip to Japan and had told Kibum to return to Korea to complete his task. And he could only hope that everything will end soon.

Amber was putting on her clothes and looking at the mirror until Hyoyeon popped up in her panel of view. 

"Are all of you really leaving me here alone tonight?" Hyoyeon asked with a frown as she ate a piece of her chocolate bar. "It's a Friday night."

Amber could only chuckle. "We didn't want to leave you. We asked you and you didn't want to come."

"Hmph!!" Hyoyeon marched back to the living room and the television. How can her friends be so inconsiderate? How can she possibly go without looking like  a loner?

Sooyoung joined her on the couch and poked Hyoyeon playfully, who just ignored her. "Hey. Are you sure you don't want to go?" 

Poke. 

Poke.

Poke.

"STOP THAT!!!" 

"Someone's angry." Taeyeon commented upon joining them in the sofa after dressing up. Hyoyeon just glared at her and stood up. "Come on Hyoyeon. You can come too. We're not stopping you."

Hyoyeon let out another huff of warm air out from her system. "Are you three stupid or something? Why would I want to come and join your dates?"

"What's wrong with that?" Amber asked as soon as she joined them in the living room. "I'm sure the others won't mind. And besides, it's a dinner celebration." 

Hyoyeon rolled her eyes at her friends' stupidity. "I AM NOT GOING TO BE A SEVENTH WHEEL!!!"

3....2....1...

"Oh...." TaeSooBer muttered simultaenously before letting out a mischievious smile. "Why don't you just go with us and use your awesome flirty skills to get someone?"

"What?! Hell no!! You guys crazy?!!" 

TaeSooBer could only laugh at Hyoyeon angry outburst but couldn't help it. Hyoyeon was too fun to tease.

*Ding Dong*

"Speak of the devils." Hyoyeon uttered before walking over to open the door.

"Hello Hyo-"

"Save it and just leave." Hyoyeon didn't care if she was rude. She was just angry. What can she possibly do on a Friday night alone? Huh? Huh?

"uh. okay." Tiffany awkwardly followed Hyoyeon's words and entered the apartment wiht Jessica and Krystal. 

"Sooyoungie." Jessica greeted with a smile and pecked Sooyoung's cheeks. 

"Not angry anymore?" Sooyoung asked.

"Actually I'm-" But Jessica was cut short by Sooyoung's finger to her lips. 

"Talk later. Let's head out." 

"Let's go Tae-tae." Tiffany intertwined her hands with Taeyeon. Taeyeon nodded her head but before leaving, she gave another last idea to Hyoyeon. 

"You can always watch 'art films'."

Hyoyeon's eyes widened and she pushed Taeyeon away from her, making the latter laugh. "Tiffany-shi. Take your erted girlfriend away before I transform her into my punching bag. Oh, and congratulations."

Tiffany nodded with a smile and uttered a "Thank you," before dragging Taeyeon out, who whined the whole time she was being dragged. Taeyeon loves teasing Hyoyeon and just being away from that is so sad for her.

"Are you sure you don't want to join us Hyoyeon?" Krystal offered sincerly. "It would be nice for you to join."

But Hyoyeon just shook her head. "Sorry Krystal. As much as you like me, since I'm hot stuff, I can NOT go and be a loner. So have a nice dinner."

Krystal was going to argue some more but Amber stopped her. "Let's just go. She's firm on her decision." And just before Amber closed the door, she had to say something.

"Be good Hyoyeon. Dont' watch too much 'art films."
 

Amber barely escaped a flying full water bottle to her direction.

Sunny was not sure if she was hearing correctly. "Can you repeat that again?"

"Gladly." James stood up, with his hands behind his back and turned around to face Yoona, Sunny and Hyuna. "I need all of you to bring me the Night Ghouls."  He uttered with immense seriousness.

Hyuna glanced at Shin, James right hand man, before speaking. "Why the Night Ghouls?"

"It is highly possible that they have what I want."

"And that is?" 

James diverted his attention toward Yoona upon hearing her question. He smiled, quite intrigued by the fact that his 'workers' are so interested in his affairs.

"None of your business." He answered nonchalantly but that was his final decision. He wasn't going to tell them about the 'Fall of the Phoenix' and anything else he found out. He just needs them to do this last mission for him.

Hyuna rubbed her hands down her exposed thighs and asked in a rather disinterested tone. "When?"

"Soon. I'll let you know but be prepared."

Once back in their condo, only one question remained in the minds of the Maniacs.

Yoona was rather disturbed by their boss's sudden interest in the Night Ghouls. And based from her little 'research' done on the company and the artifacts that she has seen, it is highly possible that it was connected to the 'Fall of the Phoenix.'

"Do you two think he knows?" Hyuna decided to ask the question that has been in their minds since they left Sphinx Industries. "About you know?"

Sunny rested her chin on her folded hands with her elbows on her knees as she sat on the sofa. "I highly doubt it. I mean," Sunny then looked at Yoona, "how would he know anything about that?"

Yoona was too concentrated in her thoughts to have heard anything. Did James know about the Night Ghoul's identities? their family background? or the 'Fall of the Phoenix'?

"Yoona!" 

Yoona finally broke out from her train of thoughts once she heard Sunny and Hyuna yell out her name. "What's up with you?" Hyuna asked, a little irritated. 

"Sorry. What did you two say?"

Hyuna sighed before repeating what Sunny had asked earlier. After telling Yoona, both of them waited for an answer. 

"You told us that you did 'checked' into Sphinx Industries and their illegal activities. What did you find out?"

But Sunny and Hyuna didn't need an answer. Yoona's meaningful expression with a simple nod was all that was needed. James have found out about who had the 'keys' and he was going to get it no matter what.

Hyuna scoffed and abruptly stood up, quite disturbed by the twist of events. "Looks like we have to make some changes to our plans."

Sunny could only nod in response. "That's all we can do when we have a clash of interests."

"WHAT?!!" 

TaeSooBer's yell could be heard from a mile away at the volume they released at that moment. 

"What's wrong with our plan?" Krystal asked, as she tried to enter the apartment, only to be stopped by Sooyoung. 

"You guys can NOT enter!" Sooyoung exclaimed as if she was being burglarized or something.

Jessica didn't like that answer. "SLEEPOVERS," she emphasized, " requires staying overnight at a friend's house. So move." But Jessica's explanation did no good to because Amber blocked her way.

"Seriously!!" Krystal complained, a bit too loud. 

Taeyeon, who remained calm throughout the whole ordeal, decided to speak up. "We just said our good-byes 10 minutes ago and now all three of you show up, in front of our door, and demand a sleepover?" 

"Yep.Pretty much." Tiffany answered. Taeyeon widened her eyes in disbelief. 

TaeSooBer and JeTiKrys had a wonderful time together during the dinner and had a lot of fun just relaxing and talking. And since they went in Jessica's SUV, TaeSooBer were dropped off. They bid their goodbyes and everything too but as soon as TaeSooBer entered their apartment, they receive a really surprising visit from their girlfriends. Their girlfriends who have decided by THEMSELVES to have a SLEEPOVER. So here TaeSooBer was, blocking the entrance of the door threshold, refusing to let them enter.

"You have no clothes." Amber reasoned adamantly. There is no way she is letting Krystal stay with her overnight. "How could you possibly-"

"Heechul brought their clothes earlier!" Hyoyeon shouted from the living room. Amber turned to look behind her and saw Hyoyeon looking at them happily with a three tote bags in her hands.

Krystal smiled at Hyoyeon's proclamation and crossed her arms in victory. "You were saying?"

Sooyoung tried to resolve the situation now. How could she possibly stay in one room with Jessica? 

"It's late and your parents probably don't even allow-"

"Heechul told them that they were sleeping at his apartment." Hyoyeon's supposedly helpful comment brought Sooyoung to glare at her. Why can't Hyoyeon just shut . "What?" Hyoyeon asked innocently, "Just stating the facts."

Jessica had enough of this. "You know what. I need to shower." Jessica pushed her way past Sooyoung and just entered the apartment. Sooyoung couldn't do much now that Jessica was already in the apartment. 

"Are you going to stop me now too?" Krystal asked Amber. Amber tried to stay firm but lost it all when she knew that Krystal's stubborness was just as bad as Jessica's. 

"There's another bathroom in my room. You can shower-"

"Thanks Am." Krystal jumped up in excitement, before entering the unit with Amber right by her side. Now it was just Tiffany and Taeyeon left. 

"Are you going to make up an excuse too so that I can't stay?" Tiffany asked with a smirk.

Taeyeon then glanced behind her back to see a really, really impatient Hyoyeon just waiting for the right moment to answer any questions Taeyeon might have. "Come in." Taeyeon simply welcomed, stepping aside so that Tiffany could enter. 

"Really? That's all?"

"Damn it!" Both Tiffany and Taeyeon turned their attention to Hyoyeon who quite disappointed she didn't get to have any part in their affairs and turned back to watching t.v.

"Well, I could always slam the door in your face and-"

Before Taeyeon could complete her empty threat, Tiffany had already sprinted into the apartment.

After everyone had taken their turn to shower, there was only one more thing that needed to be discussed. 

"Where do we sleep?" Krystal asked as she took a seat on the living room carpet. "Huh?" She looked at Amber with her head tilted to the side a bit.

"Simple," Sooyoung started before walking over and draping an arm around Hyoyeon's shoulders, much to Jessica's dislike. "you three sleep on our beds and we sleep with Hyoyeon in the living room." She declared with a big smile. 

"Tsk tsk tsk." Tiffany muttered with her wagging finger in front of TaeSooBer and Hyoyeon.

"Wae? It makes sense." Taeyeon countered. 

"We're here for a sleepover," Krystal corrected with a smirk. "and that is what we will do." 

Amber raised an eyebrow at this comment. "So you want all of us to sleep together? That's alot of people in one place." 

"You three are really slow when it comes to these matters huh?" Jessica interjected wiht a hint of annoyance and amusement. But Hyoyeon knew the meanings behind JeTiKry's actions and words. She was not that dumb.

"You know what, I'll just sleep by myself on the couch." Hyoyeon suggested as she raised her arms on in surrender. 

"WHAT?!!" TaeSooBer yelled together and then sent a nervous glance to their smiling girlfriends, trying to show that they were calm and unfazed by Hyoyeon's decision. 

"Are you crazy!" Taeyeon hissed and nudged Hyoyeon.

"I'm serious." Hyoyeon replied nonchalantly. 

"You can't do that." Amber argued as she looked at Hyoyeon pleadingly. "You can't leave us here with them alone."

"I heard that!!" Tiffany interjected from the distance, causing Sooyoung to flinch a bit, as Taeyeon and Amber tried to convince Hyoyeon to change her mind. 

Hyoyeon then thought of an evil, no, really great idea. "Actually, I'll just sleep over at Donghae's place tonight."

Hyoyeon never felt happier when she saw the broken expressions on her friends face in comparison to JeTiKrys's happy ones. 

"I'll call Donghae to pick me up. He should be on his way home from work right now." And with that last statement, Hyoyeon waved goodbye and went outside the balcony to make the phonecall. But before TaeSooBer could do anything to stop her, they found themselves held back by their girlfriends.

"Let's watch a movie until Donghae gets here." Jessica suggested with a tug of Sooyoung's shirt hem. 

"Uh..." Sooyoung glanced to look at Taeyeon and Amber who seemed to be speechless at the turn of events.  "Okay." She forced a smile before pulling Taeyeon and Amber with her to find a movie. Such action that prevented them from seeing Jessica, Krystal and Tiffany high-fiving each other at their success to be alone tonight with TaeSooBer.

Donghae couldn't help it. He literally almost spit out his drink when he heard that there was a 'sleepover' at TaeSooBer apartment.

"No way!" He said a little too loudly, but quickly apologized when Amber told him to keep his voice down. Donghae, Hyoyeon, and TaeSooBer were standing out in the balcony to talk because they didn't want to do it in the same room as JeTiKrys. "And all three of you allow this?" He was referring to TaeSooBer, who just looked at each other and not answering.

"Omo." Donghae got his answer and began laughing out loud. 

"Shut up!" Sooyoung leaped forward to cover his mouth but even with that, Donghae just kept laughing. 

"Yah!" Taeyeon and Amber now joined Sooyoung in covering up Donghae's loud laughter before JeTiKrys hears. 

"Shut up dude! They might hear!!" Amber warned as she tried to stop Dongahe from struggling out of their grasps. They were so concentrated that they didn' realize the positions they were standing at that moment. 

"What are you guys doing?"

TaeSooBer widened their eyes upon hearing Krystal's voice. Donghae escaped and went to stand next to Hyoyeon. Upon turnign around, they saw Hyoyeon holding on the sliding door handle. 

"HYOYEON!!" 

"Wae?" She asked with goofy smile. "I thought your girlfriends deserved to be part of our bonding moment."

"You-" 

"Bye!!!" Dongahe and Hyoyeon yelled together in between thier laughter before sprinting inside and leaving the apartment, leaving TaeSooBer alone with JeTiKrys. Why should Donghae and Hyoyeon stay behind longer and risk their lives?

"Ehem!" Amber let out a fake cough and put on a nervous smile when she saw Krystal looking at her intently. "It's cold tonight. Let's go back inside. Right?" She then nudged Taeyeon and Sooyoung, who were standing on by her side.

"Uh yeah!" Sooyoung and Taeyeon then pushed Amber forward, as they tried to avoid the stares from thier girlfriends and any physical contact. They were nervous as hell, but JeTiKrys didn't know that. They really thought it was because of the cold weather.

"It is pretty cold." Tiffany agreed before returning inside as well with Jessica and Krystal following, shivering a bit as they made their return.

"Okay. We had sleepovers before so this should not be a problem." Taeyeon mutter aloud nervously as Sooyoung and Amber just looked unsure and doubtful. Taeyeon kept pacing back and forth. "We will be fine."

But Sooyoung and Amber disagreed. "I don't like sleepovers." Amber muttered dejectedly. "Why must this happen?!" She let out a helpless remark. 

"Taeyeon. We need to stop them. I can't do this." Sooyoung argued helplessly. "Well I can but you know, it's just weird sharing beds with Jessica." 

Suddenly, they heard a knock on the door, causing all three to jump a bit at the sudden noise.

"What are you three doing in there?" Krystal asked as she knocked some more. "You've been in the bathroom for the last 30 minutes."

That's true. TaeSooBer and Amber had decided to have a last minute meeting in the bathroom since it seemed like the most safest away from their girlfriends. They were in a serious dilemma. 

"Hurry!! We're tired!!!" Tiffany's voice was soon heard with more knocks. 

"Hello!!! Just come out already! We won't bite!!!" Jessica yelled too, hoping to get the door opened. 

Taeyeon could only look at her sisters with one last look. She then put her hands on both their shoulders. "Hwaiting!!! And behave. We can do this!"

Sooyoung and Amber gave her a firm nod. "You're right! Let's do this!" All of them stood up, looking at the door for another minute before Amber finally opened it.

JeTiKrys were standing in front of them with their arms crossed and a frown on their faces. 

"Let's go sleep then huh?" Sooyoung decided to initiate first before taking Jessica's hand in hers and leading the way to her room. Jessica followed willingly as she let out a yawn.  

"Just so you know. We're sharing the same bed. I'm not letting you sleep on the sofa." Jessica informed, before changing positions so she was now leading the way. "And no arguments!" Jessica warned, sensing Sooyoung was going to oppose her idea.

"Okay Sica." Sooyoung whispered. Sooyoung was not going to go against Jessica. Oh no....not a good idea. It can't be that bad...right?

On the other hand....

"Uh..." Taeyeon started and avoided looking at Tiffany. "We should sleep too." Tiffany beamed at Taeyeon's comment and couldn't help giggling at Taeyeon's shy actions. Taeyon let out a fake cough before walking ahead and telling Tiffany to follow her. "You're not going to hold my hand?" Tiffany asked with her puppy eyes and frown. Once she heard Tiffan'y sorrowful tone, Taeyeon just had to turn around and once she saw Tiffany's pleading look, Taeyeon gave in. 

"Oh my god! You are so- ugh!" Taeyeon exasperately yelled before intertwining her hands with Tiffany who was now smiling and following Taeyeon.

"You're so cute Tae-tae!" Tiffany cooed and gave Taeyeon's hand a squeeze.

"Whatever." Taeyeon nonchalantly answered, hiding her blush from Tiffany.

Now it was just Amber and Krystal but Krystal was the one who grabbed Amber's wrist and led her to the room. She knew which one was Amber's since she showered in the extra bathroom in Amber's room. "Don't worry Amber. It'll be fun." Krystal said with a smile before opening the door into Amber's room. And Amber could only smile back in hopes that she'll last through the night with Krystal...yes...Krystal her girlfriend, in one room with her. And fortunately for Amber, Sooyoung and Taeyeon will had to go through the same thing so she wasn't alone in this matter...uh-uh....they are in this together.
