There she was, the prettiest girl in the world and the sweetest person to ever exist. She immediately takes her seat right behind me and I turned to face her with the brightest smile I could give.

“Hey Rinah~”

“Hello Seokmin. Good morning!” She greets back with a smile.

She took a out a nice looking stationary and started writing on it; that’s when I took notice of the pink box she was had with her and felt curious about it.

“What’s that box for?” I asked her. Her eyes widen at my question before it went back to normal. She smiles shyly, “Well… its homemade chocolates. You know since… its Valentine’s Day today.” I could see her cheeks started to tint pink.

‘Vaentines? Chocolates? For who?’

Before I could voice out my question someone beat me to it. “Oh! Are you planning to give it to someone?” Seungkwan as he approaches her.

Her cheeks turned pink once again but she nodded shyly.

“Is it for me? You know I love chocolates~” Seungkwan bribes. She laughs. “It’s a secret.” She replies teasingly. Seungkwan pouts.

“I guess it’s for me then. For being such a great friend.” Jeonghan adds along. She turns to her back, since he was seated right behind her. She just smiles.

“Let her live will you.” Jihoon scolds. She looks at him who was seated beside her.

“Why are you all crowding Rinah?” Joshua asks curiously as he approaches them and took notice of the box as well. “Oh! Are those chocolates?” He asks her.

“Yes.” She replies.

“I supposed since its Valentines, you’re planning on giving it to someone special?” He questions her.

“Perhaps I’m that someone special.” Jeonghan plays along.

“You wish!” Jihoon comments.

Rinah laughs at their antics once more. “Well… I can’t tell you guys.” She replies. Seungkwan was going to question her more but our teacher arrives and so we went back to our seats. I couldn’t help but think of who the chocolates were for.

‘I hope they’re for me.’

Five minds thought aloud.

As their professor was busy discussing, Seokmin quickly writes a note and gave it to her without their teacher noticing him. She raises a brow at his letter but accepted it nevertheless. He beams and looks back to the board but his mind was filled of her.

Meanwhile Jihoon wasn’t really listening to the teacher and was leaning on his table, pretending to write notes when in reality he was secretly glancing at her from time to time. He was seated right beside her and couldn’t help but wonder who the chocolates were for as well.

Jeonghan was staring at the box of chocolates inside her backpack (it was open) and got a slick idea. He taps her shoulder to get her attention, and when she turned he quickly looks down and pretends to jot down notes. She stares at him questioningly but he just shrugs and played it off nonchalantly, even if it was clear that he tapped her since he’s like the only one behind her. She shakes her head in displeasure and turns back to face the board. Jeonghan smiles to himself since he managed to make her look at him.

Jisoo (who was seated to the left of Seokmin) made his book stand on top of his desk as he secretly messages her. He glances at her from time to time, checking if she was going to read his text or not, at the same time trying not to get caught. She notices the vibration of her phone and checks on it, locking eyes with Jisoo once she realize who it was from. He smiles at her and she just politely smiled at him before mouthing a warning at him. He brushes it off and just shrugs, she stifles a giggle at him. He went back to his notes and was low-key fist pumping for getting her attention.

Seungkwan was just as distracted as the rest of them. He was seated in the same row two seats further to the left from her. He glances whenever he can, hoping, wondering, wishing those chocolates were for him. And that she’d be his valentine date now and forever; wishful thinking was all he could do since he doesn’t know who the chocolates were for anyway.

Five boys liking one girl. And One oblivious girl, unable to see the boys intention. Her mind was focus on making sure she gives the box of chocolates (and letter) to her crush.

So… who are the chocolates for? Who is her crush?

As you can obviously tell, this was inspired by Vocal Unit’s Chocolate MV, it was supposed to be just Seokmin but well this happened. Happy Carat Day!!!
