“ .      .      .     I have somewhere to be “ his voice has returned to its normal tone. He placed his hands in his pocket and glanced up at hyeon .   .    .   He will give her a second or two if she has something to say.

   Bamm  - the sky erupted , it's loud warning of the heavy rain that's about to fall down , being the only noise heard as they stood in silence .  Seconds turning to a full minute .   .     .      .  Then another .

     “ .     .      .   I really .    .   “ hyeon brushed her face catching the tears before they fall .   .  She turned her face up to turn the waters forming in her eye back in .  She doesn't know it yet .     .     .  She doesn't know how much of a power her tears have over jae . She's hasn't known him yet to know how much of a painful string she pulling through his heart as she chokes up at her words.

     “ .    .     .   Hu”  she sighed as she returned her face back his direction , even though no tears on her cheek her red eyes was evident of how hard she's holding it in.

    “ .     .      .   I don't think today is a right time to talk “ she flashed her fake smile instantly taking her eyes away from his.

     “ .     .   .  You should go to where ever you have to be at “ she pulled in her sleeves

“ .    .     .     I don't wanna hold you back .    .   .   “ she again , gave him the same smile which even a kid wouldn't  buy.  

      But her statement , no matter how short , the words “ i don't wanna hold you back “  the moment they registered in jaes mind .   .   . They echoed again and again , the way she said it .   .   .  The phrases she used seem to indicate more than a way of saying she doesn't wanna make him late .  

She has , in that phrase wrapped around all her worries and fears of her being with jae.

       “ am here because i want too “ as though he understood the true meaning behind her words jae replied back . He can feel what she wants to say .   .   He can easily sense it off of her  since unlike him hyeon is an indirect person.  

“     .      .      .  Am still waiting for a day you will hold on to me .   .  

“ .     .      .Let alone holding me back from things” he added , assertively stating his last words. His words for the second time leaving joon gasping for air .no matter how much he doesn't even wanna say these things he has too.  He has to say it out loud if possible even spell it out for hyeon so she could get it .

   “ .    .    .  Meeting in five “ it was a text for jessica. Hyeon placed the phone back in her pocket .   .  In the seconds her eyes have went to glance at the text , jae has opened the passenger door and stood against the car waiting for whatever last thing she might say before she runs off.

“   .   . Your quitting for my sake , .     .     .    How am i not holding you back?  Let's be honest “ her words didn't sound like a last thing to say before walking off .

    “ .     .      . Am not quitting for your sake .  .  “ jae dropped his hands from the door and stood back up taking his back of the car.  His immediate response wasn't expected .   .    . If she wants honest answers he will give her one.

      Hyeon hasn't captured his heart just because of how much he like her or she isn't making him do things because she ask him too .    .    . But because she ,without even knowing it, is showing him things he has never seen and making him feel and experience things he can't even imagine .   .       Changing his view from deep down .  .  Intern forcing him to do the right thing.

    “ .   .   .  Since we're being honest “ in a slow voice he added as he brushed his hair aside , which returned back to his face when the cold wind brushed it back.

  Bamm  - the sky gave out its last warning as the cold water drops started one by one falling down onto the city  .

      As it started screaming , without even glancing up at hyeon with his eyes that have been monitoring the cement ground of the v.i.p parking lot  jae jumped in the car .   .   .  As if he knew how quick he has to be joon didn't wait seconds as he stepped on the gas, driving straight ahead into the main road.

    Drip drip drip

     The sound of the rain drops attacking the car is what echoed in the dead quiet car . Both me have a lot to think about and they didnt even waste a seconds to glance at one another .  Minutes after minutes went by joon without even knowing where his driving too just drove straight ahead .

    “ .    .    .  You're in love with her “ joon after 15 or so minutes of a quiet drive started out as he concludes his thought and glances at jae.

“ .    .    .   Do not repeat it “ jae commanded . Joon smiling like a fool followed his boss command. For now the matter is smile worthy .   .  If not the bad situation they are in . Probably even a laughable matter.

      For jae this scene is the last thing he remembers clearly before they went to their favorite bar along with the lawyer that showed up hours later , drank themselves out . Jae blacking out as joon tried to stay sane to make sure he can call at least somebody to pick them up.

    His brilliant mind working perfectly even when he's drunk as he took the car with sungi leaving jaes out body at the bar after calling on hyeon. As worried as she were to hear he has out it didn't take her much before she ran i to the bar with her pajamas on after a 4t minute taxi ride .

      She perfectly fits the description joon gave the bartender on what the girl coming to pick jae up will look like.

        It took two of them to get him into the cap the bartender called for her once she figured out that joon has taken jses phone and car for himself .  His head resting on her shoulder the 45 minute ride back to her house was a long one .

    She placed his head to her lap .   .  Putting her fingers into his hair that has always seems like a fun thing to do whenever she sees him brushing it back.

    The moment her fingers dug in , hyeon lifted them up startled by the little movement jae made , closing down the space between them as he squeezed himself towards her touch.  Without knowing why or how .   .   A single tear dropped down from her eyes before she placed her left hand in his hair while the right one held him tightly .

   “ .         .   Why are you scared .   .   You idiot “ she scolded herself , string at the vulnerable face that for she is not trying hard to read .

11:35 a.m

   “ .    .     .  Ohhh” jae sighed the first rather than his headache it was his back that hurts. Within seconds though the pain started spreading throughout his body . Somehow everything feels weird .     .   .   His sensitive to touch skin didn't waste a second to notice the difference in the blanket over him and his usual blanket. The noise .   .  The loud noises he hears dont sound like the typical tv noises he sometimes wakes up to either.

      “ .    .   .  Oh” he gasped gain as rolled his head to the other side .   .  Even the bed feels different .  But for now all his worries are on how he is gonna get up since he doesn't even have the energy to open his eyes.    He needs to stop drinking till he blacks out.
