*TaeSooBer's Apartment @ 7:20pm* (Yep...Taeyeon is going to get lectured again.lol)

Taeyeon comes home and sees her little family sitting at the table, laughing amongst themselves.  Sooyoung, however, was trying so hard not to eat first. She just couldn’t keep her hands to herself so Amber had to smack her hands a couple of times to prevent Sooyoung from eating. Taeyeon could see her Dad’s blissful expression upon seeing the playfulness between his two daughters.

“Pleassssssse Amber...just one bite of the Tum Yum Goong huh? Please pity me…its calling out to me! Can’t you hear it? Can’t you? Dad…help me!” Sooyoung desperately pleaded as she slowly advanced herself to the dubokki. Amber, however, knew her sister’s strategy.

“Unnie! NO!!! What part of ‘no’ do you not understand? Wait for Taeyeon! Be patient.”

Unfortunately, it didn't take long for her two sisters to notice Taeyeon's very late presence. "Ok...wait for it Taeyeon. 1-2-" Taeyeon thinks to herself before letting out a little sigh.

"Kim Taeyeon!!! Where the hell have you been?! You are exactly 20 minutes late!!! Do you know how hard it was for me...I mean ‘us’ to sit here starving to death!!! Remember what I said about family? You have a responsiblity to the family, even if its just a dinner.   Being late is rude and just-"

"Sooyoung's right Tae. You know dad is leaving early tomorrow morning. You need to be on time. If you need to shove some old ladies along the way then so be it. Do you understand? Or do I need to go over the family guidelines with you again????Huh?" Amber wanted as much family time as possible. It is a rare event for them.

Taeyeon sat in her seat on the dinner table.

“I’m sorry.  I didn’t mean to be late. Please Do Not lecture me again. I’m well aware of family value. Purty pwease???” Taeyeon asked earnestly and sincerely with a little aegyo.

Sooyoung and Amber are satisfied with Taeyeon’s answer.  Both of them knew Taeyeon loves family time, even if she can be careless and cold at times.  Both of them wanted to see the dorky Taeyeon again, even if it only happens rarely.

“Girls. Let’s have dinner shall we? Before Taeyeon decides to use some more aegyo.” The moment Taeyeon heard this, her facial expression became serious again. Taeyeon did not realize the fact that she had used aegyo. Their dad laughed at Taeyeon’s reaction before responding in a calm manner.

“Taeyeon. Don’t be too serious. Life is too short to not smile or laugh. Do you understand?”

Taeyeon nodded her head to show that she understood her dad.  She knew her dad had good advice and intentions. 

“Ok! Stop it with the chit-chat! Let’s eat!!!” Sooyoung suddenly exclaimed.

“I agree. Let’s eat. Wait. Dad you cooked all of these food?” Amber asked with bewilderment.

When the girls didn’t hear a response from their dad, they looked to his direction.  All that they saw was a man stuffing his mouth with food nonstop.  When he heard laughter from  his daughters, he finally looked up.

“Sorry, too hungry.” He sheepishly answered. “And yes, I did cook all of these food myself. How do you think I survive living alone in Osaka?” He proudly asked.

“Haha…You’re the best dad.  But I think I know where, I mean ‘who’,  Sooyoung got her eating habits from.” Amber finally said after the laughter died down a bit.

“What about me?” Sooyoung asked looking up from her plate after stuffing food in . 

“Nothing Shikshin. Just eat before I take your food away.”  Upon hearing Taeyeon’s threat, Sooyoung quickly moved her plate of food closer to her. Taeyeon on the other hand, remained calm, quite content with the atmosphere.

Their dad looked at his three daughters eating, and being playful with each other. He smiled upon this sight. “I will miss all of you so much.” Their father sadly thought to himself.

*Morning of Hana’s Party* (Woot! Woot! Lol)

Sooyoung and Amber wakes up knowing that their dad has returned to Osaka. 

“I already miss him Soo.” Amber sadly confessed.

“Me too Amber. But this is normal and better for the family.” After Sooyoung’s comment, there was a moment of silence, until Amber realized someone was missing.

“Hey. Where’s Tae?” Amber asked, more to herself then to Sooyoung.

“She is probably at her usual place practicing before tonight’s mission. Come on, let’s eat breakfast.”

“Ok. I should have known the answer to my own question.” Amber said to herself.

*Each sister have their own special, secret place.  It’s the only place where they can have privacy and practice their martial arts. (Author note: Don’t worry. These locations will be unfolded in due time.:))*

When Soober finished their breakfast, they both decided to go shopping for the party.  Sooyoung, however, was taking her precious time dressing up, which pissed off Amber.

“Sooyoung!!! Can you hurry your Shikshin ?! I need to have a lot of time to shop for clothes and gifts. I want to look good tonight you know?!” Amber screamed in frustration, hoping to convince her sister.

After Amber’s comment, Sooyoung finally came out in skinny black jeans, and a white tank top under a red hoodie.

“Alright. Hold your horses.  I’m here now.  I’m sure you want to look extra handsome for KRYSTAL so lets go.” Sooyoung teased.

Amber blushed.

“Ya!!! It’s for Hana. Stupid! You know what? That blonde girl should have kicked some sense into your brain! ” Amber defended herself, hoping Sooyoung will shut .

Sooyoung was angry now but before Sooyoung can say anything, she hears the apartment door close.

**THUD!**

“Taeyeon’s home. Let’s go see if she wants to join us” Amber asked, forgetting  her little fight with Sooyoung. Sooyoung nodded in agreement, but not before vowing to get revenge. “I will get you back Amber. Muahahahah!” Sooyoung thought to herself.

---Back to Taeyeon---

“Taeyeon! Let’s go shopping for Hana’s party. Sooyoung and I are shopping for clothes and gifts.” Amber said as Taeyeon went to her bedroom.

“Wae? It’s just a birthday party so there’s no need to look fancy.” Taeyeon responded with curiosity. “Or…is there someone there you want to look extra good for?”

Amber was taken aback by Taeyeon’s remark.  Did she make it so obvious that even Taeyeon knows?

“No. I want to make sure all of us make good impressions. I mean we are the owners of the famous Phoenix Bakery.” Amber said, hoping that Taeyeon and Sooyoung will stop it with their love questions.

Sooyoung agreed with Amber because she herself wanted Taeyeon to join.  “Amber is right Tae. Let’s go have some fun even if you don’t need an outfit or gift.”

Taeyeon grabbed her towel, but before she entered the bathroom to shower, she turned toward her sisters.

“I guess both of you guys are right. But I’m fine with the clothes I have. I’m going to shower now so I’ll see you guys later. Have fun.”

And with that last statement, Taeyeon shuts the bathroom door.   Sooyoung was not happy at all with Taeyeon’s answer. Amber saw Soooyoung’s anger, and quickly tried to calm her down.

“Soo…” Amber began as she patted Sooyoung’s shoulder “…you know how Taeyeon is.” Amber said with a sad tone.

“I know Amber, but I just want her to be happy again.” Sooyoung sadly said, with a small smile to Amber.

“Don’t worry sistah. One day, all of us will be happy. Might not be today or tomorrow, but I’m sure we will be happy.” Amber said as she smiled at the Shikshin.

“You’re right. Enough with this sad talk. Let’s go eat!!” Sooyoung excitedly yelled as she jumped up and down.

Amber laughed at Sooyoung’s childish antics. “ That’s the spiriti. Let’s go crazy and piss Taeyeon off. Oh! And we’re going shopping, not eating Soo. Get that into your food craze mind of yours.”

“Oh yeah huh? My bad.” Sooyoung smacked herself lightly on the head before both of them left the apartment for the mall.

Little did Soober know, that Taeyeon heard the conversation between her sisters.  She closed her eyes, and when she was convinced her sisters left, she let out a loud sigh and whispered to herself: “I hope both of you are right.”
