Sunny rudely and forcefully took the papers from the man cowering before her. 

"Is this all that I requested?" Sunny asked as she looked through the papers. The man nervously nodded his head and backed away a little more.

"Y-yes. That's all. Please. Give it to me. You promised." The man desperately stated as he slowly stood up and looked at Sunny. Sunny let out a smirk and threw the man the bag.

"Here. Just like I promised."

The man smiled and held on to the bag tightly but before he could even enjoy the contents in the bag, he began to feel uncomfortable. He looked up Sunny but he fell down to the floor the moment he did.

Sunny looked at the man sprawled on the cold floor, blood gurgling out his mouth.  She walked right over the man and exited the building as he struggled for his last breaths. The blood was seeping through the fingers he had used to hold his chest. 

Sunny entered her car and laid the semi-automatic gun on the passenger seat. She took one last glance at the building behind her before speeding off.

*ring ring*

"Hello?" Sunny asked as she sped through the streets, not caring if she got caught by the police. 

"Did you get it?"

Sunny smiled. "Of course. I can't believe you let me do your dirty work."

"Just hurry up. We have other tasks." And with those last words, the other line hung up on Sunny.

"Geez. So rude. Why is she rushing me? Too much rush is no fun." Sunny, however, knew that if she doesn't get home soon, it would be hell.

"I guess I can wait another time to visit Taeyeonie."

Hyuna carefully examined and observed all the relics and documents in the room as she walked beside her boss.

"And why do you seem so surprised to see these? Didn't you master tell you about these?" James inquired as looked at relics too.

Hyuna nodded her head. "He did. But I never thought I would get to see these in real life. It's so beautiful." Hyuna stated as she reached out to touch a crystalline vase. 

"Don't touch!" James yelled, making Hyuna to look at him angrily. 

"You scared me! What the hell is your problem?" Hyuna snarled back. "It's just a vase."

James scoffed. "It's not. Don't touch any of the things you see here." 

Hyuna recomposed herself and looked at James with curiousity. "Do these have anything to do with the 'Fall of the Phoenix'?"

James only smiled. "Would it make sense for me to collect all of these artifacts if they didn't have anything to do with the 'Fall of the Phoenix'?"

"But it's nothing more but a-" Before Hyuna could finish her statement, James raised his palm to silence her.

"Let's go. I'm sure your sisters are waiting for us." James then walked off first leaving Hyuna behind to think about James sudden change of attitude.

"Master said that 'Fall of the Phoenix' is nothing but an old tale. But why is boss such a believer?" Hyuna shook her head. "Never mind. I have other problems to tend to."

"Heechul. I need to talk to you." Siwon approached his friend and asked in a serious tone. 

Heechul looked up from his work and gave Siwon his full attention when he laid back on his chair. "What's wrong?"

"Night Ghouls."

Heechul raised an eyebrow. "What about them?"

"You said they saved you last time."

"Uh-huh. What's your point?" 

Siwon sighed. "Well, the other day I was attacked." 

Heechul gasped and was shocked. "YOU WERE ATTACKED BY A NIGHT GHOUL?!!!" Heechul couldn't believe it. It was impossible.

Siwon shook his head. "No. I was attacked by another assassin."

"Oh." Heechul opened his eyes wide. "You were attacked by one of the Maniacs? That explains your injury a few nights ago." The 'Maniacs' was the name for the new killers in the city. 

Siwon nodded his head. "Yes. But before he could kill me, one of the Night Ghouls helped me."

"Do you remember how that person looked like? The Night Ghoul I mean."

"Short. But from his attacks, he was strong and swift. But before I could even do anything, he knocked me out."

Heechul rubbed his chin together and thought hard. "So my assumptions were right."

"What assumptions hyung?" Jonghyun had just walked in the office and overhead Heechul's statement.

"Remember what I told you yesterday about the Night Ghouls and Maniacs?" Heechul asked Jonghyun and looked at his friend intently.

"Are you referring to how you believe that Night Ghouls and Maniacs are enemies?" Jonghyun verified with Heechul.

Heechul nodded his head and sighed. "Yes. And it turns out that my hypothesis might just be true. Look." Heechul then reached into a drawer and took out some papers of past murders and crimes.

Siwon and Jonghyun gathered around Heechul to see the documents. It was all gruesome and brutal pictures of victims...all killed at the hands of Night Ghouls and the Maniacs.

"Night Ghouls only killed people that committed heinous crimes and criminal that we couldn't arrest due to lack of evidence. Most of the murders committed by the Night Ghouls do not seem to be done recklessly and maliciously."

"So in a sense, they're serving justice?" Jonghyun inquired. "Is that what you're trying to say?"

"Yeah." Heechul agreed, not looking up from the pictures. "But these murders here-" Heechul pointed to the pictures on the right side. "-are all committed by the Maniacs."

Siwon looked at them carefully and compared all the pictures. "The Maniacs...why did they kill?" He pondered. "Their victims are teachers, women, men, drunks, petty theives and mostly police officers."

Heechul clapped his hands. "Bingo! They just kill. They're the definition of heartless killers. They kill for no reason."

Jonghyun crossed his arms together. "I'm sure they kill for a reason."

"What do you mean?" Siwon and Heechul asked together. 

Jonghyun sighed. "They're killing for attention."

"Attention? From us? Because they wouldn't need to worry about that since they have our full attention now." Siwon answered angrily and clenched his fists.

But Jonghyun remained quiet...thinking. Heechul saw this change in Jonghyun and couldn't help but become quite proud of his friend. Jonghyun seems to have become a better detective day by day.

"What are you thinking Jong?" Heechul asked and looked at his friend. "Tell us."

Jonghyun looked at Siwon and then to Heechul. "I don't think they want our attention."

"Why do think that?" Siwon asked in disbelief. "It doesn't make any sense. Why would they kill our fellow officers and not want our attention on them?"

Jonghyun heaved and looked at Siwon intently. "I think I know exactly who's attention they're seeking, but it would require us to meet some people that we wouldn't otherwise want to meet at all."

Siwon's eyes twitched a bit since he knew exactly what Jonghyun meant by those words. 

"Who?" Heechul asked, confused. "I'm confused." 

"Night Ghouls." Siwon whispered, more to himself then aloud. He then looked up to his two friends before speaking again in a solemn tone. "We have to meet the Night Ghouls...as soon as possible."

*Meanwhile....

Soosica, Kryber, and Taeny were all in a restaurant, waiting for Taecyeon.

"So tell me why I'm here again?" Amber asked as she played around with her fork. "I could be sleeping now." 

Krystal smacked Amber's arm. "Yah! You would rather sleep then spend time with me?" Krystal asked angrily. "Is sleep that important?"

"No!" 

"Yes!"

Everyone turned their attention to Jessica. Why would she say 'yes' when Krystal was asking Amber.

 "What? Sleep is very important." Jessica argued. "You need it live."

Tiffany bursted out laughing. "That has got to be the most ridiculous reasoning ever." Jessica glared at her cousin.

"And why's that?" Jessica asked coldly.

"Well, because sleep helps promote a healthy lifestyle but it doesn't keep you alive." Sooyoung answered with a smile.

"Yeah Jessica. You should trust the woman who has a doctorate degree written in crayon and hanging on the wall at our apartment." Taeyeon answered sarcastically with a small smile. 

"Yah! I'm serious here!!!" Sooyoung exclaimed, causing all the guests in the restaurant to look at them. "Sorry." Sooyoung apologized and turned back to Taeyeon. "It's true."

"And here I thought food keeps you alive Sooyoung." A man's voice interrupted their funny discussion. 

" Taecyeon!" Jessica got up and hugged her oppa. "They were bullying me. Especially her." Jessica pointed to Tiffany.

"Me?" Tiffany pointed to herself. " I would never do that to Jess. You trust me right oppa?" Tiffany asked innocently with her sad puppy eyes. 

"Aiya. Jessica stop playing around. Sit down." Jessica couldn't believe her oppa trusted Tiffany and not her. Jessica was going to flip the finger to Tiffany but stopped when she felt an arm around her waist. 

"Relax. It's just a joke. Okay?" Sooyoung whispered soothingly into Jessica's ear while rubbing her back. Jessica sighed and smiled at her Sooyoungie. "Fine." Sooyoung smiled and kissed Jessica's cheeks. "I like you more if it makes you any happier."

Jessica blushed and quickly began to look through the menu. "What do you want to eat Sooyoung?"

Sooyoung tightened her hold on Jessica. "I'm fine with whatever. I'm a Shikshin remember?" 

Jessica only smile when she heard the answer. "How can I forget that?"

"Wow! Did you see that Krystal? You should be like that more often." Amber said to Krystal. "Calm down when I ask you to."

Krystal scoffed and began flipping her menu. "I don't listen to you because you only talk and don't act. Unlike your sister."

Amber laughed. She didn't know Krystal to be the jealous type. "So you're jealous that your sister gets more touchy with Sooyoung?"

"..."

Amber only laughed more but stopped when she saw Krystal flipping the pages harder than usual. 

"Uh-oh. Bad sign." Amber panicked and knew that Krystal was getting pissed...like super mad. So Amber decided to take Krystal's advise. 

*smooch*

Krystal covered her lips and looked at Amber in embarrassment. "Yah! Did you just kiss me in public?" She whispered. Luckily no one saw since they were all talking about the food and other things. 

"Yes I did." Amber then put her arm around Krystal to close the gap between them. "I'm sorry. Don't transform into 'She-Hulk' okay?" Amber joked but Krystal understood what Amber was doing. 

"I'll shower you with my affections from now on. PDA on full blast?" Amber winked. 

Krystal giggled but shook her head. "PDA is fine but just not too much okay? You're fine the way you are now."

Amber only smiled back and then leaned her chin on Krystal's shoulder. "Okay then. What do you want to eat Princess?"

"What about..."

As for Taeny...

"Hey you!" 

Taeyeon looked around her the pointed to herself. "Me?" She pointed to herself. 

Tiffany nodded her head. "Yes. Come closer. Why are you so far away from me?" Tiffany asked with a pout.

Taeyeon smiled and scooted closer. "We're not that far apart from each other. You exaggerate." Taeyeon stated and flipped through the menu. "Hmm...pasta sounds good."

Tiffany saw how sweet the other couples were being and wanted the same thing. "I want that too." 

"What?" Taeyeon looked at where Tiffany was pointing at and saw the touchy and happy Soosica and Kryber couple. 

"I thought I gave you enough yesterday morning." Taeyeon answered mischievously. "Didn't you like our 'touchy' game yesterday?"

Tiffany remembered how Taeyeon had ed her blouse halfway and blushed. "You ! I don't care anymore." Tiffany angrily stated and ignored Taeyeon. 

"She is such a demanding girlfriend." Taeyeon thought to herself before smiling at the scene of her Tiffany mumbling to herself and looking at Taeyeon occasionaly as she spoke. "She's so cute." 

"Hey Fany."

"Stupid Tae-tae. So dense."

"Fany." 

Tiffany continued ignoring Taeyeon. "Blockhead. Jerk. Meanie..."

Taeyeon decided to poke Tiffany's stomach to get her attention. 

"ow! What do you-" Tiffany was cut off when Taeyeon quickly landed a quick kiss on her lips.

Taeyeon was grinning whle Tiffany just stayed still shocked. 

"You really don't care anymore?" Taeyeon teased. When Tiffany didn't respond, Taeyeon decided to tease some more. "Fine I won't kiss you anymore." 

"NO!" Tiffany suddenly shouted. When she realized what she had done, she quickly apologized to the guests around and sat back down. 

"What's wrong with you two?!" Taecyeon hissed at Taeny. 

"Nothing." Taeny answered together. Tiffany frowning, while Taeyeon smiling like a dork.

"You're mean Kim Taeyeon." Tiffany mumbled after settling down again. 

"Stealing a kiss from you is mean? Then I wonder what you will say when we have a full blown makeout?" 

Tiffany couldn't answer to that. "Just order your food." She said in between gritted teeths. Taeyeon began to feel bad. She realized her way of being 'touchy' with Tiffany in a romantic couple way was not working.

"I'm sorry." Taeyeon apologized and intertwined her hands with Tiffany's, which was on her lap. "I was trying to being touchy like my sisters." 

"..."

"Guess you don't like it." Taeyeon said dejectedly. "I'm really sorry." Taeyeon was going to let go of Tiffany's hand but Tiffany tightened her hold. 

"Your punishment is let me hold you tonight." Tiffany said seriously and then suddenly put an arm around Taeyeon's waist and pulled her closer, surprising Taeyeon. Tiffany's face was only a few inches away from Taeyeon's face. Tiffany was looking down at the menu while Taeyeon was facing her. 

Taeyeon got a little nervous since no one has ever done this to her...in terms of taking the initiative in really close skinship...not even Sunkyu...Tiffany was the first one to do it to Taeyeon.

Tiffany then turned and gave Taeyeon and eyesmile. "Much better. "Tiffany then pecked Taeyeon's cheek before looking at the menu again. 

Taeyeon was happy and hot at the same time. But she didn't mind...she wouldn't mind Tiffany holding her the whole night.

After an hour or so, everyone finished eating and was just chatting. 

"I thought you wanted us to meet someone. Where is he?" Krystal asked.

"She texted me earlier and told me she couldn't come for dinner but should be her in a bit."

"She?" Tiffany teased and leaned closer.

Taecyeon let out a fake cough and ignored Tiffany's question.

"Omo!" Jessica clapped her hands and smiled. "Is it-

Before Jessica could finish, Amber received a phone call. 

"Right now?" Amber looked at her sisters before answering. "Alright. I'll let them know. Bye Donghae."

"What did Donghae want?" Sooyoung asked.

"He needed to tell us something at home. But I don't think all of us need to go."

"Are you sure?" Tiffany asked. "It must be important."

Amber nodded his head. "He said we could anytime, as long as we go home."

"Okay then." Taeyeon answered. "Must not be that serious."

"You guys should go." Taecyeon suddenly intervened. "I'll be fine." He assured with a smile. 

"It's okay Taecyeon. We can wait here with you. We would like to meet your new friend too." Sooyoung said with a smile.

"No.  It's fine. You guys can see her another time."

After much persuasion from Taecyeon, Taeny and Kryber decided to leave together while Soosica stayed with Taecyeon.

"Then have a good night." TaeBer bowed to Taecyeon.

"Bye oppa." KrysFany hugged her oppa before walking away with their respective girlfriend.

Sooyoung kept looking at Taeny.

"What are you looking at?" Jessica followed Sooyoung's gaze.

"Is it just me or is Taeyeon being more touchy these days?" Sooyoung asked in amusement. "I'm amazed."

Jessica chuckled. "I blame it on Tiffany. She's quite daring."

"Really? Then I should thank her." Sooyoung joked, causing the three of them to laugh. After a good 30 minutes or so, the guests began leaving.

"Are you sure your friend is coming?" Jessica asked with a frown. "She stood you up didn't she?"

Taecyeon shook his head. "No. She'll be here." he said, trying to convince himself more than Soosica.

Sooyoung sighed. "Taecyeon. Maybe we should just-"

"I'm sorry I'm late!" All three turned their heads to see a tall woman standing before them. Taecyeon smiled widely while Sooyoung immediately stood up.

"YOONA!"

*At the same time at TaeSooBer's apartment*

"DAD?!!" TaeBer yelled simultaenously when they saw who opened the door. KrysFany just looked, not knowing what to do or say.

KrysFany at the man who opened the door for them.  KrysFany looked at each other and repeated TaeBer's question to each other in surprise."Dad?"
