Hello my fellow readers...I finally have time to update again despite my hectic last minute christmas shopping that has made me not update for quite awhile. but now i'm back and i will do my best to update as soon as possible. Donghae and Heechul arrived at TaeSooBer’s apartment and stared at the apartment from outside. It was 7:50pm.

“Um…shouldn’t we go in?” Heechul asked. Heechul knows that TaeSooBer did not tolerate tardiness. Donghae turned to look at Heechul and smiled before grabbing intertwining their hands together.

“Don’t worry. We’ll be fine. Besides, you know I like to make a grand entrance.” Donghae explained with a chuckle, seeking to relieve his boyfriend of any anxiety.

Heechul shook his head to show that he disagrees with his boyfriend’s plan. He and Donghae have been dating for about 3 years and Heechul is well aware that Donghae likes to arrive precisely at the scheduled time. However, this time, its different.

“No Donghae. We need to go now. They live in the 4^th floor remember? Just because we’re taking the elevator doesn’t mean we can take our time.”

Donghae now had his attention on his boyfriend. He didn’t quite understand what Heechul was trying to say.

Heechul could see the blank expression on Donghae’s face and took a sigh before explaining in simpler terms the meaning behind his rejection of Donghae’s “grand entrance” idea.

“Basically, I don’t want to be beat up by your best friends alright? They’re pretty scary, even though they’re just women.” Heechul said as he scratched the back of his neck and gave Donghae a small smile.

Donghae’s eyes opened wide at Heechul’s confession and then he just broke out laughing.

“HAHAHAHA!!!!”

Heechul was surprised by his boyfriends loud laughter and immediately twisted Donghae’s ear to stop him from laughing.

“Try to laugh now.” Heechul said with a serious tone. At this point, Donghae was in a lot of pain so he couldn’t laugh.

“AHH!!! Let me go!!!” Donghae pleaded, his ears were too precious for him to lose because he decided to laugh at Heechul.

Heechul had his eyes closed and refused to let go of Donghae’s ear.

“Nope…not until you apologize for laughing at me.” Donghae had no choice but to comply, even though he deeply felt that he didn’t deserve so much pain just because he wanted to have a laugh.

“Sorry. I’m sorry. Please give me back my ear. OW!!!”

Heechul finally lets go of Donghae’s now red and swollen ear and smiled to himself. Donghae, on the other hand, was not happy at all.

“Let’s go.” Donghae coldly said and left Heechul alone. Heechul had to run to catch up to his grumpy boyfriend. After some failed attempts to stop Donghae, Heechul had no choice but block Donghae.

“Donghae, are you mad?”

Donghae turned his head away, unintentionally revealing the damage on his ear.  Upon seeing the red and swollen ear, Heechul immediately reached out to see the condition but Donghae jerked his head back.

“It’s okay. Let’s go.”

“No! Its not! Look, I’m sorry Donghae. I didn’t mean to do hurt you that much…” Heechul was frantically trying to reason, hoping that his boyfriend would forgive him.  Donghae just looked at Heechul.

“…its just that I want to make a good impression for your friends.” Heechul was really disappointed in himself now. Donghae’s first day back from Japan.

Donghae finally understood Heechul’s intentions and gave him a hug.

“Shh…I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have ignored you.” All that Donghae wanted was to comfort his super-worried boyfriend. Heechul just stayed quiet, letting Donghae continue.

“Besides babe, its not like this is the first time you’ve met them.” Heechul lets go of the hug and looks at Donghae with dejected eyes.

“I only met them once before Donghae. I’m sure you remember what happened.”

Donghae could only show his boyfriend a small smile.

“Of course I remember. But its not your fault that TaeSooBer got angry. If there’s anyone that I should blame, it would be that ert who tried to Taeyeon.”

“Yes, its all my fault-Wait! What ert guy?” Heechul got curious. He didn’t remember any ert from his last meeting with TaeSooBer.

Donghae let out a chuckle and then grabbed Heechul for another hug.

“Don’t matter anymore. Just be yourself in front of TaeSooBer. That’ll be the best thing.” Donghae said as he gently patted Heechul’s back.

“Wae? I know they don’t like me.”

Donghae suddenly holds Heechul by his shoulders.

“Just trust me. That’s why you should listen to me.” Heechul can see the sincerity in Donghae’s eyes.

“Alright. Let’s wait here then.” Heechul said with a smile. “I always trust you Donghae.”

Donghae smiles back but then shakes his head side to side.

“No. You’re right. We shouldn’t be the last ones to arrive.” And with that, Donghae intertwines his hands with Heechul.

However, just as they got to the entrance of the apartment building, a Black Ferrari honks at them.

Donghae and Heechul can see a tall black figure running toward them but because of the car’s headlights, they couldn’t identify the person.

It wasn’t until they were engulfed in a tight hug that they finally knew who it was.

“DONGCHUL!!!!”

“Nice to*cough* see you too Soo.” Donghae managed to mutter in between her coughs. Heechul was going through the same thing.

“Sooyoung, please *cough* let me *cough* breathe.” Heechul pleaded. Sooyoung quickly lets go of her hug, allowing the two lovebirds to catch their breaths.

However, once DongChul regained their breathing, Sooyoung hugged them again. But don’t worry, it was a softer hug.

“So Soo, how have you been?” Donghae finally had the chance to aske a proper question after Sooyoung let go of her hug.

“I’ve been-”

“GIANT!!!!!” The trio turned their head and saw Jessica walking up to them with some bags. Heechul looked at a now annoyed Sooyoung and then back to Jessica. 

“Giant! Why didn’t you-HEECHUL!” Jessica quickly drops the bags and jumped on Heechul for a hug. Unfortunately, the bags landed on Sooyoung’s toes.

“OWWW!!!” Sooyoung screamed and had to hop around to relieve the pain. “That stupid blonde stick! I swear I will-”

While Donghae helped Sooyoung with her aching foot and the grocery bags, Jessica and Heechul were chatting.

“Heechul, what are you doing here? When did Donghae return?” Jessica quickly asked as she broke from the hug.

Heechul couldn’t help but let out a giggle upon hearing his friend’s questions.

“Whoa, whoa, whoa. Jessica one question at a time.” Jessica became silent and motioned for Heechul to continue.

“First, I’m here to meet Donghae’s best friends. Second, Donghae returned today in the morning.”

“Why didn’t you tell me earlier? I would have went with you to pick him up.” Jessica asked with a stern voice.

“Well, I was going to but then Tiffany and Krystal said that you were busy with work so I took both of them only. Sorry.” Heechul didn’t want Jessica to think that he forgot about.

“It’s okay. Its not your fault. But next time, if you need anything, tell me personally. Do you understand?” Jessica punched Heechul’s arm to show just how serious she was.

“Ow…yes ma’am. I understand.”

“HEY! If you two are done chit-chatting, come help us carry some bags.!” Jessica glared at Sooyoung. “How dare she ruin my moment with Heechul.”

“Stop being a baby Giant.”

Heechul rejoined Donghae and both looked at Sooyoung and Jessica. They both can sense that something bad was going to happen.

“Baby?!!! Says the girl who’s terrified of cucumbers! CUCUMBERS!!!” Jessica was flaring up from  hearing Sooyoung’s statement.

“You want some more pain huh Giant? Well…I’m going to make sure you get some!” Without warning, Jessica tried to choke Sooyoung but was retained by Heechul. Sooyoung just stood her ground. She wasn’t scared at all. While Heechul was trying to calm Jessica down, Donghae took this chance to tell Sooyoung about her mission. (A/N: Oh yeah…Sooyoung’s first hint of a mission. Lol)

“Sooyoung. You have a mission tomorrow night.” Donghae whispered, but clear enough for Sooyoung to hear. Sooyoung stopped looking at the furious Jessica and looked at her friend.

Sooyoung was now serious. “Do you have the information?”

Donghae nodded his  head. “I do. I’ll show to all of you later.”

“Alright.” Sooyoung then looks back at Jessica and gives a sigh. “You know something Donghae? Ever since I met that blonde stick over there, I have been sighing so much.” Sooyoung then rubs her forehead.

Donghae patted Sooyoung’s back as gesture of comfort.  He then went to his boyfriend, who was still trying to calm Jessica down.

“Jessica. I want to apologize on behalf of my shikshin friend over there. She can be quite…hmm…how do I put this…”

“Moody.” Heechul once again interjected.

“Yeah. Thanks again babe.” Donghae then gives Heechul a peck, causing Jessica to gag.

“Okay..stop it now. Let’s go inside before the Chinese food gets cold.” Jessica rolls her eyes and makes her way toward the building entrance, along with DongChul.

“Chinese food?” Donghae asked. “I’m not surprised.”

“Yeah. Chinese food. We kind of..um..didn’t have enough time to prepare food as you can see how late it is now.”

Now it was Heechul’s turn to ask. “Not enough time? Did something happen?”

“Let’s just say I was playing hide-and-seek with Sooyoung at the store.” Heechul wanted more information but was stop by Donghae.

“Shh…it’s better we don’t ask. At least, not now.” Donghae knew how Sooyoung can be when shopping so he can understand why Jessica would be frustrated with Sooyoung.

“Oh, you finally back to being mentally stable blonde stick?” Sooyoung said with a smirk as Jessica and DongChul reached the apartment complex entrance door.

“Hurry up and help me carry these bags then if you’re – Ahhh!!!!“ Sooyoung suddenly felt someone pinch her on her arm.  However, she immediately stopped when she heard the voice of the person who pinched her.

“What did I say about being mean to our guests Soo?”
