*6:50pm*

It was finally the time for the birthday party. The sisters decided to come early because both Sooyoung and Amber were too excited.  In contrast, Taeyeon only remained expressionless the whole time.

“Hey Taeyeon.” Taeyeon turned her attention to Sooyoung after hearing her name.

“Hm? What is it Soo?” Taeyeon asked back.

“Can you please try to have a good time at least? Its just a birthday party, not a war. Aren’t you a little ecstatic to be here?”

“I am. Why would the both of you think otherwise?” Taeyeon said calmly with a hint of annoyance, as they now stood in front of the Hwang residence. (Author note: Yep…Hana’s last name is Hwang. I guess you can figure out who else will be there huh? *_*)

“Um…I don’t know. Maybe it’s because of your cold expression, zombie-like gestures, rude responses-”

“I think she understands Sooyoung. You’re not an angel yourself you know?” Amber cut Sooyoung off before a fight breaks out.

“Don’t worry. I’ll be fine. I won’t do anything to disappoint Hana.” Taeyeons says, enough to convince her sisters to stop bothering her with anymore questions.

“In that case, let’s go shall we? We don’t want to keep the birthday girl waiting for us.” Amber said happily as she rang the doorbell.

“Who is it?” a woman’s husky voice could be heard through the intercom.

“Hello. We are here for Hana’s birthday party. We’re-”

Suddenly, all that was heard from the intercom was a loud scream for a girl.

“Ahjusshi!!!! Open the door sis!!! My friends are here!! Hurry! I want to see Soo and Tay!!!”

“Whoa..calm down Hana. Ok. Come in.” and with that last comment, the gate opened.

“Wow! Hana is a loud one.” Sooyoung joked, before earning a hit from Taeyeon.

“Don’t say that about her. If I tell her that, you will never be invited to any of her parties again.”

“Geez! Its just a joke.” Sooyoung responded as she rubbed the place where she was hit. “Snitcher.” Sooyoung quietly mumbled the last word to herself.

“I heard that!” Taeyeon yelled back.

*In the Hwang residence/Hana’s party*

“Why are there so many old guys and old women here Tiffany? This is my party but it feels like another of daddy’s work meeting.” Hana was not happy at all with the outcome of her party since most of the guest were business partners of the Jung Corp. as well as some of Mr.Hwang’s doctor friends.

“So sorry baby sis…but some of your friends are here too. See?” Tiffany pointed out to some little girls and boys in the distance.

“They are not my friends. They are so rude and dumb. They push me around and laugh at me. They’re mean sis.” Hana then began to cry.  Tiffany comforted her little sister since that was the only thing she can do. 

“So am I your friend Hana?” a familiar voice spoke out from behind Tiffany.  Tiffany turned around and saw…

“Oh my god Amber! Look at that birthday cake. Its big enough to feed a family of 1000!” Sooyoung excited pointed out to Amber as they made their way into the crowd.

“Sooyoung control yourself. Don’t embarrass us. People are staring.” Amber whispered as she let out a small smile to some people who were now looking at them.

“Soo, that cake can’t feed 1000 people. You are just too happy huh?” Taeyeon said, as she scanned the crowd. “Is this a business party or a birthday party?” Taeyeon thought to herself.

“Hey. They’re staring at us because we are hot, y, and drop dead gorgeous.” Sooyoung replied as she flashed a smile to some nearby young men and girls. 

(Author note: I at describing clothes so I will only be using general terms. Forgive me.)

The three sisters wore simple yet elegant clothes since they found no need to be too formal.  However, even in such simplicity, all of them still manage to attract so much lusful stares from both men and women.

“Ok…If I catch one more person staring at me with erted eyes I swear I will poke them out.” Taeyeon hissed angrily to her to sisters. Sooyoung and Amber quietly chuckled at Taeyeon’s remark.  Taeyeon never did like a lot of attention.

“I wonder where she is ?” Amber whispered to herself, forgetting that Sooyoung was right next to her.

“Awww!!! Are you looking for her?” Sooyoung teased.

“What? No! I’m not for Krystal. I’m looking for Hana.” Amber quickly blurted out. Sooyoung laughed at her sister’s behavior.

“I didn’t say anything about Krystal. Why are you so defensive?” Sooyoung continued on with her teasing.

“Shut up! Oh look- the waiters are serving E-clairs and tiramisu!” Amber quickly said, knowing that Sooyoung will go for the food distraction.

“They are! Let’s go get some!” and with that, Amber was dragged forcefully to the direction of the waiters.  But Amber can care less, as long as Sooyoung will just stop teasing her about Krystal.

Taeyeon knew that she was alone but she didn’t care. She just wanted to find Hana and give Hana her gift. 

Taeyeon continue walking through the crowd, ignoring the stares that she was getting.  She asked around for Hana but the only answers she got were that Hana was last seen with her sister.

“And who’s her sister? Where are they?” Taeyeon asked one man who was flirting with one of the waitresses.

“The other Hwang daughter. They are probably in the backyard. Now leave me alone!”

Taeyeon left the man alone but not before she use one of her needles and threw it to his . He was too rude.

“WTF?! OWW!” The man screamed in pain as he grabbed his .

That was the last Taeyeon heard of the man, as she saw a group of people gathering around the -needled man.

Finally, Taeyeon went to the backyard.  Taeyeon was amazed by the bamboo trees that were there.  As Taeyeon slowly walked to examine the bamboo, she stopped when she heard sniffing.

Taeyeon followed the noise and saw a little girl with a woman not too far away from where the bamboo trees were located.  When Taeyeon heard the little girl speak, she knew she found Hana.  But Taeyeon didn’t interrupt because she didn’t to disturb the two sisters (note: Taeyeon knows its Hana’s sister because the rude man said so). Taeyeon was able to hear the last part of their conversation.

“All they do is make fun of you and our family. They’re mean sis.” Taeyeon heard this and sees Hana cry as she is comforted by her sister. Upon seeing Hana cry, Taeyeon finally approached the two figures.

“So am I your friend Hana?” Taeyeon asked.

Both figures turn their attention to Taeyeon. Taeyeon can feel Hana’s sister looking at her, but Taeyeon didn’t have a chance to look at her face since she crouched to Hana’s level.

“Tay!!! I’m so happy you are here. Where’s Soo and Ahjusshi?” Hana asked as she dug her face into Taeyeon’s chest. Taeyeon patted her head and gave her a hug in return. 

“Well…Soo is looking for food like always and Ahjusshi is with her. They’ll be here soon. So am I your friend Hana?” Taeyeon asked when she finally got Hana’s attention.

“Yes. You, Soo, and Ahjusshi are my best friends.” Hana happily confessed as she began jumping up  and down.  Taeyeon was amused at her behavior and ruffled Hana’s hair. “You are so cute Hana.”

“Ahem!”

Taeyeon looked toward the voice and finally made eye contact with Hana’s sister. She slowly stood up, not breaking out from the visual contact.

“Tay! This is my older sister Tiffany.” Hana happily said.

“Hello. Nice to meet you again. I’m Tiffany Hwang.” Tiffany introduced herself with her eye smile, hoping that she can finally get her savior’s name this time. 

“Did you get home safely that day Ms. Hwang?” Taeyeon responded, breaking Tiffany out from her reverie. 

“Thanks to you I am here alive.” Tiffany responded, disappointed that she didn’t get what she wanted from her heroine. “I won’t give up. I have to know who she is.”

“ You never told me your name that day you know? What’s your name?” Tiffany continued.

“Does she not get the hint that I’m not interested in telling her my name?” Taeyeon asked herself as she stared at Tiffany.

“I’m sorry, but I’m here to give Hana her gift.” Taeyeon answered, with no feeling of remorse. Upon hearing Taeyeon’s statement, Hana’s eyes beamed and she quickly ran into the house, determined to get her father to see the magic trick. After Hana left, Tiffany turned her attention to Taeyeon once again.

“Well, I’m her sister and I think its rude of you not to tell me your name when I told you mine twice.” Tiffany said in her husky voice while giving Taeyeon another one of her eyesmiles.

Taeyeon knew Tiffany was right so she stayed quiet.  Tiffany felt the silent treatment that Taeyeon was giving her, but didn’t scare her at all.  In fact, it only got Tiffany more intrigued.

“That night, you risked your life for me. I want to properly thank you.” Tiffany slowly advanced toward Taeyeon, hoping that her gesture will force Taeyeon to give out her name.

“You already thank me Ms. Hwang. Besides, we probably won’t be seeing eachother anymore after this party.” Tiffany was a little irritated at Taeyeon’s stubbornness but she won’t give up.

“Tiffany!!!” a voice called out. Tiffany turned around, wondering who is disturbing her moment with her heroine.  As the voice got closer, Tiffany saw who it was.

The blonde girl slowly walked toward Tiffany. 

“Tiff! Me and Krystal has been looking for you. Where’s Hana? Who’s this?”

“First of all, where’s Krystal? Oh, and Hana went inside to look for my dad.”

“Krystal ditched me after she saw this “Amber” girl.”

Taeyeon’s looked at the Jessica the moment she heard her sister’s name, and Tiffany noticed this.

“Jessica, this the girl that saved me that night from Jisuk.” Tiffany explained with smile.

“OMG! So you’re Miyoungie’s heroine huh? Nice to meet  you. I’m Jessica Jung, her beautiful cousin.” Tiffany glared at Jessica when she heard Jessica call her by her Korean name. Jessica laughed it off, since she did it purposely.

“So, what’s your name?” Jessica asked with a smile.

“I’m sorry. But are you Krystal’s sister?” Taeyeon asked.

Jessical was surprised. 

“Yep. I’m her older sister. How do you know her?” Jessica asked, now curious.

“Well-” Taeyeon began but was cut off by another voice.
